Description of Work: Replaced fan in our attic for radon detection unit in our basement. They arrived on time and even though I had forgotten the appointment, they patiently waited for me to open the house for them. Description of Work: Remediate small pockets of mold in crawl space and installed radon gas extraction system in basement of home we were selling. Process went very well once we as homeowners were over initial findings from inspection report |Pure Air was very professional and thoroughly explained the process to us along the way. Pure air was great to work with—Karen provided a competitive estimate and scheduled our mitigation through email quickly and accurately. The crew arrived on time and quickly installed the fan in our attic and sealed the sump pump. They set up a certified radon measurement test and picked it up when promised. A detailed report was promptly emailed with the test results to show our level was now below the EPA recommendation. I would use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

They came out to talk with us about what would be done and what to expect. Since we really knew very little about radon and the potential hazards, we had a lot of questions. Pure Air was very knowledgeable and they were able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We set up a date and time for the mitigation system to be installed. Pure Air showed up on time and were very professional. The work was completed as described. They also returned to our home to check that the radon levels had been reduced to an acceptable level. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: As part of the sale of our home, we the buyer had radon test performed. When the levels showed that the radon levels were above EPA recommended levels, we contacted Pure Air to install a radon mitigation system.

Communication was very informative and responsive. We called and they were out immediately for the estimate. The work was performed as described, even on the weekend, to accommodate our schedule. They removed radon from both our basement and crawl space. We had lived here for almost 40 years and never realized the radon levels were so high. Once the work was completed the post test results were fantastic. Employees were very professional and knowledgable. We would highly recommend, two thumbs up!
