When we did our new home build we knew no one one else would build our cabinets. We couldn't have been more pleased with the attention and time spent by MCC to make our cabinets into the fine furniture they are . The special lighting features, drawer spice rack, under cabinet mixer stand and kitchen utensil pull out made our kitchen a wonderful place to prepare meals. Working with MCC was truly a blessing."

From Day 1 things went smoothly- Brent is very knowledgeable and will help guide you through the process, we had no major issues with the kitchen and it turned out very well, we are very happy with it. The person who installed the cabinets did a phenomenal job, they are certainly the highlight of our kitchen. The project manager is very easy to reach and communicates well, and he even fixed our old dishwasher for us! Every project will come with some delays and issues, it’s just part of it. Brent will make sure it gets done, and make it right, even if he has to come out and install it himself the day after surgery! That said we did have an issue getting our appliances, NOT related to Centennial, Brent and Dave took care of the issue very quickly. All in all, they are easy to reach, always available by text and email. We are hoping to hire this company again this year!"

There were a few minor bumps along the way, but the crew resolved each issue promptly. "We needed our home updated in preparation to sell after having the same renters in it for 13 years. (Not a great situation for upkeep.) Before deciding on Custom Home Medic, we received one other estimate from a contractor recommended by our realtor which was the same cost but did not include any upgrades, only repairs. It was very general whereas Custom Home Medic was very specific & transparent in itemizing costs. We replaced bathroom flooring (4 baths), replaced kitchen countertop (tile) with granite, & added a backsplash. All interior doors and hardware were changed as well as upgraded light fixtures, MB windows replaced, new basement carpeting, paint throughout including baseboards & many misc repairs. We were well-informed about the progress and about minor cost adjustments which were all made within budget. All work was completed within the time frame expected and our house sold the first day on the market for more than our asking price. Even our realtor was extremely impressed with the end result and transformation of our home, having been our realtor when we first purchased it. I highly recommend Custom Home Medic."

"The replacement of the entry door was completed on the day scheduled, work was of high quality, taking time to do extra measuring to assure proper fit and alignment of door. Took the time to answer all my questions, assured I was satisfied with the work accomplished prior to leaving the work site I would use this Company again and recommend them to my neighbors."

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"

"The first time I put in a request, I never heard from the company, The second try did result in a call. He left a message and I returned the call. Several days later he called and I set up a time for him to come out. He said it would be late afternoon and he would call when he was on his way. We planned our day around this appointment. We never heard from him."
