Plan: B Cleaning

Debbie and Ben seem to run a good service. Very responsive. Have only had 2 cleanings so far and they went fine. The girls were 45 minutes late for the first one, but on time for the second. Price is in line with other estimates. Plan to continue with the service and would recommend them.

So far very well. I will note that my "A" rating is based upon limited data. I've just started with this company and have had only one cleaning. The professionalism in the home visit to determine needs prior to the first cleaning and all communications since have been very good.

I was home over Christmas when the crew was here and they were hitting my walls when they were cleaning the floors. The crews did not pay attention to details and rushed. I followed up with the owner and she was not receptive to the feedback.

Everything went great. The crew showed up early and got right to work. They were both very nice and worked hard the entire time. We were very grateful that they didn't mind us being there as it was over our holiday vacations. They were there for approx 3 1/2 4 hours maybe alittle longer.

This was an excellent experience – Debbie responded to my email inquiry immediately, and helped me to customize what we would need it done in our house. She and her crew were incredibly kind to be flexible around other contractors would be in the house at the same time doing work. The cleaning job was impeccable - The crew deep cleaned every surface of the house, including the insides of cabinets and drawers, The staircase in spindles, as well as baseboards and chair rail. The crew was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The first cleaning was mostly good with only one area that I was not happy with. I made the owner aware. She offered to have someone come back, but that was not necessary. The next month I had a different group and everything was perfect that time. We have now had three cleanings.

We have used them regularly for a while now and am very pleased with the service they provide. The girls are friendly and do a very good job on the house. I like the fact that they are very responsive to anything we request and we would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.

Fantastic! From the initial walk-through to the initial deep clean of our home, the process was simple. The initial deep clean on our 4BR, 2.5B took about 4 hours and I was so impressed by the thorough cleaning we received in that time. Debbie, the owner, actually came with a two-person team to participate in our deep clean - I was very pleasantly surprised at that level of care and service. Everything about the clean was incredibly detailed - from the not-so-every day things like the now dust-free baseboards, clean carpet edges, cobweb-free ceiling corners and ceiling fans, spotless hardwood floors and shining appliances - to the normal every day dusting, vacuuming and tidying up. I am very happy to have found Plan B cleaning recommended to me by a friend and look forward to a continued relationship with their team. Professional.

She does a good job. They are extremely thorough and always give reminders. They also give invoices for receipts which I appreciate.

From the outset, Debbie was punctual, cordial, professional and responsive, and "real" to boot. She and her team listened to concerns and addressed just what we needed - care around newly painted walls and trim, attending to dust from refinished floors and attention to grout in a couple of the baths. More than what I have ever paid for cleaning. But happy I made the choice and plan on a long term relationship with this great company.

I think it was good and I will use them again. The employees were very professional and they had on shirts with Plan: B on it. Deby was good to talk in making arrangements and in fact we had to change the time. She liked to meet with people ahead of time to see the scope of work so she is prepared and that is very good. They did something extra that they don't usually do. I had some work done in the unfinished basement and they were willing to take a stab at that. They did a good job and we were pleased.

It was great - they were on time and very professional. They did a great job of cleaning and worked hard to clean our wood floor that has some problems due to age, previous cleaning products, etc. I will be using them on a regular basis going forward.

Cleaning generally involves dusting vacuuming, spot cleaning, and mopping. We have been using Plan B Cleaning for almost a half year and have been extremely pleased with the care they take to clean our home. (While they are cleaning there are no horrible sounds of banging and crashing like we've had with another cleaning service.) It's also fantastic that they use family and pet friendly cleaning products, so there are no noxious odors or stinky cleaning residues involved.

They do an excellent job! They are always very detailed. I was so very happy one day when I noticed they had cleaned the vent fan in our master bath. The fan is on our cathedral height, vaulted ceiling. It made my day that Plan B paid such close attention to the details. I love coming home after they have cleaned!!

They are excellent! I have been using them for several months now. Debbie initially came out to give us an estimate and she is a really sweet and professional lady. She was recommended to us from a friend of ours from church. We liked her price and scheduled our first deep cleaning. The house sparkled when we came home and we were not disappointed. We have proceeded to hire her bi-weekly and would highly recommend her to anyone. I also like the fact that she uses Eco-friendly products which are more healthy for our indoor environment. She is reliable, is trustworthy and very good at what she does. Definitely worth the money.
