All the different cleaners that have come to my house have done a nice job. They follow my requests and respect my property.

Great cleaning company! Well organized so you get the same cleaner each time, if you wish. Scheduling and phone contact is easy. Cost depends on the size of your home and the chores requested.

I am assigned the same two house cleaners who come once a month. They know my home and what needs to be done. I give them a list each time so they clean whatever is on the list. The office staff are helpful and scheduling ahead is necessary. It works fine.

Olivia did a wonderful job and did a very thorough clean of the entire home. Hope to have her again!

Plan: B did a great job cleaning our house. The estimation process and pre-work before the job went very smoothly and was very thorough. When they arrived I didn't have to worry about anything. We've found Plan B to be very thorough in following through with our guidance on specific trouble spots in our house. They keep notes and make sure to refer to them each return visit. I appreciate their ability to communicate clearly and responsively... that's been a problem for us with other cleaning services. Online scheduling and confirmations makes working with them a breeze too. The place sparkles after they've been here!

They are excellent. We used them a few years ago for a while and then decided to try to clean our house on our own. Bad idea! After finally bringing them back, I wish I had done it sooner. They are super nice, extremely thorough, reliable, and worth the money. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Plan B cleaning last month and it's been one of the best decisions I've made this year. They start off with a consult and discuss all the details. Ben came to my house with his mask on and he walked me through his crew's processes. He let me take him on a tour to talk about all the problem areas in my house so that my clean was exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy or salesman-like which I greatly appreciated. I felt like he listened to me. The first clean was A LOT of hard work. Dezaree and Alana were my first cleaners. My husband let them in and they worked tirelessly getting our first clean done. I had discolored handrails and doors from constant traffic that they cleaned thoroughly. My master bathroom looked so much better after they dusted and cleaned. My sink was cleaned well and I could tell they cleaned behind some things to get the nooks and crannies. Everything in the house was shiny and it simply looked great. They were good with my dogs, too! I especially like that they ask me how the cleaning was after each clean. I get phone texts and emails from them notifying me of the upcoming clean. They communicate well. Debbie is who I spoke to on the phone and she's very nice. It was worth every penny. I just had my second clean yesterday (same 2 cleaners). Same excellent results. I highly recommend Plan B cleaning!

Using a cleaning service was a new experience for us. Our cleaning crew was very kind and patient with us. We had to make several last minute decisions and it never phased our team. They even went above and beyond to try and scrape "sticky tack" off the walls in our son's room left behind from his posters. We were so impressed that we will most likely be signing up for a recurring service after we purchase a new home.

The team is always friendly, thorough but quick, and does an excellent job! I never thought our family would be able to afford to have a housecleaner, but their rates are super competitive and it has been such a stress reliever to have our house clean. It went so amazing! They were able to quickly schedule and come out the week I was in town visiting. My in laws struggle with mobility and the house was a disaster! Hats off to the team at Plan B for making the house so nice and clean. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. The staff was pleasant. Awesome! They even did the tops of doors and ceiling fans etc. I am super impressed.

Initially, I was happy with the cleaning until I found a few things that were missed. So, I called the office and they sent another crew to take care of it. I am very happy with Plan B. My house feels good and looks beautiful!

it went great. we have hired plan b several times to do an occasional deep clean. the girls that come are really nice and always very detailed.
