Description of Work: They installed sliding single pane windows with screens onto our existing screened porch. The new windows were made to fix our existing openings and they also installed a new patio storm door. They did a great job. They also have a showroom so you can see and touch their products not just look at a sample.

Description of Work: I was very clear that all I wanted out of this first round of communication was estimates and that I was not ready to sign a contract for service. One of the salesmen was very pushy about me signing a contract within a few days because a sale would end soon. I repeatedly explained that I just needed an estimate. I was given one estimate verbally and told that the estmate for the second project would be emailed to me. I never heard from either salesmen again.
