They did a great job, but the only thing was that the installers did not follow the plan and put the door on opening the wrong way. We ended up talking to someone there and waited and tried it out and decided to just let it go, but they did follow-up with us and called back when we called to see what the problem was. They did not jump up and offer another door because holes had been drilled and turning it around would have involved a new door. We spent about $4,000 on that work and overall our experience went well. I love the windows and they are very nice and work well. The door we purchased and they said if we purchase the door we can install it while we are doing the windows.

It went great. We had a big wind storm that knocked down a tree, but the roof stayed on. It is really sturdy and the did a real good job. My enclosure is not yet completed They actually overcharged me, and let me know and paid me a check. That's honesty.

The built the sunroom about ten years ago and it has leaked ever since. They have never been able to figure out why it has been leaking. I called them to fix the windows and waited about a month for them to return my call, but they did not, so, I called them again. They asked me about the problem again, it was on a Wednesday and they said we should have those to you on Monday and then I did not hear from them for a month. I saw them on a home show and told them about the problems. Finally, after a month they called me and asked me about the windows again, so, I told them again. They sent two guys out about three weeks later and they brought the wrong windows. I just got a call back from the technician who was very nice and he apologized and told me that they get a lot of complaints about the sales department. He told me that it should be done probably within two weeks, so, finally they are coming tomorrow. I would really not recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. Everything they did was timely, not to mention the price was right in line with our expectations. Their responsiveness to us was also great.

We were very pleased with their work. We thought that they did a good job. The price was reasonable and they did arrive on time. I would recommend them to others.

It was great. They were a little late but they did call ahead of time.

After it was built last year I called to tell them it was making very loud "cracking and popping" noises. They told me it was due to the heat making the roof expand and contract. They told me it was normal and they all did it. I called again this year because it seemed to be even louder this year. It is extremely annoying and is sometimes hard to even hear the TV. This year I was told some of them do it, but because mine is one of the largest they ever built it may cause even more noise. I explained I was never told in advance about the possibility of this very loud noise happening and would like to have something done to help fix it. After various conversations, I was told there was nothing they could do and I was the only one that ever complained. They wouldn't even try.

They were at our home when they said they would be. They installed windows around the entire room. There was a panel that was made wrong. They attempted to put in the screen and it did not fit so they reorder the screens. It didn't fit so they order it again. They finally got the frame to fit correctly. It took them 2 days to do the work. The windows are really nice.

Their rep came out and ended up coming up with a written plan of what the new room would look like. The drawing had to go to the board of our Condo Association and they requested a few small changes but it was approved. This company completed the project in the most efficient way. They took out the deck and put in the foundation of a three season room. They supervised the entire process and made sure the job was done right.

The windows were purchased from them in the 80's. They even hand delivered them.

Their product looks to be very high quality, but the price is very expensive.

The initial appointment was quickly scheduled and Fred arrived right on time. He provided a thorough explanation of the services he could provide and spent a good amount answering questions and offering solutions to some problems we had been wrestling with. While we liked this company and the product they provide, we decided to pursue the "stick construction" alternative that we had originally envisioned, feeling that it better suited our home and our needs. I would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future as they were prompt in returning calls, very thorough and knowledgable and seem to sell a quality product. Our thanks to Fred for his time!

The salesman did not listen to what we wanted. He only quoted their basic product. He seemed disinterested and un-knowledgeable. The price was low but the product was not what we wanted.

The overall experience was very good. The two-man crew worked well together and with us. They answered any questions we had with knowledge and politeness. I am very pleased at the quality of the construction. All the pieces fit together very well and the finish work (trim pieces and caulking) was done very carefully. The final room looks as though it fits in with the rest of the house and is not an ''add-on''. I credit this to the salesman, Fred Owens, who was very helpful with suggestions for the design of the room. He suggested three different colors (roof, room, and trim and gutters) to make the room blend in with the existing house. The work site was left clean and neat with one exception. Since the room is constructed of aluminum structural members, there were tiny metal shavings on the floor which I felt I had to clean up with a vacuum. It was not an issue with me but for someone who either didn't have the proper vacuum or couldn't do this, it might be a concern.

Pleased with the finished product. Not very pleased with the follow up. Workers left cigarette butts around and did not do a final cleanup of the area. Measured for blinds, but did not follow up with the price. Found another company to buy blinds from.

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS PLEASANT ENOUGH. HOWEVER, HE USED A BAD CHOICE OF WORDS. I ONLY WANTED THEM TO COME OUT AND GIVE US A PRICE. WE WERE THINKING ABOUT AN AWNING. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK WITH MY HUSBAND AND COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM AT WORK. THIS WAS THE COMMENT. ''I HAVE TAKEN MY GAS AND TIME TO COME OUT AND I NEED YOU TO DECIDE'' I WORK FOR A COMPANY AND MANY TIMES I TAKE MY TIME AND GAS TO MEET PEOPLE. I DON'T ALWAYS GET A SALE. HOWEVER, I NEVER USE THIS CHOICE OF WORDS. I DID GET MY HUSBAND, FINALLY, AND THEY MADE A SALE. ANOTHER THING, I WANTED TO PUT THE SALE ON A CREDIT CARD. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO THIS. THERE WAS ANOTHER MAN WITH HIM. AFTER MUCH TALKING THEY DECIDED THEY COULD TAKE A CREDIT CARD. STRANGE...

ESTIMATED ROOM, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF PRODUCT. WAS ABLE TO ADVISE US ON ROOM SIZING. (WE WERE GOING TOO BIG)

THERE WERE NUMEROUS PROBLEMS AND THEY TRIED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I FELL THAT THEY WERE NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH IN THIS DIVISION. THEY HAD TO TAKE IT DOWN TWICE, BECAUSE IT WAS TOO LONG FOR THE SUPPORT THAT THEY HAD ON IT. THEY LEFT A HORRIBLE MESS AND I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN UP. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT OKAY I THINK, BUT THIS WAS A GREAT INCONVENIENCE TO US.

THE SALESMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME, WAS COURTEOUS AND ATTEMPTED TO PROVIDE A QUOTE ON A SUNROOM THAT WOULD MEET OUR NEEDS. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHOSE DESIGN BETTER MET OUR NEEDS.

MIKE WAS A GREAT BUILDER, BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE WINDOWS THE FINAL TIME.

THEY KEPT IN EXCELLENT CONTACT WITH US AS TO THE PROGRESS OF OUR ORDER WHEN WE PURCHASED THE ROOM. THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY EVEN FOLLOWED UP A FEW WEEKS AFTER THE ROOM WAS BUILT. THE ROOM IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GREAT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. I FOUND THEM AT THE PATIO SHOW.

IF ANYONE EVER WANTS TO BUILD A SUNROOM JUST CALL PATIO ENCLOSURES, INC., THE OFFICE STAFF AND THE LABORERS ARE THE BEST. THEY ARE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS PEOPLE WE HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. WE CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT PATIO ENCLOSURES, INC.

THEY WERE MESSY. I CLEANED UP ON E DAY WHEN THEY LEFT BECAUSE I HAD TO LIVE IN THEIR MESS. CIGARETTE BUTTS ARE STILL ALL AROUND THE OUTSIDE. I KEEP FINDING THEM AND I DON'T SMOKE. THE ROOM LOOKS NICE & THE WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL EXPECT FOR THE CLEAN UP. I COULDN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY NAILS I'VE GATHERED, MORE EVEN THAN CIGARETTES. THEY HAD TO REORDER SOME OF THE GLASS SINCE IT DIDN'T FIT AND ADDED TO THE DATE THAT IT WAS FINALLY FINISHED. DON'T KNOW THAT I'D USE THEM AGAIN. AS I SAID THE ROOM IS NICE AND MEETS MY EXPECTATIONS BUT GETTING THERE WAS HORRIBLY STRESSFUL. THE SALESMAN WAS JUST THAT.
