The service provider was able to schedule my appointment the same week I called. He was on time for the appointment and began by explaining the Oxi Fresh method. He pretreated the carpet & chair, cleaned them, and raked the carpet. It took about 4 hours and the carpets and chairs looked brand new. The products he used are eco friendly an did not have any strong odors. Everything just smelled fresh. I will definitely use Oxi Fresh of Hamilton County the next time the carpets need to be cleaned.

The price was $125 for the upholstery and $300 for the carpets. This was a whole new cleaning concept. It is not steam cleaning. It's a little bit of chemical. It's dry within an hour. I was very impressed with it, because I had some high traffic areas that nobody has ever been able to get cleaned up. I was at the point where I was going to get new carpets. I heard about this process from my brother, so I tried it. He was very professional. He explained everything to me before he did it. He even showed me the process, what all it did, how it worked and how he had different brushes for different kinds of carpets. He put little things on his feet when he came into the house. I felt very comfortable with him. I left while he was here and felt very comfortable doing so. I had an errand I had to run. I came back and he was still working. He never took a break. He stayed till he was finished. I was very pleased. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Owner called me about 30 min prior to appointment to confirm on time. He came in and did a walkthrough and explain the process. I didn't realize this service doesn't use as much water as the typical carpet cleaners out there. He said it would only need 5 gal of water. Their process has more pre-spray prep time. It took about 5 hrs to clean the whole house. The technician was very professional. Put the shoe protectors on once in the house. He said its only about an hour dry time since he uses less water. This is nice since I have kids and dogs so I didn't want to be walking on damp carpet for 24 hrs with my fans on all day. The carpets look near new. We have lighter carpet colors so you can tell they were dirty. He even got up some bad stains. Would definitely use again because of the results and added bonus of faster dry time.

Two rooms or wall to wall carpet and an area rug were cleaned. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the work. Dirt that previous professionals could not remove was removed. Carpets look brand new and the rug looks better than it did when it was brand new. Mr. Morgan was very prompt, clean, and professional. The entire experience was very positive and I will have Mr. Morgan back to clean my upholstered furniture.

We wanted a "test run" before committing to cleaning our entire 2 story office, so OxiFresh (Dave) came out and first did the main hallway, which hadn't been cleaned properly in probably 10 years - it was filthy. He went over it a couple of times and it looked amazing so we had him do the rest of the building. The result is that we no longer feel like we need to recarpet the entire office, which was a serious consideration prior to contacting Dave. The carpet is commercial grade and about 14 years old - it now looks fantastic thanks to Dave. We went with OxiFresh because it is a "green" process and chemical free - that was important to us. I think if he has to treat tougher stains there may be some type of chemicals involved, but the basic cleaning is green. Dave is a very professional and detail-oriented guy. He couldn't have been nicer or more committed to making sure we were happy. He was on time, organized and thorough. I'd definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasant and top notch rug cleaning experience.
