It was a god service. They came back and did a good job.

We had some stains in the loft area that he was able to get out. Everything looks great, and I like that the house didn't have that weird chemical smell when it was finished.

I liked that they didn't use any chemicals, it was all natural. They were punctual and on time when they were suppose to be here.

Did a great job. A few stains remain, but lightened a lot. I have more carpet and rugs to do but will have done in May. Carpet dried very quickly.

Our technician Tyler did a great job. Was punctual, professional and very personable. There were a couple of high-traffic spots in the living room that weren't cleaning up well and he spent a lot of extra time trying to get them to look better, even calling in reinforcements! In the end those particular spots looked much better (it's light colored carpet and several years old so won't ever really look like new again), and the rest of the house looked great. I thought they were a little more expensive than others I've used, but I did get some extra services, like an antibacterial/anti odor treatment (we have pets) and the carpets looked really fluffy and clean. Would use again.

Went well. Called to let me know they could come early. Educated me on what they were doing. Carpet is more wet than when I had carpet cleaned by a competitor several months ago. Technician was very personable. But when he talked about his living expenses it became clear thathat I was being primed for a tip and sure enough the invoice had a section for a tip and it was marked with a star. The tech deserved a tip but I don't care to feel pressured to tip.

It went very good. I added on scratch-guard, so I did pay a bit more than the Big Deal price. He was excellent. I'd give him the highest grade. It was a good price. I would use them again. I was very satisfied is all I can say. They did a good job.

Very good job! Punctual, professional and my carpets look great. I also like that they use eco-friendly cleaning materials/methods and use very little water, so the carpet was dry in very little time. I will use them again for sure!

Great job. Called before appt, on time, removed some tuff stains including pet stains. Carpets dried quickly. I used them again 2 weeks later for the upstairs and an area rug. Reasonable price. Will use again.

HIGHLY recommend. They were there for 4+ hours doing a deep, thorough job cleaning my carpets. Did multiple layers and treatments to ensure carpets were deep cleaned and any stains, dirt, and odors were completely gone.

Summary of Review: - Beware of Hidden " Service Fees" - Beware of technicalities that favor this business (not you) - Be prepared for a long wait to actually speak to someone - Don't be persuaded to purchase directly from Oxi (you lose out of A list service guarantees and ability to leave a review) I really wanted to use this company to clean our carpets however their pricing advertised in their specials or coupons is not really the price you get when you call to schedule the work. They add a "service charge" fee on top of the price shown on the Angie's list website. Why would they just not give the actual price that you have to pay? I personally don't like to work with companies who can't just tell me what I am getting for a flat fee and not try to add cost from the moment you call them. I would be concerned what would happen once they get inside my home. Getting past the service fee, I informed them I wanted to do the special of $155 for 5 rooms up to 1,250 sf. I have a MB that is 260 sf so they count that room as 2 rooms because it is more than 250 sf. Even though I clearly stated several of the other rooms are only 125 sf. Just be aware if you have a room over 250 sf you will not get anywhere near 1,250 sf of cleaning from this deal. Not sure if this is frowned upon or not but this company asked me to not purchase through Angie's list and directly through them. Seems like a bad idea as you lose the ability to leave a review and also the service guarantee that Angie's list provides us. I have called this company 3 times in the last two days and each time it takes 3 to 5 minutes to answer the phone. This company changes too surprises and hidden charges for me to trust them to provide a service in my home.

Our experience was great. Prompt, professional, timely. Explained everything well. Took extra time on areas that needed it. And the final result was honestly better than we expected from our carpets. Quite pleased!

They arrived on time and completed job sooner than estimated at the price estimated. They also removed stains that existed prior to me moving into the rental property.

Very good experience. David was punctual, friendly and thorough in describing their services. Cleaning took a couple of hours and carpets were dry by later that evening. All trouble spots were addressed and the carpets looked very clean the next day. Recommend their services for future cleanings.

Appointment was set to an afternoon that accommodated out schedule. Two man crew arrived precisely on the set time for the appt. Technicians were dressed in company uniform and looked/acted professional Process was explained fully and areas to be cleaned were agreed upon to all be within the agreed AngiesList coupon price Work was performed in a reasonable time period-- approx 2 hours. All cleaned areas looked very very well cleaned and fresh smelling. Dave and Joe cleaned up, explained what had been done and offered us a tip to purchase some very good rug spot remover they use professionally. Wife and I were very impressed with the results and our experience was nothing short of excellent with Oxi-Fresh

Steve called me to let me know he was on his way, he showed up on time, and was very professional. Our carpet, in one room in particular, was badly stained by pets, spilt baby sippy-cups, and poor attempts by us to spot-clean these stains. We actually considered replacing the carpet before we called Oxi Fresh. Steve was great!! The product is amazing, and he knew how to use it. He was very thorough and managed to make the majority of our stains vanish! I would strongly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.
