However, he wasn't very professional in that the topics he chose to discuss while doing the work were of a more personal nature than I liked. He did apologize for this when I emailed him on the matter, however.

He went above and beyond what was required in the "deal" He didn't try to up-sell me like many other carpet cleaners tend to do. I will use him from now on and recommend him to any one else.

+ -1 moreDavid Morgan and his son arrived on time and even gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before arriving. Upon entering the house they were sure to place clean covers on their shoes. They confirmed the services we requested and got right to work. After 2 hours the areas they cleaned looked spotless! I highly recommend Oxy Fresh carpet cleaning and will definitely hire them again for future carpet cleaning.

He arrived on time, worked on exactly what we agreed on in the estimate and finished in the amount of time he estimated upon arrival. I had not expected him to give the ottoman and loveseat the going over that he did, and it made a huge difference. The price was right. The experience was outstanding. I can't recommend this service highly enough. Really.
Description of Work: David came and cleaned my upstairs carpet and stairway, as well as a love seat and ottoman that had some cat puke stains on them.
