David and his brother arrived right on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and friendly. They started right way and said it would take about an hour. An hour later they were done and the carpets looked fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to clean your carpets. They did an excellent job!

Outstanding! Dave Morgan and his brother were tremendous. I arranged for a Saturday cleaning because I work. They were flexible enough to schedule with a bit of notice. They arrived promptly at 9 am as planned. We walked through the condo, and I explained where some of the more difficult stains were. I just purchased the condo which has white carpeting throughout. There are some very difficult stains in a couple of places. Dave was very up front about what he could do and whether some of the stains or wear would come out. I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was hopeful based on the reviews they have. They got to work right away and explained everything as they went along. The great thing about this system is that it does not use a lot of water, so you don't have gallons of dirty water that the service person then tries to dump in your bathtub, bushes or on your driveway. But it does use some water and from the results it is very very effective! I had already tried to clean my front hallway, which was so bad, I assumed I would have to tear out that carpet and replace it with tile or something. I had clean a lot, but it was still shadowy. After Oxi-fresh was done, the front hall does not have to be replaced! There were stains that could not come out, unfortunately......most likely some sort of older stain, but they were significantly improved. Dave and his brother took their time, and worked hard at cleaning the edges of the carpet where I had noticed a lot of black dirt......probably from time, and perhaps from the original install. Most of the edges look really clean now! I can't say enough good about these guys! They are really terrific, and the carpet came out so much better than I would have ever expected. Really gave additional life to the carpet!

Very satisfied with the service I received. I contacted David?s office to have my house cleaned. I was originally quoted a certain price, but turn out to be less than quoted. David was very communicative throughout the whole process and very quick to respond to any questions that came up along the way.

It went really good. He came out twice and he did a good job. Of all the people I had, he is the best one. The price was competitive with the others. He talked the whole time he was cleaning and I actually know the guy so we have a lot to talk about.

The guy who owns it is great. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do when he came here. I have nothing but great things to say about him. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Everything went well. These carpets are the cleanest I have ever seen them. They look just like new. Most of them are 15 years old and the master bedroom is nine years old. I've had them cleaned before, but they never looked this clean and they all looked like new. Dave's carpet cleaning does an excellent job. It is his company and he does the work. Its the company and person I will want again to clean my carpets. I am recommending him to everybody.

OxiFresh did a great job of cleaning the carpets in my condo I'm prepping to sell! There were quite a few stains and spills of candle wax - hair products from renters and OxiFresh treated these - did a soak and took extra time to get these out - they were accommodating and friendly - kept my stress level down! They finished in a timely manner also!

This is the second time I've had Dave clean my carpets. Both times my wife and I were ecstatic with the results. He arrives when scheduled and was even very flexible when we had to reschedule twice due to last minute holiday conflicts. We had some tough messes that needed to be dealt with due to an aging cat. He neutralized the scent and the carpets looked like they were freshly installed as new once Dave was finished. Dave has clearly become our "go to" guy for future carpet cleaning needs.

The carpet was clean when they finished. We also found that the carpet was not as wet as it has been with other vendors. My Wife and I were satisfied with the work performed.

Took about an hour, worked as advertised. Writing this review over a month after service performed....previously lingering pet odors are still gone.

He called ahead to verify time etc. and arrived promptly at the designated hour. He introduced himself and was very polite. He put on booties to protect my floor and I showed him the areas needing attention. Then he went to work! Did a great job of removing stains as well as odors! I was very pleased with the results, anx David is a very pleasant man!

I've been using them for a couple of years, and I'd highly recommend them. They use eco-friendly products, they do good work, and their cleaners are professional and friendly.
