Description of Work: Cleaned family room and Master bedroom carpets. David and Steve were able to get most of the unknown spots out. The ones remaining are much lighter on a cream colored rug. David was honest about their ability to remove all the stains. Four different attempts were made.

Description of Work: The owner came and preformed the services himself. Very nice, personable guy. I have never used anyone else but Stanley Steamer so when he didn't come in with the hoses and water hookup I did question how can it get clean without water. The technology he used was great. Took all stains and dog smell out of carpet. I was great and it still very clean even 2 month later.

Description of Work: Dave called ahead to tell me that he would be at my home at 9:00, and arrived arrived ontime. |He was personable and professional. His work reflected the pride only a small business owner provides. He took extra care to make sure the job was done to his standards.
