Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning

They were very professional and did a great job. I checked a year back and would probably hire them each time I do windows. I would use their services again in the future.

He does great work. He make sure to clean all my windows meticulously. He is able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The glass looks clear and brand new when he is done. I believe that he goes above and beyond the call of duty. He takes off his shoes when he is in my home.

He answered his phone immediately both times I called. He is very nice to have around, explained everything, and offered me a low cost, effective, and sensible solution to something that would have cost me a lot of money had I called a large company. He worked hard and could have taken advantage of my concern for the drainage area ( gutter, downsput, and black coil) close to tree that wasn't doing so well, but did not. I really appreciate what he did for me.

He is excellent. He is very professional and he does an excellent job. He has been inside and outside our home and he is someone whom you can trust to come into your home without even being here. He is very good and he knows what he is doing. He is very quick. He broke a piece of our crystal chandeliers and he immediately had it ordered in a week and brought it out and fixed it. He is very responsible. He does all the work by himself and sometimes his son does the work but normally it is Eric. He is very good. We live on a lake so our whole house is basically windows and he went out and got professional micro fiber cleaning instruments after he came out he first time so that he could get a lot of the spider webs down. We hired him last year and we had three different quotes and he was comparable. I think I got more than the money because he goes beyond the call of duty. He gets the spider webs and stuff like that out. We have skylight, gutter guards and things on the roof top and he would clean all that out and he doesn't charge for that. He charges $40 for chandeliers. He cleans both the inside and outside of the house. He is very trust worthy and when you have someone in your house you need to have that.

I have used Erick for several years because he does a wonderful job on window cleaning.

This was my third or fourth time to have Erick clean my windows. He is conscientous and always does a thorough job. He is also more flexible about scheduling than most other service providers.

The work went very well. Erich does a top-notch job of cleaning windows. This was the third or fourth time that he's cleaned our windows, and we been pleased with his work each time. Indeed, he goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. I told him about a new window that I believed had a hairline crack that we planned to have replaced. Erich took one look at the window and concluded that it wasn't cracked but that it had a small line of dried silicon that looked and felt like a crack. He removed the silicon and saved us the trouble of having to replace a window that we had just had installed. We have no hesitation in recommending Erich for window cleaning services. We have already scheduled him for next spring.

Great results. Works quickly. I did find a few drips that I later had to clean from the floor.

My windows look like they don't even have glass in them. They are very clean. He did a fantastic job. He charged $5 windows and $20 for skylights.

Erik gave me an estimate on the phone for cleaning our windows--inside, outside and the screens and wells. Our first phone call was professional and he gave me a lot of confidence that he would do a great job. When he arrived at our house a few days later, he had all of his equipment with him on one truck and he was friendly, professional and courteous. He removed his shoes before entering, asked about bringing certain things into the house and was very friendly with our dogs. Erik offered to do a hand count of the windows to make sure his estimate by phone would be 100% accurate. I told him that I had miscounted the windows when I gave him the original number, so I expected the final bill to be higher than our original discussion. Erik, personally, did the cleaning. He was careful and thorough and, despite our screens having some issues, he was patient when other service providers would have done a less good job just to get done. Erik's invoice was exactly what I expected, and he gave us a discount on the inside french doors as a perk, since we had not mentioned those on the phone. He also cleaned our large hanging mirror for free! Erik thanked us for our business as he left and said he enjoyed working with us. Erik is focused on customer service and, in today's world, that is rare, but certainly very appreciated.

Pefectly. He is extremely easy to work with, very professional and detail oriented. Obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and craft. This is the second time we have used him and will defintely use him again. I would recommend him highly!!

He washed the windows and the screens inside and out. He did such a great job, you can't even tell that there are screens in the windows. He is wonderful and works quickly. We have a lot of windows and I bet he wasn't here longer than 1.5 hours. He charges a very reasonable rate for great work.

Everything went well and it ended-up being less expensive than he had quoted on the phone after he arrived and counted the windows. Had to reschedule once due to rain, but he was very accomodating to my schedule. Much more affordable than we had anticipated. This guy definitely knows windows. I called the contractor to schedule the cleaning. I have never used a professional window cleaner before, and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. When he arrived to do the cleaning, I found him to be very personal, but also very professional. Worked hard and cared about the quality of his job. I would definately use him again.
