Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning

I have used him for 11 years and he will even use a ladder and he even goes above and beyond. He is super nice and helpful. He does excellent work and I would highly recommend him.

It was great! We've had Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning for 10 years now and they come twice a year, they're professional and friendly.

It went excellent, he came on time, very helpful and efficient.

He did a great job was there on time. he does the work himself. He does the windows inside and out. He was like $40.00- $50.00 dollars less than the next bid.

Great. Although he ran late, he contacted me several times to let me know and also that he was on his way.

It went great. He even cleaned my mirrors as a bonus.

Did not arrive before we left which was fine but none of the exterior lights, lamp post were cleaned nor the basement door and sidelights. Not sure why and never heard anything further. When we returned after 4 days, it had rained so windows not shiny and clean as had hoped. Not sure if strictly due to the rain or not as clean as I what I expected. Mr. Mitchell is VERY nice and personable and I am sure if I had contacted him, he would have clarified why things had not been done that I had asked.

Erick was very professional and did an excellent job. He even kept working in spite of a rain shower and finished everything in one day. We were very pleased with his work.

It went fantastic! But the best part was that Erick came back to "save" my windows for free. 2 weeks after the cleaning, some birds crashed onto and left smudges on the large picture window in our living room. I used an outdoor window cleaner to try to remove the smudges but instead I created horrible streak marks over all 6 windows in the living room. Erick came out and fixed it. I can't thank him enough as I was so worry about the outdoor window cleaner damaging the coating of the windows. Erick is simply the best!!!

Overall we were very impressed with Erick and Mitchell Window Cleaning. He was prompt in returning my initial call to give me a quote and set up a date for cleaning. The day of service he arrived promptly and completed the work in about 5 hours. He was very detail oriented and the windows literally sparkled. Prior reviews had mentioned he was willing to do anything requiring a tall ladder so we were prepared to ask him to hang a new outdoor clock for us, but he went beyond that and asked if there was anything else he could help with and he put in 2 new flood lights that were out in the front of our house. The final cost of the window cleaning was also less than he originally anticipated and we greatly appreciated the honesty as he easily could have charged for the original quote. We will definitely be using him again for future window cleanings! Highly recommend!

Erick continues to do great work, he washed our windows at our former home and now we have a home we about triple the number of windows and he does a great job. Initially we were going to have him do all the windows, then my husband said it would be good exercise we if did some of them ourselves. Erick is friendly and flexible and doesn't mind if we change our mind on what we want done. The windows look great and we highly recommend him!

This is the 6th year we've used Mitchell Window Cleaners for both spring and fall cleaning. Eric is always very professional and I really appreciate his efficient, timely manner. He always offers to do "anything that requires a ladder" while he's here. One time he hanged a light bulb that was inside a bedroom closet that we had a hard time reaching. His cleaning is impeccable and I'm always happy with the results. I would highly recommend his services to anyone considering having this done!

What stood out is that he didn't just come and wash my glass, he wiped down the window seals and the wood grates. When he left it was completely done. I have had other local companies come and they just clean the glass and did not wipe frames down or knock spider webs of the outside of windows. When he did my living room windows he pulled my couch out and got my vacuum and swept behind it just because. I am just really impressed with him. I don't know how many employees he has but we actually had the guy that owned the company do our windows. I was just really pleased with the service. I will be using him this spring.
