Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning

Erick does a wonderful job. I have been using him for several years and I am always pleased.

We originally scheduled for Monday, but a late-season snowstorm covered the windows in ice, so he agreed to re-schedule for Wednesday. He called first, to give me an estimate of when he would arrive. When he arrived, he got straight to work. He did a very thorough job. While he was vacuuming out the sills between the windows and the screens, he even vacuumed up some cobwebs by the baseboards. He did a spectacular job. My windows are spotless. I will definately call him on a regular basis to keep them that way.

Erick Mitchell does an outstanding job. I've used him several times. You don't have to be home when he comes either. He's very trustworthy, and I've even had him come while we were out of town. Last summer, a gentlemen who was doing my neighbor's windows did mine as well (it just happened to be convenient--I would otherwise have used Erick). My windows were clean, but definitely not as well done as when Erick does them. I highly recommend his services. If you want sparkling, clean windows, you can't go wrong with Mitchell Window cleaning.

He is punctual and does an amazing job. We have very large and high windows. Erick is careful with his ladders and works around our cable lighting and other obstacles. He has been cleaning our windows twice a year for the past 3 years. I tried two other services before finding Mitchell Window Cleaning. He is by far the best.

Mitchell was on time, and that's important to me. He was polite and respectful. He surveyed the house and offered suggestions about what to do with the screens. In many cases, I was able to eliminate the screen because I don't open that particular window often. In those cases, the screens were removed, cleaned, and moved to storage in my attic so they won't have to be removed or cleaned again every time the windows are cleaned. That's valuable advice that will save time in the future. He did a good job cleaning the windows, was pretty quick (about 5 hours for my two-story house), didn't disturb my furniture, and left my home the way he found it. That is, he didn't have to rearrange anything to get to the windows, and I didn't have to rearrange anything after he left. Even though I was a little leery about the quote over the phone, the actual cost turned out to be a little lower than the quote. Nice bonus.

Erick arrived on-time, was professional, and just did his work so efficiently and professionally. He did an amazing job! The windows have never looked this good! I was so impressed with his work, and we will definitely have him out again next year. When I called to schedule the service, he contacted me right away ... just was very professional - plus he did a great job! Highly recommend!

This is my first time to contact Erick and he is extremely personable. I had called as I wanted my front entry window and light fixture cleaned. He said he would be able to stop by today in between appointments which was great by me. Erick worked extremely fast (that is how he works) and did a fantastic job. He is really good. We have been using him for about three years. He does an excellent job. We have very large windows, and they are difficult to do. He works by himself and is very polite. He is very careful. I really appreciate his professionalism and expertise. If there is a smear, I can call him, and he will come out and fix it.

I have got a lot of windows. He did a really good job. He was conscientious. It took him a lot longer than he expected. He talked a lot too and that could have been a problem. He does do a marvelous job but he was very talkative, some people would enjoy that but I didn’t particularly. We were really impressed with the work that he did. He was late. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

I have used this company three times. Erick Mitchell is the owner and has done all the work. He does a terrific job and is very trustworthy. He has done our windows inside and out even when we have been out of town. Most recently, he did just the outside because I felt like the indoors could wait a bit.
