Erick has cleaned windows for us several times. He is absolutely dependable, always does an excellent job.

It went great!! Erick washed our windows inside and out. They are clean and shining. He moved the furniture and replaced it as necessary for the window cleaning. He also helped me take down, and rehang the stained glass pieces in several windows. He is very pleasant to work with. I have already scheduled him to wash our windows next spring, and fall. I would highly recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone needing clean, shiny windows.

Clean again!, our windows are clean again! Erick and Cameron came exactly when scheduled and cleaned all the windows inside and out. Our house is very high (3 stories) and a real pain for me to get to the high windows. Erick also checked our gutters while he was up there and cleaned out the spring debris that had collected from the trees. Minimal charge per foot for the gutters. Also, prior to his coming to do the windows/gutters, I asked him if he had a ladder stabilizer that goes over the gutter so the ladder doesn't lean against the gutter. He said he didn't but that he would go buy one. That is great service! Also, it's the little things: they cleaned the front door, cleaned the tops of the blades on the ceiling fan, polished the mirrors in the bathroom, and blew the driveway, walkway, and back patio as they were finishing up.

Erick did a wonderful job! He was able to give me a very accurate estimate over the phone and then we arranged the date when he would come to do the work. He was very punctual on the day of service and was extremely polite and professional. He worked diligently to get the job done in a timely fashion, but did not rush at all. He also cleaned my hallway chandelier and it sparkles like new! I would definitely have Erick come again and would highly recommend him to all!

I found him highly rated on Angie's List. He answered promptly when I called. He was booked up a few weeks in advance but I decided to wait instead of hiring someone else. He actually called in the interim with another date that opened up but we weren't available. On the day of service he arrived early (he called in advance to see if that was ok with us) and got to work. It took more than 2 hours to do almost 60 windows. He went over each one multiple times - much more detailed than prior people we've hired. NO SCRATCHES on the windows. He explained to me possible reasons other services may have scratched our windows and it made sense. The price was right for the quality of work he did. I'd suspect most estimates vary by $20-30 for the same amount of work, so one needs to look beyond a simple number to help them decide whom to choose. To put it simply, the name of Erick's company expresses his work accurately - a true professional.

We had a very short timeframe for services due to preparing for a party. Erick was booked for all regular appointments but because we were a returning customer and had an event coming up, he made time on the Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend to help us out. Now that is dedication! He did a great job for us again. He is very thorough and I would recommend his work.

I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Erick's responsiveness and willingness to help me in a bind. I called him with rather short notice to clean my windows before a party. Because he was so busy and we had a few scheduling mishaps (not Erick's fault) he was not going to be able to do it during regular working hours before my party. Erick ended up cleaning my windows on a Saturday night until 10:30pm to make sure it was done in time. He did a terrific job and even gave my husband and I several window cleaning tips. It rained the next day and they still looked sparkling clean after the rain. Erick is a great window cleaner and fun to talk to at the same time.

I have used this company in the past and found this experience to be as good as the first one. I called and was able to make an appointment for the next week. Better yet, Erick was able to come in the late afternoon, so I didn't have to take time off from work. Because of the nature of his work, it is hard for him to guarantee the time he will arrive. He called to advise me he was about 10 minutes away and arrived only a few minutes after the scheduled appointment time. He got right to work and finished quite quickly. He works very efficiently and yet is friendly and personable. My windows are sparkling. The screens are cleaned and the windowsills dusted and cleaned. The cost is very reasonable and I am very happy with the results.

He did inside and outside cleaning of all the windows in my home. He did a great job, made it very clean and we were very happy with the job. He was running a little late, but he called me twice to keep me updated.

I needed some very dirty screens and windows cleaned and after much thought chose Mitchell. Erick was a wonderful choice. This is the first time that I have used Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning as I have not yet moved into the place that he cleaned. Erick answered my phone message promptly and services were provided within the week since he stated that he would be in my area. My windows were cleaned inside and out. He even provided a hint by suggesting not putting the screens back in the windows in a room that is especially dark. The windows looked fabulous after he finished. I am very pleased with the service Erick provided and will definitely use his services again.

If there is another window cleaner in the business and for the price like Erick Mitchell bring him on. This young man is simply outstanding ... unbelievable how a window can get cleaned with so much ease and expertise in a short period of time. There is no doubt from start to finish that Erick works with gusto on these windows as though they were his own. The man works with pride and self confidence it appears to me on every window he comes into contact with in every home or business he touches. Erick is a great conversationalist. He can carry on a meanigful conversation while he's working. Doesn't miss a beat ,,, just amazing. ERICK ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME FIGURE OUT THE ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. HE WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND MY WINDOWS LOOK WONDERFUL. He was quick to respond to my call and gave me an estimate over the phone based on total number of windows and what kind of windows and doors he would be washing. The day scheduled, he called to say he was on his way. He was clean, polite, friendly, and did a great job washing the windows. The total bill was actually less than his quote given over the phone. I will definitely use his services again!
