Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning

Erick was very prompt in returning my call to discuss cleaning my windows. My son is graduating from college next week and I wanted the house to look great. Erick made sure he was able to do my windows and made the appointment for Sunday afternoon. He finished a little early from his previous job and called to see if he could arrive at my house a little earlier than planned ,which worked out great. He was very courteous and professional and did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Actually, he went above and beyond in doing some other things that made the finished product look wonderful. My windows have never looked this good...even from when I just moved in years ago. Erick did not waste any time and did a thorough job. I recommend him highly and plan to use him the next time I need my windows done which I think will be more often after seeing my windows so clean. My husband remarked that the windows looked so good, that he thought they might open...a high compliment coming from my husband.

He was able to fit me in his schedule within a reasonable time, definitely, in a couple of days. He's easy to work with.

Erick called to let me know he would be about five minutes late because of traffic and then arrived as scheduled. His work was very professional and he exceeded my expectations. Two windows in particular were very dirty and stained but they are now cleaner than ever.

Erick gave an estimate over the phone based on square footage of the house. He underestimated the cost by $250.00 but said that he would stand by his estimate. When it came time to pay, he gave a bill for $580.00. He did a great job cleaning the windows and screens. He was unprofessional in his social interaction and made me feel uncomfortable.

Erick was a pleasure to work with. We have trapezoid windows on each side of our peaked roof in the living room. We've lived in this house for four years and never had those cleaned, along with high triangular window in kitchen. They look great. Erick is the kind of person you can sit down and have a cup of tea with (inside story - ask him when you hire him). The work was thorough and complete. Will definitely use them again.

The day began with rain. Erick called to reschedule, as all of the rest of his clients for the day had done so. As the day progressed, the rain stopped and in the late afternoon, as arranged, Erick Mitchell presented to do the work. Mr. Mitchell knows his business, and very quickly and thoroughly cleaned all outdoor glass, EVEN THE SKYLIGHT (an unexpected bonus). Erick Mitchell is a personable man who showed that he is devoted to his family, something rarely seen in today's men; this I know because he took some time to handle a family problem that arose during the time he was working. He apologized for this occurrence as the job would have been finished sooner. Not a problem to me as I am flexible and he knew this. I am certain, however, that if that were not the case, he would be attentive to the needs of the customer. I was very pleased with the work and with the person of Erick Mitchell.

He did a nice job on the windows, it rained when he came and he had to come back. He didn't come back immediately, but he did come back and was very friendly.

Erick came out the same day and quickly unclogged two downspouts. Since the job was so easy, he offered to do it for free, but I still paid him for his time. I will probably use him in the future for some window cleaning.

Erick came out and washed our windows, screens and windowsills. I was impressed with how he even wiped around the edges and left them all sparkling. Erick also cleaned a light fixture in the entry that was too high for me to reach. He was a pleasure to deal with, his estimate was spot on and I will hire him again to do our windows. I also asked for his business cards to give to my neighbors who are now jealous that I have the cleanest windows on the block!

Eric runs a very efficient business. I especially appreciated his ability to give phone estimates as it saved time for both of us. Eric was able to begin the job before the scheduled time (after calling first), and completed this large project in 7 hours. My home has 30+ windows, most are divided light, the gutters were worse than I (and he) anticipated, and I have 9 exterior lights: this is a big job! I am very pleased with the quality of work and the timeliness in which it was scheduled, and the time it took to complete. Eric takes pride in his work, which is well-founded. I will definitely use him again.
