Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning

We have used Erick 3 times now, and are on a 6 month cycle. He is a great worker and fun person as well. Great sense of humor.

This report, in reality, covers 3 years of our experience of having Erick Mitchell (and his son, Josh, during the summer) clean the windows of our Carmel home. I don t recall if I have reported earlier, but if I haven t, I should have because Erick provides a tremendous service at a very reasonable rate. For those who have never used his service, he works with a telephone Bluetooth in his ear and can be contacted almost immediately for a telephonic quote and schedule .no call back or voice mail. On the job, he is quick and clean. He uses drop cloths to protect carpeting and is ever so careful and mindful about not allowing drips from his squeegee to spot the carpet or window sill. He uses the finest of ceramic blades to scrape off debrie without scratching the window. His window cleaning technique is artful to watch. And, when finished, all the windows (inside and out) sparkle. I have recommended Erick to friends and relatives. All who have used his services agree he is the BEST window cleaner in Indianapolis and, like me, are repeat customers. Although he does not need to, he guarantees his work for 100% satisfaction or no payment. Besides being an expert at what he does, Erick is a very personable and interesting individual to talk with. He has had lots of life experiences which he willingly shares as he works (should you have the time to accompany him on the job...I recommend you do). Recommended for Super Service Award

The guy they sent was very quick and efficient. He did a good job.

I had a very tight time frame and they came out in a very quick fashion. They even came out on a Sunday to help me get it done in time. They were very professional.

They do very good work for us. They have very reasonable prices compared to how much work they really do. They are very careful and the work is always done neatly.

Erick called to say that he would be a couple hours late and we agreed on a new time. He arrived on-time for the second agreed appointment. I was impressed with how quickly he got to work and how well he did. He even included the screens and slider tracks in the washing without being asked. The entire job was completed in 2 hours and looked beautiful.
