Went very well. They arrived right on time and went to work immediately. They were very careful with all our furniture. They packed up our 3 bedroom home, drove 25 min and unpacked everything in 3 hours.

ohny and his crew are exceptional. They moved some furniture that we didn't need to my son's house. They showed up on time and did what we asked them to do and worked hard all the way. My son said when they got to their house, they unloaded everything carefully and put it where they wanted. They even came back to put an exercise machine upstairs. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family as they will be my moving company going forward.

Mr Lopez and his crew exceeded my expectations for a moving company in that they took extreme cautions with my fragile items and even wrapped up all of my clothing and hung them up at the new condo. They also hooked up my washer and dryer and refrigerator with ice makers. They were timely and very efficient and did everything that I asked (like loading up my couch and dinning room table on my sisters truck).. I would surely call them for any moving service that I might need in the future.

The movers were excellent,thoughtful and courteous very careful. The guys gave 100% for the entire 6 hour process. We even had an interim stop to pick up a few more items at a different address.

overall pretty well. Move took longer than expected. Movers knocked a small hole in wall when moving a large item but they repaired it and another one that they didn't make. They were careful and professional. Arrived right on time.

Movers were very courteous, worked hard, and protected all of our new hardwood flooring with pads. Did a great job and would recommend.

The movers were prompt, started with detail but the day did not go well. First, the movers knew they were moving a large house. They did not come and evaluate the furniture or move, just said they could handle it and showed up on moving day. Their two box trucks were not large enough for the amount of furniture we were moving. They seemed to be diligent and wrapped and protected the furniture. However, once the furniture was delivered there were dents, nicks, damage to many items. There was one piece of furniture that cost us over $500.00 to repair. They were willing to pay for that one. By the time we got most of our items in place, there were so many nicks and broken items hat we just blamed it on ourselves for making a bad choice. We should have hired an attorney to seek damages but to date have refrained. Yes they worked long hard hours, but they had to due to their crew and equipment. Yes, were were trying to save money and the Angie's List Deal sounded real good. It was one of the biggest mistakes we have made in our lives. There are parts missing from dressers, mirrors, etc, because the guys were too tired to complete the work after several trips back and forth from both locations. Damaged happened in jamming items into the truck and a $3000.00 cabinet was abused when carrying the item in and hitting the door frame. The guys were friendly, we bought them lunch/dinner and unfortunately we got the bad end of the deal.It was a less than pleasurable experience and one I care to never repeat again. We should have demanded a full refund.

I would absolutely recommend these guys. Very hard work and they did it with a smile nearly all day. Very impressed!

These guys were great. The only hiccup was they had an issue with the 20' truck we ordered and were running slightly late because of it, but they notified us right away and ended up bringing 2 15' trucks in place of the 1 20' truck which more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend them. Hard-working and got right to it.

They did a great job, and got done a lot sooner than anticipated. I used the promotional 4 hours for $450 and they were done in 3.5 hours. They were careful with my stuff, as I have a lot of antique furniture, and I was pleased overall.

Overall, very good experience. They showed up on time and got right to work. They brought two trucks but they still had to make two trips. Even though the deal we purchased said it was good for 4 hours, they automatically dock 30 minutes to account for travel time - wish this was explained in the fine print of the deal. We paid for 2.5 extra hours plus a generous tip. Shortly after they left, one of the movers returned to the house making sure we didn't overpay... he realized the extra cash we gave him after he left and wanted to make sure we didn't give more than planned - how ethical!

They were quick and efficient. They wrapped furniture and carefully stacked and re-stacked the furniture in their truck once they saw what was in the storage facility. They took an efficient route to Bloomington despite the construction traffic on Highway 37. When they arrived they asked where the different items were going and they quickly unloaded and placed the furniture around the house. They navigated some awkward items up narrow stairs and around tight corners always conscious of the walls and door frames. It was a pleasure watching them do the work this time, so I know I will be calling them up in the futureA

Johnny Lopez and his team were awesome. We enjoyed working with them and would hire them again and again and would totally recommend them. Very professional and super nice guys too! They were extremely careful with all our belongings. I'm so happy that we found them!

Arrived promptly, moved me from downtown to north side. These guys are great at what they do - absolutely no complaints. Took extra care with the items I asked with blankets, and helped out with setting/placing all furniture in new place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

got a text at the last second that they were having some brake issues then they sat waiting for us at the gate to the storage unit instead of texting us. then there were several dings on the walls but overall they were very fast, they worked hard, they worked in the rain, they didn't complain, they were very nice and did a good job.

Very punctual, and all items were moved without anything broken.

I was pleased with their professionalism. They were very careful with my furniture; it was loaded & unloaded without even a scratch. The company worked with me on a time frame ; I didn't have much time in which to have the move made. I'm getting ready to hire them again.

I did have all boxes packed up. They came with three people and two trucks, securely wrapped the furniture, packed it and the boxes up, and drove to my new house. There, they unloaded and carried the furniture to wherever it needed to go, including upstairs. It was probably the easiest move I ever had (I normally move myself). They were done with everything in about 3 hours and I was able to unpack for the rest of the afternoon without any issues. There was no damage to any of my belongings and everything wound up where it needed to go.

They showed up on time the morning of the move. They showed up with 2 trucks and 3 movers. They worked hard all day, especially 2 of the 3 movers. I later found out that the 2 were full time employees and the 3rd person was more like periodic help. But they got the job done, and were professional and courteous.

They arrived on time and started right away. They wrapped our furniture and methodically removed items from our apartment and loaded them into the first truck. Once they had all items in the truck we went to the storage facility and I had them get all of the items I wanted to have them deliver to the new home. We then went to our new home and they unloaded the items from both trucks placing them where we wanted them to go. When both trucks were unloaded we realized that we had paid for 4 hours but had used them for 5-1/2 hours so we paid them the agreed upon hourly rate for extra time. They did a great job. The price was reasonable. The only extra charge was for the extra time we needed them. Thanks Lopez!

Moved our 3 bedroom home a couple of miles. Did not charge me the exorbitant trip fee that most companies charge. Worked diligently and carefully. Took longer than I expected, but they worked with me on the price of the additional labor. Would use again, although I hope I don't have to move again for a long time.

They are so fast and professional. I will use them again and have referred them to others, and will continue to do so in the future.

Crew arrived a few minutes late and was very apologetic about getting stuck in traffic. Got busy immediately and didn't stop working except for a few minute break when I brought them lunch. They got right back to work and got everything moved. Made the job look so much easier than it would have been if we had done it and were very careful with items. Also a very nice group of guys which made experience better.
