When I could not get Two Men And A Truck to respond over a couple days after emailing, calling and leaving messages...this company was very, very responsive. Was not able to accommodate me until the afternoon of the very next day (Sunday) for a sudden and urgent move, but that he was willing to accommodate at all on such short notice on a Sunday was relief to us. They arrived on time. They work efficiently moving large item from our apartment to another apartment in the same complex. Friendly with no complaints. We had prepped and wrapped most of the furniture to make the move faster and easier. We will use Lopez Moving again when we move into our home in December.

I don't even know where to begin. Let me start by saying that the 2 movers we had were extremely hard working so my issue isn't with them at all. I felt sorry for them for being screwed over by their employer. I purchased an Angie's List deal that was for 3 movers and a large truck for 4 hours. We sold our home quickly and had all of our belongings packed into 2 10X15 storage units by a different company back in February. They moved our 2700 sq ft home into the storage units in 5 hours so I assumed it would be the same lenth of time, if not faster, for Lopez. I contacted them to schedule and to notify them that we had an antique upright piano that needed to be moved as well. We were told that the movers deduct an hour for travel time (NOT stated in the deal details) AND there would be a $70 fee to move the piano. So, on moving day 2 guys in small trucks pulled up instead of the 3 I paid for. They told me that the other guy called in sick so they were it. They told me it would be only $99 an hour for extra time instead of the $120 rate for my inconvenience. What? I already paid for 3 guys for 4 hours and now I'm being docked for travel time AND I'm short a mover. Not cool. Then they told me they couldn't move my piano because it was too heavy. They tried and it was just too heavy. I get that...but if there had been 3 of them as promised then it would have been fine. I immediatley called the main office and left a voicemail. Then I emailed them. I proceeded to call them 4 other times through the day and NEVER received a phone call back or an email. Still haven't 3 days later. Long story short I have an antique piano on it's back in a storage unit because they knocked a wheel off when they attempted to move it. I am now paying an extra $250 for the unit because I have to hire another piano mover to lift it not to mention the fact that it's damaged. The movers drove so slow (with empty trucks) to my home (20mph in 50mph zones) and even somehow managed to get lost even though they were following me and I had turn around and go track them down. It was a compete nightmare. A job that should have taken 4 hours turned into 7 hours and I'm still trying to find a piano mover. Never again would I use there guys.

Lopez was prompt, professional and accommodating. Four movers arrived and they packed and moved our entire household in one day (and we had a lot of stuff to move!). We boxed up most of the small items in advance - they handled antique furniture, lots of artwork, tools and garage items, lawn care equipment and a baby grand piano. Not a single thing was broken or damaged. At our new house, they moved everything into the proper rooms, carrying things up multiple sets of stairs and down narrow basement stairs without any issues or complaint. Could not have been more pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

I purchased an eCommerce deal through Angie's List for a 4 man crew for 4 hours. I was forced to reschedule 2 times because my closing date kept getting moved. Because of the reschedules there was a 30 minute penalty of the time purchased from the deal. The guys showed at the schedule time and started working immediately. They wrapped the furniture and took apart the beds since I did not have my tools at the house. They worked quickly and were able to fill up both 17 foot trucks in 2 hours. Once at the hew house the moved all of the contents to the desired rooms and offered to reassemble the beds. I declined since I was already over the time I had purchased. They ended up take an extra hour to complete the move so I spent an additional 100 bucks. I was happy with the move and would recommend them to do smaller moves.

Lopez did a wonderful job. They were punctual, professional, easy to talk to and explain what I wanted and moved all furnishings with great care. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I wrote them via angieslist.com today and my message was responded to the same day. Our dates didn't line up for work but I did appreciate the offer of another day and clear pricing in their response.

These guys were great. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. They were very responsive to email, so scheduling and confirming was easy. They arrived with two truck and three guys. There was not a scuffed wall, scratched floor, or any damaged furniture, which was a first for us --- something always gets banged up in a move, right? Not with these guys. Total pros who made an already stressful situation a lot easier. I will definitely use them again.

My husband and I had a unique request: we had been living in an furnished apartment, so most of our belongings were in two storage units in Broad Ripple. But before our new town home is finished, we decided to move to an unfurnished apartment and try to get our unmoved belongings down to one storage unit. The Lopez Moving crew was fantastic! My husband and I hired other movers last July to move these same items from our home to the two storage units. The"July crew" was terrible: they shoved items into the storage units in a dangerous mish-mash, and when we asked them to do specific things for us, they acted as if we were demanding too much from them. Johnny, Luis, and Herminia were friendly, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They pulled out all the items from the first storage unit and either put them on a truck to be moved or placed them in an area for consolidation. Then, we went to the other storage unit and did the same thing. They fixed our "July crew's" mistakes by restacking items, which not only makes it safer for us (we no longer have to worry about heavy items falling down when we root around for things), but for our future movers. Plus, it freed up more room to consolidate most of our unmoved items into one storage unit. When we decided spontaneously to use our one newly empty storage unit for just a few items we plan to sell in the next few weeks, Johnny Lopez and his crew simply said, "OK" and took items they had already hauled down to our second storage unit back the first unit. This is excellent customer service! The move into our new apartment was a bit complicated by the fact that we are located in a very busy part of downtown, and they had to move items from an alley, up onto a loading dock, into a smallish freight elevator, and up to the fourth floor. Lopez Moving took great care of all our belongings, unlike the "July crew," who damaged some of our items. And all this work took them only 5 hours, including driving downtown near the Banker's Life Fieldhouse during the Big Ten tournament! I absolutely HATE moving, but I had a smile on my face the rest of the day because this time, it was so easy! And compared to the cost of the "July crew" who worked for a glitzy firm with lots of fancy advertising and charged almost twice as much, Lopez Moving was cheaper, but only in terms of the amount of money you spend. They are far more professional and easy to work with, which in my mind is worth WAY more than fancy advertising. We already told Johnny we'll be calling back in about 4 months when we move into our new home.

The crew sent out on this job were outstanding. The move started out as a simple 4 hour job, but the scope of the job changed half way through. The crew never complained, these guys worked amazingly hard and were always very professional and polite through the whole move. I would without hesitation recommend using Lopez Moving again. If each crew is the same as the guys involved in my move I have nothing but praise for them. If I was looking for people to work for me in any capacity, I would hire these guys, great attitude, tireless work without a slowdown.

It was fine. The team showed up on time with two trucks. They had 3 or 4 guys. Worked really hard the whole time. Did a good job. Not much more to say.

They did a great job. We had no problems and they were very polite. They worked the entire time for 8.5 hours. We have had other companies take long smoke breaks and "get lost" during transportation between houses. Lopez moving did not do that. They were great to work with and I would recommend them!

They were very professional. Wrapped all of the furniture before moving. put protection around columns and stairs. Worked very hard. Cleaned up when they were done.

The entire experience with JLopez Moving was extraordinary! They did an amazing job! They arrived at exactly 10am and had my entire 2 bedroom house loaded onto the truck and ready to go in under an hour. When they arrived at my new house, they had everything unloaded and in the rooms I wanted everything in in just over an hour. This was definitely a case of money well spent! We had our furniture and household goods stored in 3 storage units and needed to load it to a rental truck to take out of state. I contacted Lopez moving about 2 weeks prior to the move date and set up the appointment. They were on time and we were very pleased with their services. They were very careful with the loading and protecting the furniture. They packed the truck very efficiently and securely and required little supervision. They provide first class service and I would highly recommend them.

Moved a truckload of stuff from old house to new house. It took 4 hours and I had purchased 3 hours of service for $360 so I had to pay for an extra hour on top of that. Very friendly and professional. They packed the truck as full as possible so the trip was as efficient. I would use them again.

It could not have gone better. Crew was punctual, took great care of furniture and very careful with doorways, floors, etc. Also very polite and professional.

I had arranged a deal for 3 movers and a truck for a specified amount of time for my brother, & I was present for the move. The movers (all 3 of them) were absolutely great! They showed up on time with 2 box trucks, went immediately to work, and never stopped until the job was completed. The move went over the time allotted in the deal only because of the amount of stuff there was to move, but the overage cost was reasonable They were all courteous & were very careful with all of the belongings. Not a single broken item when the move was finished. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to family & friends.

It was okay. They were on time. I thought it would be 3 men but I got 2 men and 1 girl. Nothing was damaged. It costed me another $120. They were nice. I gave them as little as possible to do and they should have been able to get done in that time period. They did a lot of talking among each other so it slowed things down. It would have been a good price for what I got from Angie's List. They did a good job. They made sure nothing was damaged. They did yap a lot. If I would get 3 guys, I think I would use them again. If there would be girls, they could do very little. The girl did the light stuff and I had a lot of heavy things. I would want them to assure me they would send 3 guys.

The move went exactly as planned. They arrived at my house on time and there were 3 movers and two trucks. They began by preparing/protecting all of the furniture to be placed in the trucks and then started moving everything. I had a washer/dryer and a refrigerator. They were constantly working the entire time and did a great job. Nothing was broken or missing. I would highly recommend them for any move.

They did a great job. The wrapped my large furniture so avoid scratches or dings. They were very quick and efficient. They actually finished an hour earlier than I thought. I would definitely use them again. I have already recommended them to several people.

It went very well. All the movers were friendly and helpful. We did not have some things packed and furniture broken down and the movers helped us with those things. They were very efficient and helpful and easy to work with. They used two small trucks and at least 3 guys per truck and made two or more trips. We moved out of a house in Fishers to a home in Greenfield, IN. They worked from about 10am until dark ?
