Everything seemed to go smoothly. The staff was friendly and moved at a decent speed. However, there ended up being one huge issue that we did not notice until a few days after the move. Our new $2200 king mattress was damaged. This mattress includes a thin down feather pillow top. Due to improper storage in their truck, the mattress was not securely placed/stored during transportation. This caused the mattress to move around during the 20 minute trip, shifting the feathers to one end. The down material is now lumped on one side of the mattress. This issue could have easily been avoided had the mattress been firmly locked into place before transporting. Other than the expensive mattress damage, the move went well. We are hoping there's some way to fix the issue/damage they created. Any suggestions Angie?

Arrived promptly. Very responsive. Kind. Hard workers. Attention to detail. Even put extra care since they knew I'd be driving cross country. Finished ahead of schedule.

It went well. They arrived on time and got straight to work once I showed them exactly what needed to be moved. I called before I bought the offer to see which one fit my need. We did run over on time and could have used a larger truck, but I probably do have more stuff than the average 1 bedroom person! They even helped us move all the extra times that the truck wouldn't fit into the garage so we could load our cars without having to go up and down stairs. They dd get lost and were given the completely wrong address of the new house. They called and I gave them the correct address and they took that time off the overage I owed. Nothing was broken or damaged. They used caution going up and down the new house stairs to not nick any walls or door frames. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to any friends moving.

Wonderful! Lopez moving stepped up to the challenge and hit stout of the ballpark. They were on time, they were professional. Not one item was broken. highly recommend them!!

Both times they were awesome. Very friendly and professional. The pricing was way lower than anyone else we called and if we ever moved again, I would look them up first.

We bought the Angie's List deal for 3 movers and a 24 ft. truck. It was discussed beforehand that we would require more than the 4 hours provided by the deal that was purchased and were aware that we would pay an hourly rate for any time that exceeded the time provided by deal. I am not sure of the sizes of the trucks, but 2 trucks were provided rather than one 24 ft. truck, which was fine. We were very impressed with the crew initially. They did not waste any time at all and were very hard workers. Once the 2 trucks were filled, it was clear that the job would require 2 separate trips. Once the crew arrived and unloaded the trucks at our new house, the men approached my husband and discussed only returning with one truck. We were able to return to the home to move some things after the big moving day and did not care about a few boxes and bags here and there. However, we did want all the big items moved. My husband agreed that one truck would be fine if they felt that that was enough room to accomodate the large items we had left. We trusted the professionals to be able to determine how much room they would need. The entire 3 man crew rode in one truck back to the old house. After arriving and loading the truck, it turned out that many of the large items would not fit into the one truck. Therefore, many things were left including an outside storage unit, a heavy file cabinet, and my son's very large train table among other things. We ended up having to rent our own U-Haul and complete the move ourselves which required more money, not to mention the strenuous labor of the move itself. This was very frustrating and disappointing since the reason for hiring movers was so we would not have to do this. It seemed to us that as professional movers they should have done a better job at estimating the space that they would need to move all of our large items. If there was any doubt at all that it could not be completed with one truck, they should have brought the second truck without even having a discussion with my husband about only using one truck. It seemed to us that they were trying to save on fuel costs despite the possibility of not being able to complete our job. I did give good marks for price and punctuality and I still feel that they did an excellent job in this aspect. As I said before, we were also very happy with the speed at which they were performing the job, but overall we were very disappointed with the end result of the services provided.

The move went fantastic! The men were courteous, professional, and on time! They did a great job and handled our belongings with care. Nothing was broken or scratched. They made sure I was satisfied. I would hire them again without hesitation.

We were moving from a condo into a home and had changed the size of truck we needed with in a week of our move. Lopez moving company was friendly and accommodating to our needs. We also needed to move a large portion of our storage unit to our new home they had no issue stopping at our storage unit to pick up the items. Everyone was friendly and kind and would recommend them to my friends and family

Movers were early and professional. I had just had brand new carpet & pant and they were very respectful of not dragging any salt or snow onto my new floors. They worked so hard and all of my items were placed exactly where I needed ithem. There was not a single scratch or any damage to my walls. I would gladly use them again!

It was great. They worked very quickly and efficiently. All three movers were very nice and worked hard. I would absolutely hire them again for moving needs.

I'd say each of the moves went well. Johnny had to leave on 10/31 for a family emergency but reduced the price quoted to us accordingly, and he was able to make it back later in the day to help finish the job. Also our big bulky treadmill was an incredibly challenging item to move on both legs due to flights of stairs being involved (particularly the move into the basement of our new house), but Johnny & his team were both patient and creative in figuring out how to get it where it needed to go. Other than one of my calls/VMs not being returned (my wife called a couple days later and received a return call very quickly) I have no complaints.

Lopez moving was great. They worked very hard for many hours (6-7 I believe) and did a great job. Great work ethic and took care with our belongings. Super friendly also. We would definitely use again!

It went well. The only thing I would recommend would be to discuss the process with them in advance. We had some furniture that we were not too worried about, but the movers disassembled the tables and wrapped them in shrink wrap which took a lot of additional time. Unfortunately, we were not present at our former house to let them know that certain pieces did not need to be handled with such care. Each employee was courteous and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

It went well - the gentlemen that came were respectful and worked hard. There was an issue with them not having enough space in the truck for all of our things, however they worked out a very fair solution to the problem and made a second trip without charging us twice for drive time. We were very satisfied.

Lopez moving was punctual and ready to start moving us from the storage unit into our new home. The three movers were very careful with all of our furniture and boxes that we had stacked in the storage units. Once we arrived to the new home they allowed us to just direct them with the rooms that we wanted the furniture and boxes to be moved into. They were quick and moved us from three storage units into a 3-story home with a basement in about 5 hours. They were very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone moving locally.

Outstanding! Johnny and his 2-man crew did an wonderful job. I underestimated the time it would take to pack the truck when we selected the 2-man, 4hr package (it actually took 6 hrs). Johnny was there to help the guys wrap the furniture - no damage whatsoever in the move - and the truck eventually looked like a giant Jenga game. The team worked the entire time they were on-site. AND IT FIT IN A SINGLE 26-FT TRUCK! Great value. On time. Solid work. We couldn't ask for more!

Very good, Very professional, very respectful

These guys are great. They care about what they're moving and treat it with care. To say they work tirelessly would be an understatement. This move took about 13 1/2 hours! The only problem was at the very end of the night our wine fridge got damaged - it was merely an accident and the company is replacing the item. Awesome group to work with! Highly recommend!

Moved my aunts items from my home to her new condo. Very polite, professional, hard working crew. Everything was perfect, no damage, on time, did a great job, and even finished under the 4 hour timeframe- would never hesitate hiring the crew, you can't go wrong with them!
