they were puntual, professional, polite and friendly. They had to stay a couple of hours over the set 3 hours and it was just $70 an hour. They were great!! I would definitely use them again and have in fact recommended them to a friend.

I had emailed them specifics on the type of heavy items they'd be moving. They assured me they had an appliance dolly on the truck,ready to go. Promptly at 9am they appeared with TWO trucks and they didn't stop lifting, carrying and maneuvering until 2pm! Seriously, these guys worked their butts off. They had to deal with our extremely steep driveway and most of the heavy items had to go upstairs at the new house, including the washer and dryer. One of the movers spoke fluent English and was the interpreter for the others but it was still easy to communicate with them. After all, there's only so much you have to say when moving- mostly you point and say "here". Friendly, courteous and professional. I would absolutely use their service again.

Jlopez were fast and hardworking, yet took care with our possessions. We needed additional time, and they offered a few extra hours at a reasonable price to finish up. Thank you for making our move that much easier! Just as a side note, this deal is best for a one room apartment or studio.

I bought a $199 coupon for 2 guys, 1 truck, for 3 hours, purchased about 3 days before the move. I called to make sure they could schedule on just a few days notice, and they set up a time with me on the phone, and also emailed confirming the purchase and our appointment. On the day of the move, they called about 2 hours beforehand to let me know they were running a little late due to an accident on the freeway; I appreciated the heads up and it did not upset our schedule, since we were moving in town and did not need to be out of our house that day. Once they arrived, they took quick stock of what was in the house, and started moving. I was a little nervous about the size of the truck at first, but they got almost everything in. Since the new place was only 10 min away, they asked if I minded them taking two trips, which I did not. They were very careful unloading and took care not to damage or dirty the hardwood floors in the new place. We initially had only planned for them to move the larger, heavy furniture, but after seeing their speed, I asked if I could buy an extra hour of time (for $70) and have them move some more. They agreed, and I got almost all of my house moved in one day. The assistant didn't speak hardly any English, but that wasn't ever a problem. They were both cheerful and I'd hire them again.

I purchased this through a Big Deal. They were fantastic! Worked very hard and fast. Took good care of our stuff. The truck they bought wasn't huge but enough for a our 2-bedroom.

Awesome...Johnny and his helper arrived right on time And went straight to work...wrapped my furniture and took great care with it..not even a scratch...I had such heavy furniture..besides what I listed above I had a couple desks(one was a very large roll top desk) the bottom line..they worked extremely hard,they were polite,on time,and VERY reasonably priced...I HIGHLY recommend them..extremely happy with and will use them in the future!

They were very punctual and took great care with my furniture. Everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. Everything arrived undamaged. Probably the best review I could give them is that I would hire them again and not worry about the move.

Johny and his helpers are excellent. They even offered to helped move my clothes which weren't stored or boxed. Wrapped television and dresser and went the extra mile with junk taken to the dumpers. Tipped them well, because they do just as good work as what the larger companies charge. Very polite and professional.

These guys were amazing. Three men arrived with the 26 foot truck and started right to work. The first load of furniture and boxes were loaded very efficiently and quickly. They worked quickly and took great care of our furniture making certain it was wrapped well and protected. They were not big men but, BOY, could they move furniture. We were so pleased and grateful. As stated before, their English is not real clear, but they know how to move you from place to another, Would recomment them to anyone!!!

Today we had J Lopez moving service come to our home after finding them on Angie's list. The experience was exactly as others on Angie's list has reported. We had 2 men and a box truck for three hours. They arrived right on time and started working immediately. I'm also please report they hustled taking care of both how they loaded and unloaded our furniture and belongings. They did such a good we would recommend them to anyone and feel sure it would be a good recommendation.

We purchased a very large, solid oak desk/hutch from a store in Greenwood on Sat 4/5. However, it was too large and too heavy for us to move. We didn't have a vehicle large enough or backs strong enough to move it ourselves. The store wanted us to pick it by Monday or they would charge us a daily fee. On Sunday afternoon, I called Johnny Lopez after reading his reviews on Angie's List. He called me right back and agreed to be at the store in Greenwood when they opened on Monday. He had it at our house in Avon by mid-morning and brought it in and placed it where we wanted it. Their English isn't great, but their work ethic and punctuality is. Will definitely use again.

I found their business card at a local Mexican grocery store. Johnny Lopez quoted the job over the phone as $90/hr for 3 guys and their truck. They did not come to the house to know what they were getting into. Due to the price, etc., I knew they would likely not be as "professional" as some other firms. They arrived at 9 am on a Saturday, with a rather small box truck that they appeared to own. We looked over the house with them, so they could decide how best to prioritize. One of the workers commented that it was a lot of stuff. (The workers' English was better than Johnny, the owner's, so phone conversations in English before the move were a challenge). The team promptly got to work. They worked hard and quickly. They could have and should have used a dolly more often to save their backs, but there were no complaints from them. All told, it took 4 trips and they worked 16 hrs straight (until just after midnight). I would use them again, but might suggest they visit first, so they could possibly charge a little more per hour and rent a larger truck. They would be great for smaller moves (apartments or small homes).

The movers went right to work and did not mess around. They ended up having to move everything in two loads but were fast and efficient. They wrapped all the furniture in plastic and blankets to keep it safe. We have not found anything that is damaged which is amazing with any big move. I have already recommended to a close friend who is moving this week and I would highly recommend trying them out.
