Arrived on time, introduced themselves, asked what needed moved first and worked together to form a plan. Got busy and worked continuously to get the job done. Very friendly and hard workers.

Great price and quick. However, they do not pack the truck carefully, so there were a lot of scratches on the furniture.

Everything went very well. They were very nice and they were also prompt. they protected my belongings very well. They made sure things were packed right and they moved things to the new location in exactly the places where i wanted them in my new home.

Good job all the way around. Showed up basically on time (give or take a couple of minutes), got straight to work, did the job professionally and, as far as I can tell, got everything from point A to point B without damaging anything at all. Would gladly hire again for future moving needs.

Lopez moving did an excellent job.

They were very responsive when we inquired about service and quickly confirmed service for our move date. Overall we were very pleased with the service. While they were late showing up with no phone call, they did explain as soon as they arrived that they ran over at a previous job and were very apologetic. Once they arrived they got straight to work. They wrapped all of the furniture in blankets and plastic wrap and were very careful moving items. There were no scratches or broken items. They did a great job!

I can't say enough great things about Johny and his team. On time, courteous, and very thorough throughout the entire move. This was my second time using Lopez Moving, and will continue to hire and recommend them to everyone. Very impressivejob moving my Emory Luxe sofa up two stories!

They did a great job. It didn't cost me anything extra. They showed up when they said they would show and I have never seen any guys work so hard in all my life. They showed up and they worked, and they did an enormous amount of work in the time that I paid for.

I was moving things into storage so they loaded their truck and unloaded it into storage.

In one way I've been paying big company a lot of money, so I can move from one house to another. With Lopez Moving, everthing was fast, easy, quality, good price, and good service! The only difference is that I don't have to pay a lot to have good service. A company that I'll definitely keep using in the furture, because it gives me more value for my money!

J Lopez was on time, did all work as quoted. We were very pleased with their service.

The guys did a good job. Since they got there they started to work. The thing that worried me the most was my wooden furniture and my chinese cabinate. They new how to do their job well. They took the time to put blankets and plastic wrap, so they wouldn't be scratched or broken. All the work was excelent for that motavation I give them a good grade!

Family owned business, arrived with 2 trucks.and 3 people and Did an excellent job lifting, transferring, loading moving and unloading was delivered effectively and safely.One of the hired laborers did something a little unprofessional, I reported him- and the owner of the business (Johnny offered to Fire him right there and then - if I wanted. I felt a little sympathetic and asked him not to do so. the worker straightened up and behaved very well from then on). Johnny is very trustworthy, is an experienced mover and a polite, courteous and respectful guy. It was a pleasure working with him on my move. I had Jonny and his team for 10 hrs ... These folks are committed and dedicated and are strong with tons of stamina. Johnny also offered to help me set up some of my furniture.... Inspite of the little unprofessional snafu - I was excellently pleased with Lopez Moving and their work. Particularly as my properties did not sustained any damages and I found Johnny to be the perfect Gentleman and professional serviceman .

I will list both the positives and negatives to be fair in my evaluation. First, the positives: -the 3 gentlemen were friendly and hard-working -my move was effectively completed on the day promised -workers were clean and polite -for the most part (one exception) they cared for my things carefully -they only took one or two small breaks for drinks, catching a breath, etc.....good work ethic Now, for the negatives: -showed up 30 minutes late AT THE WRONG LOCATION! I had to go "pick them up" -only one of the three workers spoke English well. Created problems in telling them where things went! -took FOREVER strategizing how they were going to load things in the truck, and I had to pay for their frequent discussions of how to "reconfigure" their trucks so that everything would fit inside. I'd say these discussions along cost me a good $100 extra -tracked mud up my stairs!!! After I got on them about it, THEN they laid plastic down and somewhat tried to wipe the mud out of the carpet. -left mirrors unattached from dressers when they left, when it's VERY standard to attach these types of things. -1 of the men (the leader) tried on MULTIPLE occasions to simply start putting stuff where HE thought it should go!! On 3 or 4 different instances, I had to say "No, I don't want it there...it goes in THIS room!" I don't want to be too harsh on this company, as they tried hard and are perfectly decent people. However, when you can't effectively communicate with the people moving you, they show up at the wrong locale, track mud in a 1-year old house, and take FOREVER to constantly analyze how they're packing the truck (at YOUR expense!)....I think I'd look elsewhere for more refined professionals.

It went great. They were fantastic. We actually had them stay a little bit longer. We paid them extra to stay a little longer. They were willing to do it. They were efficient and hardworking. They rarely took breaks. They just worked until they got it done.

They were punctual, quick and very careful with our belongings and all for fair price. I definitively recommend.

They were very polite, courteous, helpful, informative and got back to me right away.

Lopez was very responsive on short notice.

They arrived on time, quickly surveyed our home and then began moving. Sensitive items were shrink-wrapped and wrapped in blankets. All 3 guys worked very hard to get the trucks loaded and were very careful with all items. We had them reserved from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM and they were able to complete our move in that time. We did move some items in our vehicles but they moved all large items and boxes. They were a very courteous, professional, and hard working team and I would definitely use them again.

We needed them all day and they where happy to work hard the whole time. Made multiple runs for us between houses. GREAT!

Household goods already packed (2 trips) (2 Days) appointment after 5 could not complete the move in one day because of the late appointment. paid for 2 days.

The owner contacted me promptly, had my date available, and worked really hard the entire time he was there. I was impressed. There was a newer kid with him who did well. There are a few small scuffs on the walls but better performance than any other movers I've used. great service for the price. Did not complain when I had them re arrange stuff up and down stairs a few times. Very professional. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

We recently moved from a 3 bedroom apartment to a new house. While the majority of our items were in storage PODS, we had a fair number of items in our apartment that we lived in while our house was being built. Mr. Lopez and his colleague showed up promptly at 9 a.m. as promised and got straight to work. We originally only wanted the movers to move the furniture as we would move the other pieces, but Mr. Lopez and his colleague worked hard and quickly had the truck loaded. He asked about the boxes and given that we had time within the original 4 hour window quoted (4 hours for $299), my husband thought that would be immensely helpful. As they were loading up the boxes, Mr. Lopez was literally running up and down the stairs to and from our 2nd floor apartment to stay within time. When he got to the house, he and his colleague were no-nonsense, hardworking, professional, and pleasant. Lopez Moving LLC is hands down the BEST moving service we have had the pleasure of encountering in multiple moves over the years. They were extremely reasonable in price (additional time for 2 men was $80 per hour), but more importantly, they were the best! We were very pleased, and we highly recommend Lopez Moving LLC to anyone in the Indianapolis area that requires moving services.
