Description of Work: We were considering installing electronic fencing ourselves, but after hearing such great things about Invisible Fence from friends who had used them and reading all the great reviews here, I felt more comfortable having it professionally installed. It was very expensive, but I felt it was worth it in the long run to have the warranty and training that would come at that price. All the people I dealt with were very nice - our salesperson, Stacy, and the installers were great to work with - but I was underwhelmed with the training. The trainer who did the first indoor session and second session outside was nice but really didn't explain how I was supposed to work with my dog very well, and when I called him for some clarification, he never returned the call. The final session was with a different trainer and he did nothing with my dog, he basically just checked the wiring, changed the fence setting out of training mode (I didn't know there was a training mode) and upsold me to the more expensive system. I'm happy with the system now, but in hindsight, I would have probably opted to do this ourselves and we would have saved several hundred dollars. .

Description of Work: They were able to get our fence in within a week. Loved that they have you a class and then followed up the training to ensure we had the correct settings. They were very helpful answering my questions. I also like the warranty on the equipment.

Description of Work: Very professional! Good experience with all of their reps who came out to explain the options, and who provided the training for our dog and his humans! The fencing works great and our pup was trained quickly. He knows his boundaries and we are confident in the system.

Description of Work: Originally we purchased our Invisible Fence for our dog in the fall of 2008. We also purchased two indoor Shields Transmitters to limit our dog's area in the house. We were trained and Peanut accepted the limitations both inside and out very well. Then in April of 2010, Peanut spent a week at the Invisible Fence K-9 Camp for obedience training. After her training, I was given a list of dog foods that are better quality (price is near the same as national brands). Using the new foods dramatically helped her hyperactivity. She came home a different dog ~ so well-behaved and much more pleasant to have around. We have since used their boarding services (price above) in January. We also had her bathed and nails clipped at the end of her stay. She seemed to thoroughly enjoy her stay. She was played with and walked each day and had supervised interaction with the other dogs. We purchased the"Happy Dog" package which gave Peanut extra one-on-one attention and treats! Peanut is going back for another boarding experience in May 2011. We will continue to use Invisible Fence an K-9 Camp because the staff genuinely care about the dogs in their care.
