Outstanding company! Everything went very well, from sales (Brian), installation (Cody) and training (Jeremy). They were punctual on all appointments and very courteous and professional. System works as advertised, no complaints. Kudos to all, especially Jeremy who is an outstanding trainer as he took the time and care training Huck who is a rescue dog. I recommend Invisible Fence of Central Indiana and would hire them again.

Great! Best choice we could have made for Louie. If your on the fence about getting Invisible Fence I assure you it’s a great investment for your animal. Start to finish we were happy with everything. Sales, installation, and training. They are there when they say they will be. Training is gentle and effective. Our Louie loved Jennica and he graduated on target! Since, the invisible fence has proven to be effective. Louie learned his boundaries. He plays all the time in the yard, unleashed. This company was great and can customize the placement of the wires like they did for us. We are happy!

Very well. They installed the fence and trained my dog about 6 months ago. My dog is completely reliable after the training--even after i removed the flags, she does not test her boundaries. A couple of months ago landscapers accidentally cut the line. Invisible Fence was very responsive--they came an repaired the break the very next day.

Dave came out and we walked the lot to identify where the cable would go. I live on a pond and I wanted my dog to have access to the shore. That meant placing the cable in the water. Dave got it out there well enough but a couple of weeks later he had to come back. A muskrat had chewed through the cable! He spliced in the thickest cable they had and we found a great way to get it out in the water a good way from shore. No problems since. In summary, the product is quality and works very well (I have it on the lowest settings), the service is very friendly and responsive to my needs. I would definitely recommend to others.

Got quotes from two other companies - both lacked professionalism in their quoting process (neither followed up to see if we wanted to purchase either.) Invisible Fence was more expensive, but met price of other vendor when asked. Installation was easy and efficient. Training of dog was good. Were 1/2 hour late to second training, but spent good amount of time with us to do actual training. Would definitely ise them again!

It went great! They're service is exceptional! My line was cut three times due to new home construction, and Invisible Fence came the next morning to repair it.

Got a new puppy and found out that young puppies can be trained on the invisible fence. I was initially skeptical but my 3 month old puppy is happily running around the yard enjoying freedom from a leash. Jennica, our trainer is wonderful, she gave me lots of tips to help me with our practice between sessions to make sure the puppy was successful. She is very knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions for every problem we encountered.

We have a very unique situation as we share a driveway with our neighbor. The salesperson came out and was very thoughtful and creative in coming up with potential solutions. He was also very polite and timely. WE were also very happy with the price that we were quoted. We aren't ready to hire yet, as we are not getting a dog until next fall, but we will definitely be hiring this company when we are ready.

Such a great company, from sales to service! Every person I've interacted with is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel that my pet has received the highest level of training, and I am very confident with my pet outside unsupervised. A+!

With the invisible fence it includes 3 training sessions. The first trainin sessions was in doors the girl was here for about 30 minutes to train 2 dogs. The second training session the same girl arrived at 8:00, I had to work at 9:00, I was planning on waking my daughter up to finish out the session, the trainer was gone at 8:20. I did not feel comfortable about the stage of training my dogs were at. I placed a phone call realized the training sessions should have been at least an hour or more with 2 dog. That next day a new person was sent out, very professional and spent the time with my dogs. The final training sessions was another new person, I thought my dogs had a better sense of the training however from the point to when the trainer left my home my dogs are completely scared to go outside in the front yard. I would have also thought a follow up phone call would have been made to see how the dogs were doing whether it was a trainer or the sales person.

From our 1st meeting with Scott to the installation done by M.R. ,dog training with Ally and another gentleman we feel they run a top notch business. Everyone was very nice and also very professional. Most importantly we have been soooo excited to be able to play with our dog on our three acres! It's only been a week, but so far so great! Scott was the person who set everything up for us and he was amazing very prompt with appointment time and talked us through everything to consider with the new electric fence. The two guys that installed the fence showed up early and installed the fence in a timely manner and walked me through everything once the fence was installed. I had 3 trainers I remember Megan was our first trainer and they were all amazing with our dog and they all showed up early to appointments which was great that I didn't have to wait around for 3 hours. The fence is great and our dog is still learning the boundaries but it is definitely doing it's job! We are having an electric door placed into our glass sliding door this next week.

They were wonderful. Fixed the problem. Treated me fair. Repaired my fence that wasn't my fault. Very professional. Seemed concerned of the safety of the animals.

You have to buy special batteries for their collars. You have to replace them about every 3 months. I give them a B on price because the price has gone up and we are getting ready to have a 3rd dog.

My dog has a massive infection and two deep puncture wounds in his neck as a result of this follow- up session. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TOUCH YOUR DOG"S COLLAR. We have been with invisible fence since 1990 and this is out fourth dog on the system and I just don't know what happened to the company in the last year. In 1990 we put our 11 month old Golden on this system and the fence was invisible to him too. After his death, we got another Golden and were very reluctant to go with the system, but the IF folks convinced me to try. They had claimed they had learned a lot and changed their training techniques since 1990. This was 1999. The new training techniques were better and our dog never in his ten year life time got out of the yard. So when we got another Golden six years ago we went back to them. Our six year has never left the yard. Last March , we decided to add another Golden to our family. When he was old enough , we called IF to come over and get him going . They sent two absolutely mindless ladies who were using the old training techniques. They were enticing the dog to go through the fence, which was normal , but if he did they thought the most important thing was that he stopped and turned around and went back through it , so that is when they rewarded him with a treat. After seeing my dog happily going through , turning around and running for his treat I stopped the session. This was the same training technique they used back in 1990. Then the lady goes into her car and gets out her totally out of control own dog explaining how this was to give our puppy distractions. Her dog could have cared less about our puppy and went after our 5 year old dog. I just wanted them to leave , but she stayed and let her unleashed dog run around in my neighbors' yards. Needless to say the puppy despite having a good role model in our other dog has had trouble with the fence and as of Christmas time started going through again. Send in the next guy Ryan. He was surprise that Reilly, our puppy, didn't react much to the shock. it was really not surprising since he was trained to take it twice for a treat. Anyhow he replaced the collar with a stronger one and we went through the whole lets shave his fur, a 1990 technique , so he feels it. I didn't allow the shaving , so he tightened the collar. I should have checked it have, I admit but I didn't. I falsely assumed they would use the same allow the width of a finger between the collar and the dog guidelines they promote for their customers I noticed our other dog was constantly licking Reilly's neck and I took off the collar and noticed his neck was very irritated. When it didn't get better and the smell got awful, I bought his to the vet. He had two puncture woulnd the exact size and depth of the prongs on his collarweither from over tightening when they put it on or dragging him by the coolar. I called IF and requested a call back from their owner, but I only got a call back from the installer. I want then to see his neck which now is completely shaved due to the injurty. He is on steroids, antibiotics both topically and orally and of course painkillers. I am disappointed that the ownerer of a company in animal service would not care enough to even call me back himself. Your employees injured my dog and a reputable owner should not only be heartbroken, but should be concerned about the performance of their employees. 99

My old system wasn't able keep our energetic Golden Retriever in the yard especially when the neighborhood cat strolled past the yard. We attempted to fine-tune the old system and to retrain the dog but neither solved the break-out problem. The IF rep. then suggested that we upgrade the system to the Boundary Plus system. This system creates a uni-direction field outside of the yard which allows the dog to get closer to the boundary but once the dog goes beyond the boundary he gets a constant correction for up to 30 seconds or until returning inside the wire parameter. This system works EXTREMELY WELL. The dog challenged the boundary only 2 times before learning to stay in our yard. We now have piece of mind that the dog will stay in OUR yard and although this was not planned to be a Christmas gift, my wife stated that it's the best gift I could have given her since she doesn't have to worry about losing her beloved Golden. The IF rep. worked with me to keep the upgrade cost to a minimum and were very helpful when I requested to install the new transmitter as a DIY project. The product and the company are top notch.

The service went very well. The training was so so. The follow up trainer did a a pretty good job. My only complaint is that when I try to call for service the number I called was in Ohio and I always had to be transferred. There pricing is also high, but I really like the product.

The estimate I received was based on the previous number of feet purchased even though we discussed installing the fence in a different way which might save some $'s. He did not attempt to measure before providing a quote. Though later, the invoice was based on actual feet. The fence was installed as scheduled and at the same time of scheduling the install, I scheduled the 3 trainings and they told me the same person would be training my new puppy all 3 times. Once the fence was installed, they asked for payment based on the quote, which was hand-written on a yellow piece of paper. I reminded him that he hadn't given me the "actual" number of feet and that I would like an official invoice before charging my credit card. He came back to me with the actual amount (150 feet less) and emailed a real invoice which I appreciated, but should not have had to ask for. He performed the first training at that time. Then, the next time training was scheduled, a different trainer came out and I didn't know before this it would be a different trainer. This trainer was very good, so I did not complain. Then, the 3rd training came around and yet ANOTHER person showed up to train my puppy. He knew nothing about him nor did he do much with him. He increased the shock on the collar to put it to where he is out of "training" mode, which is fine, but then proceeded to lead my puppy on a leash through the invisible fence to the other side, shocking him all the way. This was totally unacceptable. I was expecting Invisible Fence to be totally professional given the size of the company and the amount of money I paid, and the fact that I was an existing customer. I was very disappointed, and when I shared my experience, they offered to provide another "free" training session. No thanks.

Everything has been really good, professional and they even treated my dog like she was a queen. They did a very good job.

Great company! Great coupon! Good and patient trainers. Was skeptical but my wandering dogs are now more content and calm within the perimeter of our new Invisible Fence! Even stood the "cat in the neighbors driveway" test. Can't recommend this company and their product enough!!
