I had an estimate promptly and the work was started and completed in the time promised which is especially important when you are dealing with our main master bath. I was given some suggestions and guidance in choosing materials, and I could communicate with Gene Snodgrass via email, a major convenience. His employee who did the installation was pleasant, called when delayed by an hour or so, and did a great job.

The grout in our hall and kitchen especially looked terrible. Some was cracking and leaving large holes in our grout lines and what was left looked dirty because the original grout color was white. Gene Snodgrass came to give us an estimate for repairing the grout since we didn't want to replace flooring that was only 2 years old. He suggested using an epoxy grout that has some "give" when walked on as not all the tiles were completely adhered to the subfloor. He suggested the grout stain when he saw how some areas of existing grout looked dirty. We decided to give it a try and scheduled the work. The first day the workers, Kyle and Keith, were to be here between 8 and 8:30 and didn't show til 9am. They got right to work scraping out the old grout. If only we knew how messy this was going to be!!! I only wish they had told us to cover our furniture as EVERYTHING on the main level of our home was covered in a white dust when they were done. I really wasn't expecting this. They worked all day removing and replacing the areas of grout that needed attention, then took two more days for the grout stain. We were especially impressed that Mr. Snodgrass checked on the progress of the work more than once and that Keith came back on a later day to touch up an area he noted needed work (we didn't even ask him to!). We were super-impressed from start to finish with this company and can't believe how our once embarrassing tile job now looks brand new!

My experience with them overall was that they were very friendly and honest. They were also very thorough but the price they quoted ended up being too high so we did the work ourselves.

The remodel went very well. The bathroom was remodeled with new whirlpool bath, ceramic floor and walls, new water closet and faucets, and new paint. The kitchen portion was the replacement of laminated countertops with solid surface countertops including replacing sink, faucet, etc. The men they sent to do the job were very professional, polite, communicated well, and overall did a very good job. They cleaned up very well and were respective of the home. We had "normal" punch list items to correct, and they responded very promptly in correcting them. We were very satisfied with them.

They returned my call promptly. Gene Snodgrass came out and wrote up a proposal and submitted to me within a weeks time period. Estimate very detailed. Chose not to use them only because they don't have a showroom with supplied items and would have had to shop at numerous locations for new items.

It went better than we could have expected. This was a complete kitchen remodel; the only things they didn t change were one wall and the doors. Jason and Zack arrived early every morning and went to work right away. Jason ran the show and was excellent at organizing the job step by step. Everything from demolition to clean up was flawless. There were a few minor problems they encountered on the way that were quickly resolved. They erected dust barriers every morning so there was absolutely no infiltration of dust or dirt into the house. Gene Snodgrass quoted 10 14 days and they would have been done in eight days if there hadn t been a problem with the cabinet over the fridge. That cabinet was shipped incorrectly and Jason didn t catch it until it had already been installed. Imagine my reaction when the refrigerator got here and the space for it was inch too small! Gene came out personally and removed the incorrect cabinet. He also installed the correct one when it arrived problem solved, no muss, no fuss! I can t praise them enough.

Excellent! The work was done when it was promised. Mike kept in contact with us regularly if there needed to be changes. We were delayed because faucets were out of stock, which was not a problem. Nothing was left unusable while we waited for the parts to come in.

Gene is extremely easy to work with and had some great ideas, which I am sure comes as a result of his years of experience in this business. The skilled workers who came to our house (Mike and Kyle) were very professional and were committed to doing the job right. The finished product is even better than our expectations. Everyone was very accommodating, flexible, and responsive to our needs. Very simply, they did what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. This is a company you can trust.

Their communication was excellent. If there were ever any problems we were notified promptly and the issue was taken care of.

The job was complicated, but they did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company, because they didn't rush they took their time to complete the job.

Installation went according to plan but removal of old floor took longer than planned. Mr. Snodgrass made adjustments to his crew numbers to make Thanksgiving deadline. The crew was polite and congenial. The workmanship was professional.

After calling Gene for an estimate for the tile installation, he arrived the same day, quite promptly. He emailed final estimates to us for the tile work, but also for the bathroom remodel, per our request. We were on a time constraint, so they managed to fit in both our projects in the weeks surrounding Christmas, which was incredible. The workmen who arrived for each of the projects were very respectful and courteous. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Both projects were completed on time. When working on the bathroom, they discovered a sub-bathtub that needed to be removed, and brought it to my attention immediately. Before proceeding with any extra work, they asked for our approval. A month after the projects were completed, we did notice some grout had holes in it, and there was some caulking missing along the bath faucet. We called them about it, and they responded quickly. Someone was at our house that week to fix it, at no charge.

Very professional. They did exactly what I requested. Workmanship was very good. He came when he said he would and we have asked him to back out and he has everytime.

Gene returned our call and gave us an estimate quickly. The work was done well by professional and pleasant workmen. We were happy with the whole process and with our "new" bathroom.

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with Gene and his company. The young man who did the work, George, was the kind of craft person you always hope to have do work for you. Not only in his craft skills, but also in his attitude and personal presentation of consideration and concern. We recommended to Gene that he was fortunate to have some one like George working for him, and he agreed.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. In a word they are professionals. After at least one contractor suggested that I return the slate I had personally purchased, Gene confidently provided his bid and his employee did a wonderful job installing the slate. Even after some large pieces broke (slate is fairly fragile until installed) and we had to wait a few days for replacements Gene took it in stride and completed the job as soon as the replacement pieces arrived. I would not hesitate to hire IR in the future.

Outcome was beautiful! The workers were very professional, timely, considerate and performed quality work. There was a communication problem regarding the ejector pump which resulted in significant additional costs which we weren't expecting. Given we aren't experts in plumbing or remodeling and don't understand how a ''plumbed'' bathroom functions and what needed to be completed in order for it to be functional we felt it was Gene's error. However, we have used Indiana Renovations previously in a rental property without difficulty and had excellent outcomes and were pleased with the outcome of this project. We will certainly consider using them again and would recommend them to others.

Scott and Patrick were always on time and very good about cleanup and covering up to protect the house when taking out the tile floor. They were wonderful to work with.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD! I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

MR. SNODGRASS ARRIVED NEAT AND WAS PROFESSIONAL. HE ALSO CAME VERY PREPARED. HE LISTENED VERY CAREFULLY AND MADE EXCELLENT SUGGESTIONS. THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT HE DELIVERS QUALITY WORK. BECAUSE THERE WERE CONFLICTS IN OUR SCHEDULE AND HE WOULD HAVE TO SUB OUT SOME OF THE WORK, WHICH WASN'T INCLUDED IN THE BID, WE SELECTED ANOTHER COMPANY. WE FOUND HIS BID TO BE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT NO SHOCKER.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, PERSONABLE, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE CAULK FOR THE KITCHEN BACKSPLASH NEEDED TO BE AN EXACT COLOR MATCH, AND HE WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS IN ACHIEVING THAT.

EXCELLENT WORK. EVERYTHING WAS DONE PERFECTLY. HAD NO WORRIES ABOUT THEM BEING IN MY HOME ALONE.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. GENE WAS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS AND HIS CREW WAS METICULOUS IN THEIR WORK. THE BACKSPLASH RESULT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF INCREDIBLE AND THE TILE IN THE BATH (PLACED ON THE DIAGONAL AND THEREFORE REQUIRING MUCH MORE LABOR) ALSO TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. THE BATH WAS A SIMPLE DESIGN BUT THE RESULTS WERE PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK SITE WAS ALWAYS LEFT TIDY AND CLEAN AT THE END OF THE DAY. RECOMMENDED GROUT COLOR AND THIS WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT RESERVATION.
