I have been using this company to clean our home for over a moth now and I could not be more pleased. One of the best part about having them clean the home is the little extra things that they do just because. There were a couple of things that I have overlooked or simply neglected to take care of in my home and they pointed a couple of them out. One was a stain on my stairway carpet that I just kept ignoring and putting off. They quickly saw this and took care of it at no additional cost. Sometimes I have come home to find my bed made (yes I'm lazy). Both owners are super people and communicate very effectively. This was truly the best find on Angie's list when it comes to house cleaning. As long as things stay how they have been going, I will use them for many years to come.

I called and got a hold of the owner. he could not take make call at the time but said he would call me back. He did. He was able to come out the next morning to give me a quote. He looked around and discussed how they clean. Their pricing was very fair. We were not able to see the final product because we moved out of state but they were very accommodating and sent us before and after pictures. they looked great!

They were by far the quickest to respond to our email, which was the best way for me to communicate. Chris did a thorough walk through to make sure they gave me the right estimate. Their price was about in line with others. They did a great job. They even left me a bottle of cleaner to use in the future. I would use them again.

After moving into our new home we were in need of a new person to clean our home and needed someone ASAP to help get it ready for a party we were hosting Memorial Day weekend. I contacted Final Touch after looking for companies on Angie's List and Chris, the owner, responded. He came out within a couple of days to quote and then came back the following day to get some basics done on our main floor so it would be presentable for our party. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to help out in a pinch. We then worked out a plan for weekly cleaning of our 2 main floors and have been using them since. They are doing a great job and have been very open to feedback and to working together to come up with the plan to get our home clean and working within our budget. I would recommend this company (and have recommended to friends) as they are responsive, professional, and thorough. They also communicate very well via text or email to keep me up to date on what is being done which is much appreciated.

I use them as a regular housecleaner. They are here weekly. They come to my home whether I'm home or not. They're excellent!

We had a wonderful experience with Final Touch Solutions. We needed the cleaning done promptly, and we were able to receive an estimate the same day I initially called. We were also able to schedule the cleaning on our preferred date. We wanted our home to be "hospital clean". Our expectations were exceeded as our home was thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. Everything was sparkling when they were finished. We have a house cleaner who has worked many times with a variety of products to remove stubborn hard water stains in one of our tubs, and she has not had much success. After FTS was done, our tub looked brand new. Even though it took longer to clean our home than was originally estimated, FTS continued working diligently and even returned the next day to complete the job at no additional cost.

he was very meticulous and detailed with getting the grime off of all the areas. They did not rush the job and made sure they did all they could do.

Arrived promptly at set time and began their tasks. Oven, refrigerator/freezer, floors and baseboards were all done to satisfaction. Most of the kitchen cupboards were done to satisfaction but did find that a few areas were missed. The cupboards over the refrigerator and a few cupboards near the oven still remained a bit sticky around the handles. The shower stall was well cleaned with all hard water residue removed. The cleaning crew (3) were very pleasant and did offer to return if anything was unsatisfactory. It was not necessary for them to return. Overall, things went well, it did take a bit longer than I expected. Would give an A- for quality instead of a B but not an option.

The work estimate went well and I anticipate the service will be great.

They did a one time cleaning which included vacuuming, dusting all rooms with carpet. They also mopped all hardwood floors. They did an excellent job at cleaning the bathrooms. There was a black spot on the floor in our shower which we have repeatedly tried to remove. The spot is no longer there. They are very professional yet friendly. They take their time to get the job done to your expectation! I highly recommend them.

We have just moved back into the area and back into our home we had rented while we were away and it was GROSS! It was so incredibly dirty and we tried to clean it some on our own but it was too much. A friend told us about Final Touch Solutions and we called them explained the situation and they came out in about 2 days and I couldn't believe what a great job they did. I was just expecting to be able to not "feel" dirty just walking through my home but they made it clean. When they said they would provide a "deep cleaning" they did just that. The stand -up shower in the master bath I thought was impossible to get clean because it looked like no one had cleaned it for years. They got it clean. You could see shiny fixtures and even see through the glass! Great job! I'll definitely be using them again for my routine house cleaning services.
