The handyman, Jon, completely rebuilt our gate and did a beautiful job.

He called and confirmed the appointment was courteous called back advising was running late due to just finishing up other project was professional knowledgeable and skilled with his tools finished the job in a timely manner provided information on the future projects we want to get done in the coming weeks. We definitely be scheduling with final touch solutions for our next projects.

The portable gas heater had to be put together complete by following the instructions that came with it.

Was transferred to Matt immediately the day I called to inquire about an estimate. Matt was extremely professional and courteous. Was able to come to my home that day and did a walk through with me to see what my needs were. Within only a couple of hours he had emailed me with the estimates, I immediately set up an appointment time for his staff to come in the next week and get started. All of his staff that showed up were extremely polite and professional. Matt was here both days to help and supervise. He was able to get out a deep rust stain that had been on a bathroom sink for years. The cleaned the house from top to bottom, including all of the baseboards and door frames in the home. He had me do a walk through with him both days to make sure I was satisfied. Told me that if I notice something later that was missed to let him know and he would gladly take care of it. I have 2 cats that are extremely afraid of strangers and vacuums. Every one was very understanding and respectful of that fact that they will be locked up every time they come to clean and not to enter the room that has the door closed. I feel very comfortable with them in my home.

I was in need of a quick quote for repairs in order to keep a home sale moving forward after a home inspection. I found these guys on Angie's List, read their reviews and decided to give them a call. Not only did they answer the phone (unlike many others), they responded in a very prompt and professional manner. In less than 24 hours, I had three quotes for repairs in my email inbox. In order to get those quotes to me on such short notice, one guy had to stop by my house at 8 PM after driving back from a seminar in Merryville, Indiana. I'm sure he was tired and wanted to get home to his family, but I never felt rushed or brushed off, and he meticulously went over everything with me, suggested some things, and I agreed. I can't wait for them to actually do the work! If it's anything like the professionalism I have seen thus far in the process, I won't be disappointed. I will post an update in a couple of weeks.

Matt responded to my initial voice mail very promptly and scheduled an appointment for an estimate within the next day. John came to the house to review the tasks that I needed and was very thorough and professional, making notes of all of the details. I received the estimate within 24 hours. When John came to the house to perform the work, he was completely professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He was very careful and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. The cost was for labor only, and it may have been a bit on the high side; however, I do feel that the quality of the work and the service were worth the cost. I would use Final Touch Solutions for future projects.

Jon removed the fence in our backyard. He worked by himself to remove the old fence and post. Even though the post were held down with concrete, that didn't pose a problem for Jon. Jon also repaired some damaged shingles on my roof. Jon also removed a small tree from the front yard. He cleaned up once he was done and was very professional. I would definitely use them again for many other things I need done around the house.

They were very professional and did a great job. They even had a hand held vacuum with them for clean up. There really isn't much in the way of contracting they can't do. We have a bid from them for deck repair and installing a new fence. I highly recommend them and will use their services again.

|A gutter nail is already loose and a deck plank is already loose as well. After submitting my review regarding the loose nail and deck plank Matt then personally reached out to me to have someone comeback out and fix the issue as soon as possible. He came back out the very next day after calling and fixed both issues with no problems.

The ladies that come to clean are so nice and they are good! Sometimes I can tell they are a little rushed but overall they do a nice job on my home.

Pricing was very reasonable for work performed. Jon was very helpful and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The two guys who came were polite, on time, called before coming and did what they said they would do. Clean, used foot/shoe covers when walking on the carpet as it was a rainy and messy day. They cleaned up their saw dust mess in the garage. Would use them again for sure.

Everything went fine! Friendly sensible lady cleaned an understood the Xmas rush.

I never hired this provider because he did not honor the 2 hr. promotion price, but gave me an estimate instead, which I thought a bit pricey. The gentleman that came out was very nice and pleasant personalty.

1. He took out the entire cabinet (!); went outside and put it on his saw horses;with an electric saw, sawed off the bottom "rung." Then after carefully taking it down, he carefully put it back in its place. 2. He learned the runners were fine, and all that had to be one was raise the bottomwhich held the two doors up.

They are excellent. They provide an automated reminder prior to service to make sure the day and time still works. I've had requests to work around different contractor schedules and Matt and his team were very responsive. If I have an area that needs more focus I leave a note and it's addressed. I've recommended their service to others.

John contacted me within 4 hours of my purchasing this service and was available to schedule within a few days. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. I had already purchased a gas line install kit, but when he found that it was not the correct size he drove it back to Lowe's, returned it onto the credit card I had bought it with, and got a new one. He went way out of his way. There were full explanations given, he made sure to not scratch the floors or paint when moving the old one out and new one, and made certain there were no gas leaks via several different tests. A great guy and I wish him much success in his endeavors!!

John was very thorough; very helpful; and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I only found a couple places later that hadn't been touched, but majority of everything had been cleaned. We have wood laminate floors that have a glossy finish basically in all rooms except bedrooms. They are extremely challenging to clean and not see a residue or make footprints later. The floor cleaner they used caused us to see footprints and our dog's pawprints starting that very evening. We had to go around and spot clean the floors by hand. We have asked them to try a different product on their next clean. Our main reason for deciding to hire a cleaning company is because of our challenging floors. So far the only way we found we were able to get them clean without a residue was by cleaning with microfiber cloths, Bona floor cleaner spray and being on our hands & knees. The mop would leave a residue of sorts. So you can see why we are hoping the cleaning service can handle them for us! They seem very receptive to trying to find a product that works well on our floors. We are going to have them do an every 4 week cleaning, while we clean in between their service appts. I look forward to seeing how the "regular" cleans are done.

Fantastic service! Always on time and I never need to worry about a thing, even my dogs. No complaints at all, just a nice clean house!

Jon Miller first checked out the job & gave me an estimate. He worked a good part of the day. He repaired the fence including replacing some wire, and setting a new post in concrete by the gate. the gate now closes properly without any problems. Later he worked on putting new insulation in crawl space. He came back next day to finish. He did a good job & was pleasant. I am very pleased with his work.
