For 4 years previous, I had a very good housecleaner. As she grew on Angies list, she had to hire employees who did not clean to the same level that she did. By sheer luck, I tried Final Touch, who blew me away with their array of products to rid your shower pan/glass doors/etc of stains that I thought were here to stay! It helps that they have a background in apartment cleaning. Great crew to work with from "top" on "down" the chain of command. You will not be disappointed with these folks!! If you do have ANY issue, bring it up to Matt, Megan, or Chris and they WILL make it right!! Quality cleanings and professional employees -- they are a "10" out of 10 and have been cleaning our 3,400 sq ft home for 2 years now. Will stay with them from here on out.

Final Touch Solutions is by far the best cleaning service I've hired. The detail of cleaning is outstanding and the team is always prompt, courteous, trustworthy and professional. They truly care about delivering a good product and it shows in their work. They consistently ask for feedback to check their performance. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great. We went for some cheap no name company off of Craigslist, and we got what we paid for! Since then we have been using Final Touch Solutions and have been very happy with them and their service. I would recommend them without reservation!

Great work, nice, friendly staff. Great job in a reasonable amount of time. Even worked around my daycare kids and 4 dogs with no trouble at all.

I contacted the company based on the good reviews and confirmed that they would service a home in Anderson. I explained that I was purchasing the cleaning as a Mother's Day gift and would like for them to perform the service and bill me for the cleaning. The special arrangements were no problem and the cleaning was scheduled for less than 1 week later. The crew arrived on time and did a great job cleaning including the specific requests that my Mom had for the high and low reach areas that she has difficulty accessing. My mom was very happy with the results and we plan to use them in the future.

The cleaning team was fantastic, Summer had a broken toe but still managed to get around and clean...so amazing. There were a few spots I noticed that could use another pass, and they were happy to do it, didn't make me feel like I was being rude or pushy for asking them to go back over certain areas. They're more expensive than some other cleaners, but they did a good job. I was happy with their work and have set up recurring appointments. The only thing I would change is that they don't accept credit cards, which would make my life easier.

The crew arrived on time and did a remarkable job. Even so, Matt told us he would not deposit the check until we confirmed we were absolutely happy with the results. We can confidently say Final Touch Solutions, LLC, embodies all of the characteristics we were looking for--high quality, trustworthy, professional, and reasonably priced. They don't skimp on quality or customer service and they are very nice people as an additional and welcomed benefit. I was able to get an appointment next day. They detailed my Chevy Impala. They got a stain out of my carpet and got up all the dog hair. Even the weather stripping and molding on my doors were cleaned. Great work! I would use them again in the future.

The job went perfectly; from my initial contact with the company all the way through job completion, which included a special request for them to take 'before' and 'after' cleaning photographs. They did an outstanding job, even meeting me at the condo so they could provide an accurate bid, through the end of the project where they emailed my invoice and photos I had requested. I could not have been more pleased with the company's professionalism, service and price. I will definitely use them again, as well as refer them to others. Complete cleaning of our house (upstairs, main level and basement area). The quality of the work is very good and they are responsive to requests for attention to any and all cleaning details. We are going to use them on a regular basis starting in January, 2014. The owners are friendly and courteous. The employees are good at what they do. Final Touch has been very accomodating to our needs and scheduling of cleaning days and times.

My husband surprised with me with house cleaning services for Christmas. He called Chris with Fine Solutions and they spoke aobut our cleaning needs. Chris said his crew could come on New Years Eve!! I was shocked that they were willing to come on a holiday. Chris came to our home with Megan & Crystal. (mom & daughter team) We walked them through what we were looking for in a cleaning company & they happily listened to everything we wanted. Chris left and the two girls began to clean. We are extremely picky when it comes to cleaning and Megan and Crystal exceeded our expectations. They were both professional, nice, and thorough. They even made all of our beds in the home and set-up the children's stuffed animals on the bed. Our kids were so excited when they saw their rooms and couldn't wait for them to come back. We have them coming on a bi-weekly schedule which works great for our budget and needs. Once again, they did a wonderful job. My husband & I both work out of the home and it is so nice to be able to have our home clean and especially by such great people. Thanks Chris, Megan, & Crystal!!

She arrived on time despite the weather. Megan did a great job cleaning the house. After five grandchildren running through the house during the holidays the house was in desperate need of a cleaning. The grandchildren are all home with their parents and I have a clean house! Thumbs up to Megan!

Wow. These guys did a great job. We brought them in just to test the idea of outsourcing our office cleaning, and I was impressed. Price and quality of service cannot be beat. Funny story... our office microwave was so dirty I literally contemplated just replacing it; Chris and Matt came in and by the time I got to the employee lounge for lunch, the microwave looked like new! They are now our regular cleaning crew.

They initially met me at my house to discuss my needs then provided a quote for their services. They have cleaned my house twice and I have been extremely happy with the quality of their work. They are also flexible and easy to work with. I have contracted them to continue their services on a routine basis. I'm very happy.

They cleaned the carpet on my stairs that had many stains from contractors doing work and my children. They got the stains out which was great because I wasn't ready for a whole-house carpet cleaning but the stairs really needed to be done. They were flexible in pricing the work so that I wouldn't feel like I should have just had the whole house done!

They are great! They show up when scheduled and always do a very good job.

Chris, along with Matt and Stephanie, showed up for a deep clean. They were here for (2) half days. All we can say is "WOW," they really know what they are doing, are professional and personable, and did a great job! We continue to use them on a biweekly basis for routine cleanings. They always follow-up when they arrive on the next visit to ensure they are doing a good job, and to see if they missed anything. We highly recommend using Final Touch Solutions!!

I contacted Chris last week and he agreed to meet me the same afternoon to provide an estimate . I needed a thorough cleaning of my sister's home that she had been renting. She has moved-out and is hoping to get her deposit returned . Chris understood my needs and provided additional information on what they would clean as part of a "move-out" on a rental property. He explained how they would clean the tub and kitchen sinks using products to remove rust and other stains. Of note Final Touch Solutions does not use any harsh or strong smelling chemicals. On the day of service Chris and his crew were prompt and very professional. They provided a very thorough cleaning.

They've always done a great job. We are happy with their work.

Chris and his team have been cleaning my 2 story home every 2 weeks since August. I have had other cleaning services in the past who I had to continually point out areas they missed. Chris' team is very thorough. I am more than satisfied with their service and recommend them highly.

Came out for initial cleaning. I had them down to come out at 1:00 but they came out at 3:00. I assumed I had gotten the time wrong and they cleaned the house. They did not empty trash, clean sliding glass door windows or clean under the toaster. They were here for about 3.5 hours. The next cleaning I had scheduled for Tuesday September 3 at 9:00 and they did not show up. I called and they said they had me down for 3:00 the following Wednesday. They came on Wednesday and cleaned the house which was okay after we pointed out what had not been done during the prior cleaning. They didn't take any notes or anything to remind them what we wanted done. During the cleaning process I asked when they would be here the next time. They got out their computer and said Wednesday October 2 at 1:00. It is now 2:11 on Wednesday and they are not here. I called and they said they thought they were coming at 3:00. I told them that they didn't need to come today, that we would find someone more reliable. During the initial quoting processes Chris, one of the owners, told me that he had worked for Angie's List and knew the value of customer service. I don't think he knows the first thing about customer service.

I am very happy thus far with Final Touch Solutions. First of all, they have me the cheapest quote and I felt comfortable after talking with Kris so that is why we went with them. They have cleaned our house 4 times now and I am pleased with how my home looks. I am very comfortable communicating any details I would like done differently or any areas I would like more attention. Kris is responsive and always addresses those areas. I will continue to use Final Touch Solutions.

I had another cleaner back out at the last minute and called Final Touch Solutions five days before my open house. They were able to get over to my house quickly and clean it from top to bottom. The house looked great for the open house. I really appreciated the timely and quality service.

I contacted Chris to give me an estimate on cleaning my home. He came the same day. I was very impressed with his professionalism. We walked through the house room by room and discussed my expectations and his. I am hiring this company on a bi- weekly basis.
