It went really well! We took advantage of a deal Final Touch was offering in the Angie's List Deal Section. Two hours of handyman work for $75. John did a great job and we would highly recommend him and plan on using him again soon. He actually went over the two hours by a little and didn't charge us since we were first time customers.

In the beginning the cleaning went well. We had them cleaning our main floor weekly and our upstairs every other week. As I said things had gone well in the beginning and we referred them to neighbors and friends some of which hired them. In October/November of 2014 we brought to their attention some issues with the quality of cleaning in our home. At that same time they replied that they wanted to give us a 25% price increase. We discussed and negotiated the pricing as we felt that large of an increase, especially when we had brought up issues, was a bit much. We agreed upon a price and overall the cleaning improved. However, we were told we would have the same crew most of the time and that never transpired. They had also asked what hours worked and how late they could clean. We had indicated 5 PM and on many occasions they were there much past that. This weekend, however, took my breath away when thy informed us that they had several employees quit and therefore could no longer provide services to us via email. They sent the same email to my neighbors as well and to one of our neighbors friends. They are obviously having troubles so I would not recommend hiring them at this time.

The provider contacted me back promptly and came right over that same day for a quote. He was able to get us scheduled that very same week even though it was short notice. The crew showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job, they were so thorough, it has never looked better! I am very glad we chose this company, it made a huge difference in the way house looks, they did a fantastic job cleaning.

The cleaning service was fantastic. Two girls came out and they were here for about 5 hours. One of the owners, Matt came over and even scrubbed the grill of the refrigerator.

Final Touch Solutions has been cleaning my house twice a month for the past 6 months. They do an excellent job. The show up when they say they will, work hard while they are here and everything is super clean when they leave. I have used several cleaning services over the years and Final Touch is by far the best! I would definitely recommend Final Touch to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Initially, the service provider did a good job cleaning, prompt and thorough. After several months, started to see a deterioration of quality of service. It appears they either lost good help, or increased their business but the quality of their cleaning suffered. When I provided feedback, one of the owners apologized and ensured that a better job would be done in the future. A week after that, the second owner called and decided they weren't being paid enough to clean the house, and wanted to increase the price by over 25%! (from $115 to $140!). So, if I understand this logic, you don't do a good job so you raise your price? They indicated that they paid their staff by the hour, and it took much longer to clean my house that anticipated. So it took them months to figure this out, and only after I called to complain about the quality? Let's see, if I got paid by the hour to clean, I guess it would take me longer to do it too, so I can get paid more. Very disappointed in this company, I think they need a course in Business 101.

He put a new board under doors & stain it with weather proof material. He did call before hand, then came and gave an estimate. Later, he returned and repaired doors & fence. Final Touch also does an excellent job cleaning my house. Kim cleaned it December 30. They are reliable & kind people.

From the initial email and phone correspondence through completion of the service, all the people we dealt with were very polite and professional. The cleaning was very good and thorough.

Great. Chris and Jon came out to evaluate the condition and weigh the options for our leaky tub. Took detailed measurements and was able to give us a good idea on what exactly would be done taking the tub out, removing some of the tile, fixing the mounting below the tub, then installing a new tub, and re-tiling what will be taken out. They also included work to be done in our laundry room to fix our light fixture that had rusted, secure the ceiling of our laundry room and touch up any paint that needed to be done. Jon and Chris were great to work with and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Chris and John came on a Sunday to take a look and give me an estimate of the work involved. I really appreciated a weekend appt especially with the weekdays so busy for 2 working spouses. They took their time and were very detailed in their analysis. Other people who gave us estimates seemed very rushed.They were also A rated companies Final touch was not the cheapest but were the most thorough on the work to be done. When they explained their total home approach to service, I immediately asked them to give me an estimate on some siding that had come loose in our last windstorm. John got a ladder from his truck assessed the damaged and fixed it at one time. He took the initiative to address the issue and this I really appreciated. I selected them to do the work because of how they approached the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone within my family and friends The master shower redo was just completed. It is a great job. Final Touch worked nights and weekends to get this done as fast as possible even through the holidays. They kept the work area very neat as they progressed and cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day. I will definitely use their services again and have already asked hem for an estimate on another project.

During the deep clean, they cleaned all baseboards, shelves, pictures,doors,trim,fans, window ledges and all the other normal things you would clean. Exception is that they did it to the micro degree! Absolutely fantastic! We plan to use them as our full time cleaner from now on.

Chris came to my house to provide an estimate on cleaning my home. He explained the types of products that they would use and accomodated my request to use my vaccum. IThree employees showed up to deep clean my house including cleaning all ceiling fans, baseboards and light fixtures. Since then they have been back 1 time to provide a general cleaning. Chris likes to keep the same people cleaning my home to build a relationship. They were all very polite and did a nice job. So far everyone has been very polite and accomodating to any of my requests. I plan on using them again.

They are fantastic! We had been talking about finding help to keep our 2nd floor and basement cleaned. With my wife running a licensed daycare on the 1st floor (and keeping it spotless constantly), my job with unusual hours, and our sons sports activities nearly every evening and throughout the weekends, it was becoming impossible to keep these areas of the house cleaned to our standards. We found Final Touch Solutions through Angies List and set up a meeting. The owner, Matt, came out to the house to give us a quote. He was extremely professional, nice, and obviously experienced. He understood our situation and what we were looking for and knew exactly what was needed. He gave us a very fair quote which we excepted. They came in for the first visit to perform an intial power clean in the areas we were going to have cleaned. It was amazing! They even cleaned the floor of our shower that was stained and responded to no cleaner that we had tried. Magen was then assigned to our home. She has been wonderful...very thorough and detailed. She has also been extremely flexible with times depending on those little emergencies that pop up. We have been extremely happy with the service provided by Final Touch Solutions and use them on a bi-weekly schedule. We would recommend them to anyone looking for help keeping their home cleaned. It was the best thing we have done in a long while.

Went very well. Chris and his team were very responsive about setting up times and were very punctual when coming to my home. Chris and John, who actually did the work, were very professional and very pleasant to work with. John went above and beyond by scraping and patching a small place in the wall near the shower. Really appreciate how he explained what he thought and recommended. Will definitely be calling them in the future.

Chris the co-owner of Fresh Touch Solutions LLC came to our house for an estimate on a deep house cleaning. Everything about our communications has been professional. We walked through the house and I pointed out things that needed special attention. Chris took detailed notes on his phone about what needed to be done and special requests. We have several cats, and plans were made as to not disrupt them much during a visit. Communications about the quotation have been top notch. I will definitely use their services in the near future. I think the price is reasonable for a one-time deep clean, as there is much work to be done.

We have had several cleaning companies over the years but Final Touch has been, by far, the best. It exceeded all of our expectations! Chris was very thorough and professional both on the phone when we initially contacted him and also incredibly thorough in the walk through of the home that he peformed that very evening. He spent over an hour in the walk through explaining all the deails of his company and the approach his team takes to cleaning different surfaces and how they have done their maket research to ensure the best products for their customers etc. We were very impressed by the walk through but even more pleased when this was followed up with a deep clean that we have not seen the likes of ever! Not only were the usual surfaces cleaned, but hard to reach trim, ceilings, shades, light fixtures, cabinets, doors, mirrors, glass details -you name it, they had cleaned it. The deep cleaning was more money than our regularly scheduled cleaning but worth every penny. We were amazed at the professionalism and endless hours the crew spent in our home to truly commit to getting it cleaned. FTS is wonderful. Our cleaning staff is very good about communicating any concerns or fixes that they may find while cleaning our home. The staff is very thorough and will take that extra step to make sure our home is spotless.

The staff is friendly, professional. Good size crew, not too big, not too small. If you mention something that needs cleaning but usually does not, they are happy to take care of it for you. They value their relationship with their customers.

They're excellent! I think they do a great job, they are very conscientious.
