Contacted Fadely Home Design and spoke with receptionist who was pleasant and professional and was told she would have the owner contact me as soon as possible. Within the hour, I was contacted by owner Mark Fadely and explained I was interested in possible replacement windows for our sunroom and made arrangements to meet at our home the next day. Mr Fadely arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. My wife and I found Mr Fadely to be a down to earth, pleasant, and personable business owner. We explained our problem with a freezing in winter/scorching hot in summer sunroom and needed 13 single-hung windows and 1 storm door replaced. Mr Fadely thoroughly and professionally outlined our options without the slightest bit of sales pressure and gave us an estimate of cost. The price seemed quite reasonable considering the material and labor involved. The windows and door arrived approximately 3 weeks later as estimated and work began the next day. Jay, the crew boss, and his men performed the work and the results were exceptional. Jay himself is obviously a perfectionist and noticed a couple of small things, unnoticed by me, he wanted to correct, and did so promptly. We now have not only a spectacular lakeside view but a climate-comfortable sunroom we can now enjoy year round. The energy efficient windows and door have made an amazing difference. We would not hesitate to use Fadely Home Design for future projects!

Everything went like clockwork. The workers were all professional and very experienced. They got the installation done in a very timely manner. We purchased a Pella patio door and Pella windows and are very pleased with the quality. I can already tell a difference in the energy efficiency. I particularly was impressed that the company owner called after the work was completed to confirm we were pleased with the installation.

While they are installing two windows, two marble window sills got broken because my house is old and the old windows were difficult to take out. They were very honest abut it. They had special ordered two of them and re-fitted the sills perfectly. You know the best about a company when things do not go well. Great communication and follow up during this time. Everything went great. Installation was quick with no mess left. I am happy with the product. Windows open and close easily. I had some trouble closing one of the larger windows after tilting it in for cleaning. Mark came to my home the day after I called and demonstrated for me, again, how the window worked and I realized what I had been doing to keep it from closing properly. I was very pleased with the Fadely company from meeting with Mark for the information and quote, to the installation, to the quick response from Mark when I had questions about the product. I do recommend meeting with Fadely if you are considering window replacement.

Several of the old windows had seal breakage and damage along with very low energy efficiency. Mark Fadely and his crew had all six windows removed and replaced within the same day, with only finishing work to be done on day 2. The work was also done on a 20 degree day in January in which the crew gracefully started in rooms that could be closed off to minimize temperature drops in the house. Mark made sure to stop by to chat and make sure everything was going as planned as well as very responsive via e-mail, phone, and text. There was one small hiccup in cleanup that I knew didn't seem normal for the company, but Mark was quick to apologize and make things right. I'm extremely happy with my new windows and Fadely Home Design. I can already tell the difference throughout the house and am looking forward to working with Mark in the future. Fabulous experience. Mark came out to the property within a couple days of contacting to give me an estimate and within a month I had new windows installed. He also provided insight on the type of windows I needed that would be in accordance with the HOA guidelines at my condo building. Very easy to work with, best price I found out of several different companies I had come give me estimates. Would definitely use again in the future.

From the first visit to the last clean up of the old windows, it was so pleasant and easy. The price out was clear cut and without small print and disclaimers. It was a big job and the crew was skilled, polite and professional and worked efficiently to install all the windows in a timely manner. The cost of replacing all those windows and a door is an intimating project, one we had put off for many years. We are so pleased and amazed as to the difference it's made in our home. I can't believe how easy and pleasant the whole process was. I highly recommend Mark Fadley and his crew to everyone, they really work as a team from quote to installation. We just hired Fadley Home Design again to replace a door from our house to the garage!

All work was completed in exactly the time promised. The men who did the work were top notch; they were very professional, worked quickly, were friendly, and cleaned up all residue when finished. Mark Fadely hires the best! He came by to check on the progress, answered all my questions and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The windows and other materials used are top quality, and the price for the whole job was very, very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fadely Home Design for window installation and other more extensive projects.

Mark was a pleasure to work with, and his price was considerably lower than 2 other quotes I obtained (both for identical Pella windows). His crew did an excellent installation job, and cleaned up everything after they completed the job. The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality was that the Pella window had several small dents in it that had been filled in with wood filler by either Pella or McCombs, their local distributor. If I were planning to paint the window frame it wouldn't have been an issue. But I paid $285 extra for a window that was pre-painted (sprayed) directly at the factory, and the white (dull) wood filler that Pella or McCombs used did not match the semi-gloss paint that Pella used to spray the interior window frame. When I discussed this with Mark, he fixed things by refunding the extra $285 I've paid for the pre-finished window frame, and said he'd make Pella cover this under their warranty. So despite this issue, overall I was happy with the new window and the good service provided by Fadely Home Design. I would use them again for another window or home repair.

This was the second time we have used Fadely Home Design and Mark Fadely and his work crew of Danny and Chuck were a pleasure to work with. Mark gave us a very competitive quote on all work to be performed and was helpful every step of the way from choosing windows and door styles to working out installation issues with our old house. Danny and Chuck were very skilled at their craft for which both had many years of experience with window and door installation.

We had such a great experience with Fadely Home Design! We'd had a few windows replaced earlier this year by a different company and had a bad experience with that company. This experience was the complete opposite, though--the whole process with Fadely couldn't have gone any better. Every single person was friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking--Mark, Jimmy and his crew, Rodger--they were all fantastic to work with. The door, windows, and trim are all high quality and the installation was top notch. Fadely will be the first and only place we will call for any future projects.

Mark was easy to reach and work with. His crew did an excellent job installing the windows. They were very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They also cleaned up very well before they left. The windows work and look great!

The crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. Doors were replaced in one day with the finishing work completed the next day. The only issue we have is the way the door locks works. The doors are very secure with three points of dead bolts. This makes for an unusual closing and locking procedure. The door in the family room is difficult to lock. Mark Fadely came promptly to investigate and arranged to have Pella call us. The Pella rep is scheduled to be here on Nov. 19th with hopes that a slight adjustment will fix the problem. This is a very prompt, efficient company that I would highly recommend.

Mr. Fadely was very prompt in responding to my request for quote to replace original wooden windows as the main goal; and also responded to my secondary request when I asked about qualified workers to replace original wooded siding that was failing, as well as replacement of selected failing original window trim boards. I selected Pella Proline windows after critical review of the craftsmanship and technical engineering features of the replacement windows, as well as the excellent reputation of the Pella window line, following my inspection of actual window demo units at company showroom. As I was convinced of the quality of the replacement window unit style and quality, my next main goal was selection of a qualified installer with experienced workers that understood correct and proper installation procedures. I would say that my concern over the quality of the installation I expected and hoped to receive from the installer was at least as high as my concern of selecting the right window manufacturer and model of replacement window. There are a lot of window installers out there, and I wanted to be sure I did as good as I possibly could to find a quality company, with a quality reputation, to do a quality installation. High quality window units improperly or hastily installed is not in the interest of the homeowner, and quickly negates the features and craftsmanship of any window, so I really sought a good company to do the work. I did go to a previously completed job site where similar Pella windows were installed by Mr. Fadely's crew. After talking with the homeowner and following my close inspection of the installation at this site, I selected Fadely Home design to do my job. The windows were ordered with exact predicted time for expected completion of the factory-build and predicted time of installation at my site was provided to me by Mr. Fadely. Mr. Fadely was very responsive to my several follow-up technical installation questions prior to the job start, and returned my calls and/or emails usually the same day. I told Mr. Fadely I was technically-oriented customer concerned with quality product and installation. I stayed home to monitor the window removal and installation process on day-1. I was very pleased with the craftsmanship, workmanship and attention to detail that I observed at my home from the installation crew during the installation process. I asked a lot of questions about the installation and the crew was very polite and responsive to providing me answers. The crew used high quality caulk, expanding foam, etc., & cleaned-up any debris inline with my expectations and request of Mr. Fadely. The stain person arrived day 1 of the installation & collected representative interior window trim samples and he did the best as possible to match my interior trim. I did not expect a perfectly exact match as this is nearly impossible, but the match was certainly very acceptable. He said he'd call when schedule allowed and he did so soon after windows were installed. As above, I was particularly interested in the quality of the interior stain work. The interior stainer was well-experienced and answered my technical questions. Wood grain and quality as well as selection of stain pigment dictates the outcome of a stain job and will vary a bit over the course of the job as the wood and grain changes. The stain match was close enough to my existing interior trim so I was very satisfied. I elected to have the exterior-facing grilles to be painted to match the exterior-facing windows and trim. (I did not know this was an option, but glad to learn it was). I thought this would be a very difficult job to do neatly without lapping paint onto the interior stained part of the grille. The interior window stainer took-home the grilles and did this highly detailed painting. I was amazed by the perfection of the painted side as it abutted the stained side of the grilles. The interion stain/exterior paint job of the window grilles was perfect. I am very satisfied with the complete job of window, siding and trim board replacement by Fadely Home Design, and very glad I made the decision to hire them for my job. I would certainly recommend this company to others seeking similar home repair as the window product is top and the experience and craftsmanship of the installers met my critical expectations to have the 'job done right' as I requested and emphasized with Mr. Fadely. As for my particular experience, I believe this is a great company with which to trust to do a quality job.

This is an update: Mr. Fadley contacted me, and express that he would be willing to change the old trim inside if that would make the look better and us more satisfied.

They had contacted me to state that they could not due the work due to we had already purchased the doors prior to service. Although this is upsetting, I was very pleased to get an email this soon explaining this and not having to wait a long time for this type of response. Would contact them for future work as needed.

He quickly determined that the water leakage is not a window problem. Mark said water is leaking at the roof line, behind a J channel, and is getting behind the vinyl siding. He advised us to call a handyman to caulk or install a drip cap. Mark has to be the most honest home repair person I've ever dealt with. We were fully prepared to spend a lot of money on new windows. He wouldn't charge us for his visit, and even offered to go over the problem with a handyman.

Mark Fadeley, the owner and primary salesman is polite, quiet, easy going and sells himself and his service rather than his product. Pricing was competitive if not the lowest for quality of any quote I received. Product quality is impressive. His installers carry a similar work ethic. All the work was done quickly and smoothly. Workers were ALWAYS early and accomplished their jobs with extreme professionalism. They installed 11 windows, a large bay window and a double fiberglass atrium door in only 3 days. Work sight was clean every night and final cleanup was immaculate. Painters for the Bay Window and the Door worked with similar expertise. I would recommend Fadely Home Design to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience working with Mark Fadely. We normally try to find owner operated companies in hope that the owner is involved and takes pride in the work. This is exactly what we got with Mark. We had 3 quotes for a roof and windows from individuals we found on Angie's list. Mark came in with a competitive quote and was professional with great recommendations. When our roof was removed our gutter guards were not saved to be replaced. I had asked for them to be but I am SO glad in hind site they were not. They would not have matched and looked awful! When I called Mark he assured me new ones would be put on at no cost to me. I got better guards that look amazingly better then my old ones would have! Thank you Mark!!! He assisted me in picking the color of our roof. When it was put on I was unsure I liked it, it seemed more gray then what I choose. He promptly came to our home with the original sample, assured me it is what we choose and that is looked great. The roof has been on a year and AGAIN Mark was right. I LOVE the gray tones and am so glad it is not more brown! The clean up was done well and we were very happy with all the quality and follow up on everything we had questions concerning. We also had about 20 double hung window replaced. The installer was amazing. We had one window replaced several years ago and thought it looked nice. However after Marks installer was done trimming the new windows, it became obvious that he had done an AMAZING job and the window we had previously done did not look very good. Mark had the installer come out and trim out the old window for free a few weeks latter - above and beyond! We also had a window on the back of our home not being replaced. The wood trim on the outside bottom was torn up from the dog jumping on it. Mark had the man that trimmed the windows cover this with vinyl that the dog cannot hurt. It looks so much better. We did not pay the final 500 dollars until we had reviewed the project with Mark and were 100% pleased. We will absolutely call Mark for future work.

From the free estimate appointment with Mark Fadely to the end of the project, we experienced nothing but the best in professional, courteous treatment and high quality workmanship. The installation crews were always punctual, very pleasant, and did a beautiful job, always cleaning up after they were finished for the day. We had to be away before the job was completed, and Mark sent many photos of the progress being made in our absence. What a huge difference these beautiful windows and siding have made to our home! And what a pleasure to work with such a great company!
