Very well. No sales pressure at all. Chris was very nice and responsive to questions. Getting the windows delivered was a bit of a wait due to the supply chain issues. Once delivered they were installed quickly. One window needed to be replaced due to a defect which was done. Overall a good experience.

The team that came to install our windows was very professional, polite, and did a wonderful job installing our windows. It's been years since we've been able to open about 10 of our 13 windows because they either kept breaking when we were trying to open them, had a missing screen and screen frame, and we only had about 2 that still had tension so the windows we could open we had to prop open. Needless to say we are ecstatic for sping! Fadeley's team were respectful of our home and our landscaping. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day which was greatly appreciated. The only thing we've seen that we're not happy about is they nailed a board to our deck so their ladder wouldn't slide across the wet deck. I would have asked them to remove this board had I known prior to them leaving for the final time. Otherwise, they're work was very clean, neat and professional. I definitely recommend Fadely and the two contractors.

We had quotes from some of the large window companies but didn’t like how heavy their sales approaches were or their high price tags. Luckily, we found Fadely and after reading so many great reviews, we had them come out. Mark Fadely is extremely knowledgeable and I felt 100% good about going with them. You can buy the highest end window but if it isn’t installed correctly, it won’t matter! Fadely guarantees their work and it feels good to have that peace of mind. We had to replace our entire front (ouch$$$) but the pricing was fair and you definitely don’t want to cut corners on something as important as windows. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Fadely again...but hopefully we don’t need to for awhile!

We had an excellent experience with Fadely Home Design. Replaced all (15) windows in 45 year old house. Original measurements and estimate with Mark and price was slightly lower than other quotes. Installation went exactly as planned. Both the installer and painters were timely, professional, respectful and left the worksite clean! I highly recommend using Fadely for your window needs. Mark had also done work for my neighbor would recommended them as well.

From our first meeting with Mr. Fadely to the installation and inspection of our new windows, we were impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Mark and his installer, Doyle. We replaced 9 Rockwell wood casement windows (20 sashes total) that were peeling and rotted. We chose the Alside casement window with the upgrade Therm D glass. Mark Fadely, the owner of the company, was very responsive to all my inquiries. Several of my neighbors had used Fadely for window replacement and that was a big plus. Most window replacements use aluminum trim on he exterior around the actual vinyl window. This replaces the previous wood molding and provides a smooth transition to the brick or siding of the house. Fadely's installers made the aluminum trim look exactly like the previous wood molding. The workmanship of installers Dan and Tim was very impressive. On the interior the installers put a poplar jamb extension between the window and my existing trim. No existing trim had to be removed or damaged in any way! After installation of the window, a painting crew arrived to repaint the interior trim and jamb extension. You really cannot tell if the window was original to the house or not! We received several price quotes for the window job. Fadely was cheaper than any of these quotes. They were even less than the quotes we had to repair the windows! Bottom Line; We have a quality, custom built home and chose Fadely to replace our damaged wood windows with a good quality mid-range Alside window. We would recommend Fadely to anyone for value and quality. I attached an exterior picture showing the impressive trim work around the window and a picture of the interior showing the 1 1/2 inch jamb extension painted to match the trim.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Mark Fadely and his crew did a fabulous job in replacing all of the windows in my three story home. The price, the design, the installation and communication was top notch. I would definitely recommend Fadely Home Design.

We recently replaced all our windows with Fadely Home Design. It started with the owner Mark meeting with us to discuss our needs instead of a hard sales pitch. Very professional! The install itself went perfect, Pat installed all the windows and constantly stayed in communication. They are perfect! Family owned and really pride themselves on customer satisfaction.

We love our window! When one of the shutters was damaged in shipping, Fadely’s scheduled for a replacement to be delivered and installed. I told my daughter about the great product and service, and she contracted with Fadely’s too.

Mark was great to work with on the front-end and his team did very quality work. The pricing was very competitive and the 18-month 0% financing option was an added benefit and perk to getting the whole house done at once. The windows aren't top of the line, but they're great quality (Alside Mezzo) and affordable.

True Professionals. We needed to replace some very old windows before winter set in. Based on reviews we read from several different sources, we went with Mark Fadely of Fadely Home Design. First time customers and quite frankly, we were dreading the disruption such a big project would bring. We needn't have worried. Mark's been in this business for decades and made helpful product recommendations for best insulation and maximum curb appeal. The most pleasant surprise was how smooth the installation process was. We had Danny and Chuck as our install team and they were pros. Truly, we didn't have to move furniture or take down curtains, they did it all. Cleaned up afterwards. No drama. They are window professionals from start to finish. We recommend them highly and will use them again.

Great! Chris was prompt in responding to a request for a quote. We had to wait a while for the windows to be made but once installed they look great and add a lot of natural light to our living room and master bedroom. The installers were professional and courteous and we would definitely use Fadely again.

Chris wasted my time meeting with him at my house. Was supposed to provide me quotes for the work. He never provided the quotes or responded otherwise. I think I asked too many hard questions about the quality of their work ... he probably thought it would easier to sell to someone less interested in assurances of quality and their process .... I would not let Fadley waste your time as they did mine.

It went wonderfully -- all my requirements and expectations were met. Mark Fadley met me at the house and we discussed all first in detail. He gave me a detailed proposal, had sent an insurance certificate as I requested, gave me a satisfactory start date, and gave me the work forman, Bill's, contact information. I was present for some of the 3 day job, and Bill answered all my questions, plus met two small special requests at the end. Fadely Home Design is a great company to work with - superior communication, responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier. From the honesty and responsiveness of the salesperson (Chris Pasa) to the efficiency and quality of the installers (Danny and Jay and their teams). There was no "high pressure" sales tactics, no attempts to sell me more than I wanted, just honest, direct communication. The windows are better quality than many replacement vinyl windows and the installers clearly cared about doing a good job and cleaning up after themselves. I have used them one time 5 years ago and was equally delighted and I will use only them in the future if possible!

From our first meeting, until our last window was installed, the Fadely team was professional and easy to work with! Chris came out to get measurements and answered all my questions before we placed our order. Everything came in exactly as it should, fit beautifully, and our installers were quick and thorough. The white vinyl windows are a huge improvement to our 30-year-old wood windows, too. Can’t say enough good things!

Replacement windows were installed ~17 years ago. I called Mark Fadely for some very minor warranty work on a couple of windows. He came out personally and fixed the problem. Extremely happy with the quality workmanship and service Mark and his company provide.

Amazing customer service! Fadely Home Design replaced all the windows on my home (siding, roof, and gutters too!) about 8 years ago. This winter I noticed fogging in 4 of them and a crack in one (thanks to our 90 degrees temperature swing in 48 hours). I called Mark to let him know of the problems; he asked me to send him photos of the serial numbers so he could order replacements for me. Today someone came out to swap the window panes. All fixed! How much did it cost? $0. Seriously, $0 parts & $0 labor, and no hassle! I wish I could have Mark take care of all my home projects!!
