It went smoothly; took a couple times to get schedules to work out but they did a great job. When there were a few minor things needing to be fixed or cleaned up they took care of it right away.

The project went well. I got estimates from 4 firms. I opted to go with Fadely Home Design for the following reasons: 1) Mark Fadely - owner of the business - can out a gave us the estimate.. 2) Mark was the most experienced in window installation. I'm an engineer and Mark was the most technical person of the people who I spoke with. 3) Very competitive price (about $600/window) - less than my other estimates. 4) Fadely Home Design is a small firm and I can work directly with Mark if I have a problem down the road. Mark sales presentative was much lower pressure than the sales techniques used by the other companies that I got quotes from Mark called almost exactly 1 month after placing the order. His installers were out quickly after that. Installation of the windows only took 1 day - both people on his crew had 20+ years experience and were very efficient. I watched and they were very thorough using foam to fill air gaps around the windows. After the first day, they were finished inside - they left the house clean. On the next day, they finished up the outside trim. My wife and I are happy with the triple pane windows we purchased. We can notice that there is less air infilitration around the windows, road noise is muted, and the inside of the windows are noticeably warmer than my old windows. .All in all, a good experience.

On the day of installation they discovered that one window was not the correct size so it was reordered and installed 4 weeks later. The other 4 windows were installed without any issues and do make a difference by keeping out all the cold air which was entering through the old windows. Their workman-ship was thorough and exacting which we truly appreciated.

I have dealt with multiple contractors over the last 3 years, and the thing that stands out is that Mark told me what he was going to do, and then did it. Let me repeat that, Mark told me what he was going to do and then did it! If you are a homeowner that does not believe that you should have to constantly follow up on schedules, and pricing, and quality, this is your contractor. He tells you up front what he will do, with what materials, and at what price and then follows up with a written contract email to you. After being called for just an estimate, he came out the next morning. He quoted me a competitive price. He gave me a schedule and he kept to it. He had competent, friendly workers show up on time and prepared to do the job with all materials needed. When the window came in from the manufacturer, the work was scheduled and replaced in a day. Let Fadely Home Design complete your next project. He'll actually communicate with you by phone and in writing. You will not have to continuously follow up because he is following up with you. This is the best experience that I have had.

I contacted Mark after we had our front door replaced by a general contractor and it wasn't installed correctly. Mark came out and inspected the work and made several recommendations. After reviewing several proposals I decided to go with Fadley Home Design. We had our entire front door frame, side windows, and door replaced along with the garage windows. I think the installation went very well- the installers were friendly, very professional, and answered all of my questions during the process. There were stumbles in the finishing touches but Mark went out of his way to make sure everything turned out perfectly- and we are VERY happy with the finished product. Mark Fadley and his team are true professionals- they take pride in their work and if it isn't 100% correct or you are not happy- I think Mark truly cares and makes it right. I would not hesitate to contact Fadley home design for future work- this company was the most professional I have worked with in the Indianapolis/Carmel area. Thank you Mark for the new door- and fixing the problems from the previous contractor- we are thrilled with the door and just in time for winter!

Mark Fadely was very helpful with our selection of product. We chose Pella and Thermatru for the front door. His installation crew was very professional and cleaned up each day when done. The paint crew were also professional and did a nice job. Price was very competitive.

I needed replacement windows for my 22 year old house. Two of the windows were cloudy and required immediate repair. With two different windows we noticed some wood rot and would require repair in the near future. However these were all in the front of the house and we wanted to maintain a uniform look. Knowing replacement windows are pricey we contacted three suppliers for estimates. We selected Fadely as one of the suppliers because a neighbor had informed of us of his positive experience. Mark Fadely is the owner of the company and he gave our request prompt action. He came at a time which was convenient for me, after work, and got the requisite measurements. Within a day or two I had my estimate which I compared to the two others I received. We selected Pella windows because of their outstanding reputation and warranty. Fadely gave us an estimate which was significantly lower than Pella direct, saving us over 20%. In addition, I realized I wanted to include two basement windows in the job and Mark quickly incorporated my additional request into the estimate. I called Mark one or two more times to confirm colors, materials, etc and he patiently and thoroughly answered my inquiries. The estimated lead time I was given was approximately 5 weeks and in 4 weeks sure enough Mark called to schedule the installation. The days Mark suggested were not convenient for me and Mark adjusted so that the day and time were perfect. The installers came on time and were professional, polite and unobtrusive. They went about their business quickly and did not make a mess. The work (9 windows) was almost complete after day 1. On day 2 they finished up and cleaned up. They replaced inside trim on one window that our dog had destroyed, even though that was not part of the estimate. Mark followed up promptly to ensure we were satisfied with the windows and the installation. Everything was perfect, and was even stress-tested by an immense rainstorm the day after the installation. There were absolutely no problems, but if there had been I am convinced that Mark would have addressed them to our satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with our experience with Fadely and would use them again in a heartbeat. I see Fadely as a local, small business that realizes they live or die by word of mouth and that makes it vital that they please their customers. Fadely clearly has honest, fair, humble and industrious approach to their business and when you are spending significant money on your house that is the ideal business partner. Strong A. Carefully moved furniture, drapes, and blinds. Danny working inside brought 2 pairs of shoes, 1 for inside and 1 for outside and he always changed them which showed extreme customer service. The installers were very knowledgeable with over 25 years of experience of replacing windows and 20 years working for Fadely Home Design. I am extremely satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend to anyone needing to replace windows.

Mark Fadely came to our house to give us an estimate. He measured the windows and door on the first visit. His installers were informative and considerate. We inquired about the specifications on the Alside products. They provided us the documentation directly off of the windows and door. I look forward to the coldest day of the winter when I can walk by my new windows and not feel the cold air coming in.

I liked dealing with the owner of the company instead of a hired salesman. Mark is very professional, punctual and thorough. His staff did very nice work and cleaned up afterwards. Always polite and considerate.

Mark was on time and professional. He evaluated the patio door and let us know that a repair would fix the issue we had with it. The windows we had him inspect were fogging between the glass. Fortunately, they only need replacement glass, not a replacement. We really appreciated how knowledgeable Mark was and that he used that experience to advise rather than upsell us.

i am writing this review about a year after the work was completed, my fault. Mark is great! He is punctual, professional, reasonable and his crew does nice work. The windows they installed are great and look nice. We had trouble with 1 sash not fitting properly (manufacturing issue) and someone from Marks crew came out to replace it as soon as it was delivered. My only complaint is the crew were standing in my driveway smoking, waiting for orders and I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. However, they do good work.

Very professional team to work with. I have never worked with replacing windows before and Mark walked me through the entire process. Once the windows came in, very prompt to get the installation date set. The work team was excellent, very courteous and thorough. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Mark and his crew are fantastic! From my initial meeting with Mark until the end of the project, everything was great. Mark is very nice and professional and made sure I felt comfortable with the decision I was making. He even came back out for me to double check a color before he ordered the windows. The crew that installed the windows was very nice, polite and did a great job. They cleaned up every day and did a good job of it. I wasn't always available to be home while the installers were there and I was very comfortable having them at my home. Mark also stopped by several times to make sure everything was going as planned. It took 3 days to remove the old windows and install new ones. This is exactly the amount of time Mark told me he thought it would take. During the installation, one of the crew members noticed that there was a window that had been missed in the estimate. He informed Mark and Mark told me that he would take care of it at no extra cost to me. That is how you gain return customers and a customer that will tell everyone how great this company is. If you are thinking of replacing windows, you won't go wrong with Fadely Home Design! My windows look fantastic! I've had several compliments from neighbors and friends.

We hired Fadely Home Design to replace 7 windows in our home. The owner, Mark Fadely, was professional, prompt, straight forward, and honest. There was good communication throughout the entire process. The workmen who came to do the window installation were also kind and professional. Any issues that came up through the process were handled quickly and to our satisfaction. The windows look great, are good quality, and are easy to use.
