Mark is personable and trustworthy; he really knows his business. This is the second time that I purchased windows from him. Description of Work: Several years ago Fadely Home Design replaced all of the windows in our 1970's tri=level home. We have been so pleased with these windows. When it was time to replace our patio door I knew instantly who to call. My original phone call was returned promptly and Mark gave us an estimate. At that time we sealed the deal. He gave us an approximate date for installation. He called two days in advance. Our patio door was installed today and we are so pleased with it. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would definitly recommend Fadely Home Design.

Description of Work: I bought a new house in January and soon discovered that it desperately needed windows, much to my dismay. I was so overwhelmed when I went online to do reviews and find businesses to provide this service. I had Sears and Factory Direct come out and give a "sales pitch". They both had similar prices, very expensive, and spent time discounting the competitors which did I did not appreciate. I felt like this was similar to buying a car, with negotiations and game playing. Then Mark came out and sat with us. He really listened to our needs, and gave us options and a price that was very reasonable and enabled us to move forward with our purchase. He really seemed to care and it never seemed like a sales pitch at all, which was so refreshing! The installers came out in one day and we were left with beautiful windows which I know will decrease our heating and cooling bills!! The work and customer service was tremendous!! Please consider talking to Mark if you are looking for windows, we are so glad that we did!!

Description of Work: Mark showed up on time for our first appointment and had us a quote within 24 hours. Installers showed up when promised and did an excellent job. Windows look great and several neighbors also commented how good they look. We had two bay area windows replaced and one large three panel garage window replaced.

Description of Work: I have had contractors work on my homes for many years and Fadely Home Design has been the best of all of them. From beginning to end it was a positive experience. Danny and his assistant were prompt, courteous and efficient. I did not need to bring anything to their attention. They did a superb job, cleaned up after themselves each day and were perfectionists on the install of 13 windows. Owner, Mark Fadely was very knowledgeable and not pressuring at all in the sale and was hands on in the process. I would certainly use them again and have recommended them to others.

HIS QUOTATION WAS THE LOWEST OF 5 I RECEIVED. I DECIDED TO GO WITH A COMPANY THAT HAD MORE EXPERIENCE WITH FIBERCEMENT INSTALLATION. HOWEVER, IF I HAD A SMALLER JOB, I MAY HAVE USED FADELY.
