Description of Work: "I had Fadley put in new windows 18 years ago and was thrilled with everything they did. This winter I had them come out and give me a bid on some siding that needed to be replaced because of rotting wood under the siding. The job was well done in less than a week | |I know several people who have used Fadley and the thing they like the best is that if there is a problem with anything, he back within 24 hours to take care of any problems. It only happened once that I know about but the homeowner was thrilled with the service"

Description of Work: The window replacement services provided by Mark Fadely and his team were done to our complete satisfaction. From the time of our initial inquiry to the completion of the job, the Fadely team were very professional. Mark came to our home and measured the windows to be replaced and then provided a timely quote for the job. The quality product and no pressure approach to secure our business was welcome and refreshing. We waited about three months before deciding to order the windows. Mark responded promptly to all questions and let us control the timing of the installation. Once they started installation, they completed the work as promised. There was one window that was damaged and one that was not manufactured with the original order. This was explained in detail and ordered. This installation was made at a different time, but all work was very professionally done. We would definitely hire Mark and crew to do future work on our home!

Description of Work: We contacted Fadely several months ago at the recommendation of a neighbor who had used their services, and the great rating on Angie's List. Mark and his team were very professional from start to finish. They sold and installed a new sliding patio door, fixed our front storm door that had given us nothing but fits, installed a new entry door from our garage to the house, and wrapped and secured some framing areas around our garage doors and front entry door. The finished work was spectacular. They took great care to make sure it was what we wanted, and even took the extra step when they didn't like the look of the threshold under the new patio door to trim it out to their standards. Couldn't recommend more highly!!

Description of Work: Fadely Home Design replaced our sliding patio door and screen. Mr. Fadely came to our home to assess what his company could do for us (free estimate). He helped me pick out the replacement window set and he was extremely kind and accurate about the cost of his work as well as the projected install date. It was a pleasure working with his company and their work was excellent!
