+ 0 moreFadely Home Design first replaced the windows and sliding door in our sunroom. The product was a definitive upgrade from our prior windows and door. This was all completed in a day and a half. Then they prepared the home for siding and replaced any rotted wood. They covered the previous wood siding with foam core insulation. They installed Alside Board and Batten on entire home. They also cleaned up all debris and even removed our old basketball goal and hauled away. The same two men worked on our home each day and they were extremely courteous and very professional. A pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: All of the wood siding was replaced on our home with Alside vinyl siding. We also had our sunroom windows and sliding door replaced (5 windows and door).

+ -1 moreMark Fadely is the owner. He was very professional. He worked for a very reasonable amount of money. His installers Brent and Jay installed the windows, with excellent results. They even went beyond the work and wrapped the old cedar wood down each side of the window.

Mark did everything he could to earn the job, and I have all the confidence in the world we would have had an outstanding job performed. Mark did an excellent job explaining the work from start to finish. Pricing was excellent. Jobs he did for friends were excellent. I would use him for any other similar project. He is a true gentleman with your best interests at heart.
Description of Work: They were supposed to do windows, vinyl siding, interior trim. Work was NOT done.

+ -1 moreThe person who answered the phone was courteous. Mr. Fadely arrived soon to look at the windows. He did not require that we be home for this. He answered my questions over the phone and referred us to a website for more information about the windows. He then e-mailed the estimate to us. We were satisfied with the process but ultimately chose another company because we thought the windows were a bit better.

+ -1 moreMark came at exact time of appointment; was empathetic to the situation I was in. Went out to his truck and prepared an estimate on his laptop and printed out a contract right there for me to review. I accepted the proposal that was very reasonable for good windows. His staff was enjoyable and answered any of my questions during the three days of work. Half of the window panes came in with squeegee marks 14'' in the window coating and these panes had to be ordered again. They came back out a month later and installed the new panes and caulked. Caulk job could have been a lot better; a little sloppy. They cleaned up after their work. I have NO leaks anywhere around these windows. Two slider handles came in the wrong color and was told to call the manufacturer to get them myself and I was missing some small parts that took me three months of emailing and writing to obtain from Mark. But overall I am happy with the work.
Description of Work: Mark Fadely and staff removed three 9' slider units that were leaking that the company wouldn't replace. He replaced them with three Alside 9' units. His men came out and torn out and installed the three units in three days with inspections having to be done in between being torn out and installed.

+ -1 moreMark came with a sample window and literature on style options. His was the lowest of 3 bids. He worked with us on getting the combination of different indoor/outdoor colors for the trim. The installers were clean, polite and efficient. They took away all the old windows and didn't leave any mess, when they finished. After the installation, we noticed a scratch on the picture window. Mark had it replaced within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, we had to go through that two more times, before we got a window we were satisfied with. Evidently that window was such an unusual size, the cutting process was prone to scratching, because the scratch did not occur during installation. Mark worked with us each time without question or hassle.
Description of Work: Replaced 8 windows, 5 were double-hung, 2 were sliding and 1 was a large picture window. They were all vinyl, with white interior and beige exterior.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Mark, handled the estimate personally and returned all calls promptly. His bid to do the work was the lower of the two we got and lower than an ex-insurance agent recommended by our agent. Mark's crew got the materials quickly, and on the day they did the job, they got the old siding removed and all the new siding on in one day. The new siding is a very good match to the rest of the house, and it seems to be well installed. They cleaned up after the work well too. In addition to his good reviews here, Mark was also recommended to me by several of our neighbors who also had work done by him.
Description of Work: They replaced siding on one side of the house from hail damage.

+ 1 moreThey did a good job and cleaned up everything. The head of the company was very professional and handled the situation very well. very prompt to get an estimate. I had forgotten about the Octagon windows that needed fascia and I forgot to ask them to add that to the job and they still covered that and did not add anything to the bill.
Description of Work: I had the soffits and the fascia put on my house and the plastic material to cover it. Replaced rotted wood with their special poly-plastic trim around my house, as well as the gutters.

+ -1 moreMr. Fadely and company are wonderful. The siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters look wonderful. He and the team that did the job are professional and extremely pleasant. Of the 5 estimates that I received, Fadely Home Design provided the best product for the best price. Mr. Fadely was very responsive to any issues that I had and never once made me feel as if I was being unreasonable. The crew that came out to my house was very professional as well and left the area clean and debris-free. I can not say enough good things about this company and in a few years when I get windows replaced on my house, I intend to have Fadely Home Design do the work.

+ 0 moreFadely Home Design is a fabulous company to work with. Mark is very patient and spends a lot of time with you. His crews are a joy to work with! I felt at ease with his teams. We ended up with one problem after the work was finished. We had a leaky window that seemed to be a result of the new siding on our house. We had to call Mark a few times to get him to come out (only because he was so busy). He sent his crew out once and they attempted to fix the problem. The next time it rained hard, we had the leak again. Mark then sent another crew out to attempt to fix it. We have not had the leaking since. Mark seems to take his committment to customer service very seriously. He is a joy to talk to and his crews speak very highly of him.
Description of Work: Mark's team provided us with an estimate for replacing the siding on our house. Mark worked with my wife and I on making sure that we got exactly what we wanted with the right product that we wanted. Many times over, Mark would say, ''If you aren't happy with what you have chosen, we'll take care of you.'' We had all sides of our house replaced with 6'' insulated All-Side siding along with the gutters. Mark made several trips out to our house and had a great deal of patience with us to ensure that we were choosing the right siding for our house. As his crew were working on our house, the hail storm that hit all of us on Good Friday damaged the brand new trim work they had just finished putting on! Mark came out and worked with our insurance quote to ensure that we were able to replace it all within the limits of the quote. Mark also worked within our time frames as we had to get a new roof on (they didn't do the work) and we couldn't get the gutters put up until the new roof was on.

They were patient with my many questions and made changes where requested. They explained the entire process to our understanding. Cleaned up after themselves. We are really pleased with our new siding! People keep stopping by our house to see and comment on how nice our siding looks! Mark personally came out to our house while the team was working several times. He was easy to get ahold of and returned calls quickly. Great company to work with!

+ -1 moreMark Fadely returned my initial call within minutes. He came out and gave us an estimate promptly. His estimate was the lowest of the three companies we asked. He was not high-pressure, was pleasant, and we decided to do business with him. (We had initially planned to only replace 19 of the windows but decided to replace the other 8 when he gave us such a good price.) We signed the contract on Jan. 6th. He said the windows would be installed in early February. They started the installation on Feb. 6th and finished on 9th, just as promised. Mark had already repaired the house siding before the windows came in. We were thoroughly satisfied with him and with his installers. They were prompt, professional and tidy. We are very happy with the windows and with the job. We will certainly use Mark Fadely again for any of our window or siding needs.
Description of Work: Removed 27 old windows and 1 door. Replaced with 27 beige, double-hung, insulated (low E, argon gas filled), tilt sash, fusion-welded vinyl replacement windows (Excalibur by Alside). Installed 1 steel, half-glass entry door with locks. Insulated and silicone sealed all windows and door. Installed aluminum wrap to all window casings. Repaired wood siding in one gable of the house. Hauled away all old windows and construction debris. Cleaned up site. House was built in 1941. Paid 1/3 down, the remainder on completion.
