Fadely Home Design

This was the first time we had used their services. We chose them because they had reasonable prices and because of their window warranty. It went very well. The owner checks on his installers and follows up to make sure the work was satisfactory.

Excellent service overall. Couldn't ask for anything more. Mr. Fadely came himself to do the work and was done in one day. Despite rain delays, we did not have to wait long for him to get us on his schedule. He does not advertise nor does he subcontract. Neat, clean, polite. Have recommended to three friends.

My husband got TEN estimates before choosing Fadely Home Design. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The owner, Mark Fadely, did our estimate and followed through on every aspect of the job. He has different teams that each specialize their area of expertise in roofing, siding, and windows. The roofing crew did an amazing job, completing the roof in one day. The siding team was excellent and did meticulous work. We were very pleased. (We really liked those guys!) Mark Fadely also took care of changing out the gutters and a new chimney cap. We also had a storm door we wanted installed and Mark Fadely took care of having that completed by his window/door team. The price, service and follow through was excellent. Look no farther! Rest assured this IS the company to go with on roofing or siding or doors/windows! The price is great and Mark Fadely makes things right!!! It was SO nice to have such a positive experience!!!

Mark Fadely met with me and made many positive suggestions on how to proceed in the most cost-effective manner. It was clear that he and his company know this business. I felt that his price was fair and the work was delivered on time and with high quality. I was very pleased with the end product. This is a very professional and competent company and I would definitely use them again.

We have decided to go with them because all the feedback about them said that if there is a problem they will call back immediately, but there is hardly ever a problem. They have all been on time or called and asked if they could come early which is fine. They are all very professional.

We are pleased and happy with the work that they did. We found a lot of debris around the home that we cleaned up ourselves.

The owner Mark Fadely was very personable and reliable. The crew that he had out here was very friendly. They always went above and beyond for what they had to do. They were very clean and they always cleaned up after themselves.

This is a good company. They performed everything I asked them to do. I actually had them redo some parts of it because I did not like the look and they obliged.

They eventually did a good job. They ordered the wrong material, and initially installed the wrong door. They had to order the right door and even now after the weather has changed and the door has settled, it is not latching completely. They were slow at fixing their mistakes. I had some difficulty with them. Would not recommend them.

They did an excellent job very timely. I called them out a couple of times for repairs and they have been responsive. The prices were reasonable.

I thought they had a good price. They were efficient and fast. They are exactly what you need. The owner comes by himself, he was polite and friendly.

Mark came out to our house to measure our window openings and show us his product. He had a sample window to show us. He was not only polite and personable but also very professional. This isn't a field that we knew much about so we had to lean on Mark's knowledge and experience. After we decided what we wanted Mark got back to us very quickly with an estimate. We accepted and the work was scheduled. The workers were very friendly, professional and respectful to our landscaping and property. They were careful to clean up each evening when they were through. The work was done in a timely fashion and looked so good that we asked Mark to give us a quote on gutters and soffits. That work, too, was done well and our house looks better than ever.

We received a handful of estimates to replace this large window grouping. Mark Fadely was the only window representative who furnished an estimate on the spot. Other window reps. said they would need to rip out and replace the inside trim molding. Mark's crew was able to preserve and reinstall the original trim molding so it would continue to match the rest of the window trim within the house. The crew was friendly and meticulous on clean up as well. Very satisfied with the new window and our first window replacement experience.

Mr. Fadely came out directly, he was professional, had sample materials for us to choose from. He explained the project in detail giving an up front estimate. We was friendly, very interactive, and I did not feel pressure to sign. We really liked him and his work.

Did an outstanding job! I thought we would have to do a lot of painting / repairs afterwards. Didn't have to do any! We were very happy with the work done. Did a fantastic job! Thank you very, very much!

Mark was honest, knowledgeable, informed, organized and just so nice. Mark's products and price were competitive, but it was his follow up and follow through that won us over. Mark and his team were always on time, organized and wonderful to work with. Even with a hiccup early in the job, Mark was right there to make everything right. We are more than 100% happy with both the experience and our new windows. They look terrific and the first 2 months of having the new windows, we saved 20% on our electric bill. This was also July and August and unseasonably hot temps and we still saved that much! Whomever has said home improvement is a chore, has not worked with Mark Fadely!

The old windows were out quickly, and the new ones were in. The work area was very clean. Everything was sealed very neatly.

Overall, I rate this company as A+. They kept their work area very clean. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will recommend them every chance I get!

I would give them an A+ if I could. The siding was 1" insulated siding and top of the line. How many good things can I say about their service! His price was lower than others, so I could upgrade to the better siding. He did miscount the windows and ordered one extra, but did not charge me for the mistake. Danny and his partner took the time and did an excellent job. They completed the job in 3 weeks. They asked appropriate questions at every step and it just seemed that they were working on their own home!

The roof line was causing a terrible problem on one side of the house. They corrected the problem and it looks very nice. Before they installed my patio door, some of the joices had started rotting and they did an excellent job of repairing the joice before installing the door. I had someone check the work and they thought everything they did was superb. We were very impressed. The products they use are top notch quality. I have never seen a patio door like this one. The siding is great. My home is much more quiet now.

Job 1: They replaced the windows & sliding door in our sun-room. The product was a definitive upgrade from our prior windows & door. Done in a 1 1/2. Then they prepared the home for siding & replaced any rotted wood. They covered the previous wood siding with foam core insulation. They installed Alside Board & Batten on entire home. They also cleaned up all debris & even removed our old basketball goal & hauled away. The same men worked on our home each day & they were extremely courteous & very professional. They are a pleasure to work with. Job 2: We hired them to replace 2 more windows for us. The 2 windows took a long time to come in (the 1st two that came in were the wrong color). The 2 windows were installed in a very efficient manner, the 2 men were a pleasure to work with & extremely courteous & Mark Fadely even gave us a discount on the windows since they there was such a mix-up with the 1st windows. We didn't even ask for the discount. They are a great company to work with.
