Mark Fadely's company did an amazing job installing our window. The project took a couple days longer but they did an amazing job and the quality was well worth the couple extra days. I'd highly recommend them for installing new windows!

I had custom lead window inserts in my previous windows and told them the only way I would go with their services would be if they fit in the new windows. They were able to customize the windows so everything fit and looked great. I will update more windows in the future.

They replace 6 sash windows and one larger window with 4 rectangular panes that replaced a bow window. The installers were meticulous and cleaned up after each window installation. The work was completed in 1 1/2 days and we are completely satisfied.

This is the second time we've used Fadely Home design. They replaced all our upstairs windows several year ago. They were just as amazing the second time around. They showed up on the day we were scheduled. Installation went quickly and the work quality was impeccable. Jay (from the installation crew) even came back on the first Saturday after installation to adjust a window in the kitchen that was installed by another company several years ago. He spent almost an hour adjusting a window that wasn't even a Fadely window. That's going above and beyond! We would highly recommend Fadely Home Design for your window replacement needs.

Couldn’t be happier with Fadely Design. Every phone call was answered or promptly returned. Quotes came the next day. Multiple options were given for an install date. The installer showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. This was my second engagement with them and we’re talking about a third project.

We used Fadely Home Design for new windows and a new front door 2 years ago and had an excellent experience, so we went with them for this project. The wood on the exterior of our house was peeling and we needed to decide between painting or replacing with siding. Mark gave us quotes for each and we decided on the siding. Mark, the owner, provided great service, including revising his bid based on my changes, along with extreme patience as I secured 2 other bids and made my decision. Once the job was complete, he followed up with me, which I very much appreciated. Mark's professionalism was excellent. After his crew completed their work, I had to re-install 2 blinds that were reversed and may have to replace a couple of perennials next Spring due to the placement of their ladders. I will use Mark's company again, as I work through replacing windows and doors in my home.

They did a phenomenal job. The owner: "A"; the installers probably a "B". It wasn't attitude, it was just... I mean they did great work as far as the windows went, but as far as professionalism, I'd give them a "B".

Mark, the owner, presented his Alside Mezzo Window prodcut very persuasively and well. He was low pressure, answered all of our questions and referred us to look at homes of individuals who had replaced windows in his neighborhood. Danny and Chuck, the installers were in and out in less than 3 days, were very professional and cleaned up exceptionally well. We are very pleased with the windows and especially pleased that the price was 2/3rds less than a few other estimates.....$10k vs $27k. I highly recommend Fadely Home Design

They did a lot of stuff for us up in Carmel, Indiana. Then when we moved to the southeast side where we are at now, he and his crew also did this house. They are excellent. We have referred them to multiple people and everybody is very happy with their work. Besides doing siding they do vinyl windows, doors, soffits, mini barns and all of the above. The neighborhood association didn't like the mini-barn we had so we had them come out and match the house with the vinyl siding. By the time we got the windows done, then they did the mini barn and they did the soffits, I have no idea (of the price). I will tell you this: not only are they good, and know what they are doing, and he keeps the same crew all the time, but their prices are way under anybody else. Value-wise he's good. His company is excellent.

Many of our windows needed to be replaced due to fogging, broken springs, or being unable to open and close. We did some research on available options, then obtained six quotes to replace 15 windows. Some sales reps were very high pressure. That was not so with Mr. Fadely. We liked working with the owner of the business and his willingness to answer all of our questions. He worked with a hand drawing we made to have the grids we wanted in our front window and we felt no pressure to make an on the spot decision. The price was good, the windows looked good, and the lifetime warranty made Fadely's seem like the best decision for us. When the windows came the crew was very courteous, did not seem to mind answering questions, and were skilled at installing the windows. Also, we found out they did siding, so we contacted Mr. Fadely and had the crew come back to replace some of our damaged siding. Our next door neighbor had Fadely's replace their windows before we did and two other friends had their windows done since we have, We are enjoying our new windows and continue. to recommend Fadely Home Design to friends and neighbors.

Mark Fadely was a pleasure to work with. After installation, we had a issue with the windows whistling that only occurred on very windy days. Mark gladly came out a few times, brought a rep from the window manufacturer, found the issue and fixed it. Before it was resolved, he even said I could call him in the middle of the night, if the whistling occurred then. The way that our windows had to be installed, left a tiny hole on the side that wasn't used. The manufacturing company rep had seen this issue in MN before and all our windows had that tiny hole plugged. Great guy, great business. I definitely recommend Fadely Home Design.
