Steve replaced my water heater which is in one of the toughest spots he’s ever seen. He charged me a very competitive price compared to Lowe’s or Home Depot who would’ve charged me more because of all the ductwork and a shelf that had to be taken down. Steve explained everything very thoroughly to make sure I understood everything he did before he did it. Steve is professional as ever, and I would recommend them for any and all plumbing services in the future.

Showed up when he was supposed to. Diagnosed the issue WITHOUT a fee! Gave me repair cost and I accepted. Completed the repair and provided receipt. Cost wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t ridiculous. I actually saved his contact information for future needs.

Steve was nice enough to come out on a Sunday afternoon to help repair my RO system. He did a great job communicating when he would be out and was on time. He was respectful and courteous - put booties on before coming into the house. Figured out the problem and fixed it right away. Was even available to answer questions after the job was done. I would recommend him.
