I had a Bosch tankless water heater that started leaking on Sunday and they came out Monday. Service was great but the Bosch parts department not so much. Steve did a great job working with them to get the parts we needed.

Very prompt in returning my call for a leaking water heater, even on a Friday night around midnight. Very much appreciated for speed of work as well. Was here and replacing my water heater the next day. Very personable and straight forward with all information. Very very reasonable prices. Would hire again. Thanks again.

I recently had C&P Plumbing and Contracting install a water softener and purifier in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. It went quite well. I was looking for a particular type of water softener which he didn’t carry. He tracked down the carbon softener model and installed it. It’s working like it is supposed to. Yes, I would contact them for plumbing services again.

Steve contacted the manufacturer, worked through some issues and was quickly able to get everything installed correctly. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgable and courteous.

Steve responded to my initial inquiry on installing a gas shut off valve within minutes. We discussed the work that needed to be done on the phone and scheduled it for the very next day. The estimate he provided over the phone was fair and acceptable to me. He showed up on time and got the job done fairly quickly. Most importantly, he knew what he was doing. A few days later, a new gas range was improperly installed by the company from which we bought it from. I smelled gas in the kitchen and immediately called Steve. Within the hour he came to our home and fixed the gas leak by reconnecting the flexible gas line to the range with the proper adapter. No more gas leak.
