C & P Plumbing came to our house to replace a water softener-something that should have been simple but wasn't for a variety of reasons. Steve responded to my initial inquiry on installing a gas shut off valve within minutes. We discussed the work that needed to be done on the phone and scheduled it for the very next day. The estimate he provided over the phone was fair and acceptable to me. He showed up on time and got the job done fairly quickly. Most importantly, he knew what he was doing. A few days later, a new gas range was improperly installed by the company from which we bought it from. I smelled gas in the kitchen and immediately called Steve. Within the hour he came to our home and fixed the gas leak by reconnecting the flexible gas line to the range with the proper adapter. No more gas leak.

Steve replaced my water heater which is in one of the toughest spots he’s ever seen. He charged me a very competitive price compared to Lowe’s or Home Depot who would’ve charged me more because of all the ductwork and a shelf that had to be taken down. Steve explained everything very thoroughly to make sure I understood everything he did before he did it. Steve is professional as ever, and I would recommend them for any and all plumbing services in the future.

Showed up when he was supposed to. Diagnosed the issue WITHOUT a fee! Gave me repair cost and I accepted. Completed the repair and provided receipt. Cost wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t ridiculous. I actually saved his contact information for future needs.

Working with C&P was a delight. Not only did they provide the most thorough initial walk-through for my needs (installing brand new pipes to a bathroom and kitchen as well as a water heater), but they never tried to upsell me on any services after discussing my needs. They caught multiple issues with my house during the estimate that every other major company completely missed. They were also far more affordable and easy to work with than the bigger names in my area. I will absolutely be calling them back if I have any future plumbing needs.
