Warranty service wouldn’t cover our broken AC unit so I called them for an estimate. They were able to come the same day and install a new ac unit the next. Very responsive and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

Technicians were on time, work was good quality and price was reasonable.

It was on Memorial day weekend, and an after hours page to tech. They were very responsive and did everything to solve my problem. Ended up needing a new unit but they were able to at least get the old unit good enough to last until then. Highly Recommend.

I called with the problem. Immediately after the conversation with the phone rep, Josh called. He was in Muncie on a job. He was here within an hour. He serviced the heat pump and got the air working again. Fast response, excellent work, fair pricing. This is a quality company.

I have been an Action Air customer for several years and am quite satisfied with their service. No matter what needs to be done, they are quick in responding. All the technicians are very professional and personable. No matter how many times they need to go out and come back in, they always wear the protective booties, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning needs you have.

Have been using Action Air for a few years, and Im very pleased with their work, and excellent customer service. Theyre always up front with you about what needs to be done now, what can and cannot wait till later, I trust them. "Mark" is great! "Stepen" is good too. I have a service contract with them which is affordable and I havs saved good money using it. They always work me in. I highly recommend Action Air.

They were great. We were able to quickly schedule a new time and they came promptly in the morning. They gave me the time frame, but were done on the early end. They cleaned everything up well and it was a good experience. So far everything is working well.

We've had them for years. We have their silver plan so it's included every year. I love the fact that all of their employees are back ground checked so I have a sense of security allowing them in my home. They are always honest and offer us products that would apply to us and if they if they think something us unneeded.

They are punctual and the technicians are knowledgeable.

A service tech came out to take a look the same day at 11pm, and we scheduled a replacement for the following week. Prompt and fair pricing!

Very good service as always. Technicians always arrive within the specified time window and put on shoe covers when inside the house. They do try to upsell other add-ons, but are not overly pushy about it. For example, the technician suggested to add a lubricating solution to my AC, but found that my unit already had it, so didn't charge me for it. I appreciated his honesty when this add-on wasn't needed.

We belong to their service club so they come out twice a year. Once to check the A/C and once to check the furnace. We had the furnace put in, probably about 6 years ago. We haven't had any repair work on it. Except for one time, their professionalism is an "A". It was good. They were helpful and everything got installed quickly. They were professional. The workers were friendly. I'm going to guess it took a couple of hours.

We had a not-great experience a couple of years ago with another company and this one works well. We've had good luck with their furnace, which keeps us going back.

The cost is part of their monthly membership. They were very good. They came out when they said they would. They were friendly and professional. I gave them the "A" grade because of their overall responsiveness and they come when they say they are going to. They do their work and they do it well.
