Action Air has been my installers/repairmen, and advisors for many years. I have recently started the plumbing with them. Today I had my air conditioner serviced. Brandon, the technician, was very knowledgable and efficient in performing my service. The plumbing tech was great too! Have had a long relationship with the company and I’m very satisfied with my services. Customer service when you call are supper nice and understanding. I pay monthly for services twice a year and get major discounts on replacements of parts as needed.

Josh is very punctual, responsive and does a good job. He was unable to finish cleaning the unit through no fault of his own. There is poison ivy/sumac growing on it and I had to call my lawn service company to get rid of it. Josh has been to our house in the past and always does a great job.
