Responded in a short time and identified the problem and gave us direction which included bringing in an electrician. Very knowledgeable, personable, I would hire Action Air again for any HVAC problem.

They came out and try to get the pump going again and it wouldn’t work. Then he quoted me for a new heat pump. And it’s coming in to be installed the day after tomorrow. They made it simple and easy even though it’s nothing I really want to spend money on.

Nick was able to quickly determine repairs required to get two furnaces Which had not been serviced in five years. Both furnaces were quickly up and running smoothly. The previous contractor who had installed the furnaces never registered The warranty with the manufacturer. I learned a lot about different business methods. Sometimes it is better to pay a little more to get a quality job.

The crew at Action Air are wonderful. They’ve been my heating and air go-to call for the last five years. Honest and trustworthy.

They installed my new heating and cooling unit and excessive adhesive made the filter door stuck. Since I was unsure what the deal was (because it was a new unit and I was not there when they installed and I was not sure how hard you needed to pull the door), I called them. They came and got the door unstuck and were super helpful and fast.

They service was very good, I was very pleased; We have a been using them for years, this time for the tune up of the Air conditioning system and replacement of an air humidifier , and they came and they did the job very well, very professional and I was very pleased.

Highly recommend Action Air. Have been using them for a few years. They serviced my previous system and kept it running smooth for as long as possible, till it finally breathed its last breath. Worked with me to give me best price. I wont use anybody else. They always explain thoroughly any questions I have and make sure I understand. They showed up promptly this morning and within a few hours installed a brand new heat pump, a/c and furnace and new digital thermostat. They cleaned up everything when done, performed a few more checks to insure all good, went over the basics and paperwork, and that was it! Very pleased with the whole experience. I have a monthly maintenance agreement with them that Ive had for a few years; less than $12/month, and is worth every penny. I believe this has been the reason for keeping my monthly energy costs on the lower end of the charts.
