Our clean cut, polite and professional Installers will quickly begin working, taking great care to protect the home by using shoe covers and drop cloths. When finished they will clean up all work areas, and go over the features and operation of the newly installed system making sure they have answered all of the homeowners questions. And since we believe that regular maintenance of your new system will help it last longer and perform as desired, we follow up our installation with one free year of our Service Club. I called Action Air since they are an April Aire dealer and I specifically wanted that specific brand of humidifier. I had not dealt with the company before but they were prompt on their appointment to give me an estimate, fully explained the different models, and the capacity necessary to treat our size home. Since they were not that busy, they were able to make the installation within two days of my initial call. During the initial call, they also suggested some other products, like an air cleaner but were not pushy on trying to sell additional services.

The new heat pump and existing furnace did not communicate with each other. They attempted to correct the problem. After several attempts to correct it, we ultimately decided to replace the furnace.

Mike wrote a detailed inspection report providing insight into a geothermal unit that we were not familiar with. Since we were not familiar with this type of unit, Mike went out of his way to explain it all to us.

VERY pleased. I called and requested service. They said they would be here between 1:00 and 2:00. Tech called at 1:30 said he was on his way. Worked for over an hour cleaning furnace. I love it when service people tell me when they will be here and actually come at appointed time. Wore booties, very thorough.

Tony Marshall first gave us an estimate 3 years ago. We were unable to purchase at that time, however, when we called for him to come and update his estimate he was more than glad to come out. He had notes from his previous visit and an excellent memory of our house. He was not pushy in his salesmanship. He provided three options and we discussed the pro and con of each. He took the time to make sure I knew what we were buying. Additionally, the two techs (Brian and Brad I believe) were wonderful. They were pleasant and very considerate. They took time to discuss options when a small hiccup occurred in the installation. They were more worried about us then just getting the job done. Really appreciate everyone's work. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They were wonderful. They matched a lower price that I had gotten from a competitor. There were a couple of problems, nothing major, and they were very responsive and came right out and fixed it without any charge to me. Then even came out on a Sunday afternoon and there was no charge.

They were on time, very professional. The tech and salesman both came out on the same day - I was impressed with both of them. They put on booties over their shoes, and were very detailed. He performed 3 different checks on the unit.

Tony Marshall (may have last name wrong) visited our house, looked at the HVAC system, the configuration, and was very open and frank about our options for the humidifier in terms of brands, size, and capabilities. He did not try to oversell to our needs; simply to meet them at the most cost effective method. He also provided recommendations as to heating options once we finish our basement, quotes for add'l ductwork and reviewed their membership plans. Again, he did not push any specific actions; he simply provided options based on our specific situation. As to the technician who installed the humidifier and performed the PM; my wife was greatly impressed with his first action which was to put protectant footies to keep our house clean. The installation was on time and professionally done. I was impressed with their up-front service, have signed up for their Silver Club, and will look to them for HVAC work on our basement finishing project.

DETERMINED THAT NEW THERMOSTAT THAT ANOTHER HVAC CO INSTALLED DURING SUMMER WOULDN'T WORK WITH HEATER SINCE FUSE KEPT BLOWING. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. DECIDED TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT. THIS IS MONTHLY FEE THAT CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANYTIME (AND FEE IS LOWER THAN OTHER COMPANIES). VERY NICE DEAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROUP.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. MIKE WAS THOUGHTFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I ENDED UP SIGNING UP FOR THEIR SERVICE CLUB WHICH WAS THE REASON FOR THE EXTRA MONEY. THE SERVICE CLUB SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA BECAUSE THEY GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU FOR A CHECK UP TWICE A YEAR. ONE OF THE REASONS I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BECAUSE I HAD NEGLECTED SERVICING FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.

TECH WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. EXPLAINED HOW THE REPAIRS MIGHT NEED TO BE REDONE AGAIN ON COILS IF THE MOTOR WENT OUT AT LATER DATE. ELECTED TO SPEND THE MONEY TO REPLACE RATHER THAN REPAIR. THEY HAD THE UNIT INSTALLED IN TIMELY MANNER.

SERVICE WAS GOOD OVERALL BUT NOT SPECTACULAR. WHILE THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT & FRIENDLY WHEN OUR AC BROKE, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET PRICING ON DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR REPAIR ALTHOUGH THE REPAIR PRICING WAS VERY CLEAR UP FRONT. THE LABOR TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR WAS APPROX. $900 (PART WAS UNDER WARRANTY) BUT WE ASKED FOR A QUOTE ON A NEW SYSTEM WHEN THE TECH SAID THAT MAY BE A GOOD CHOICE. HE CALLED IN BUT COULD NOT A GET A QUOTE BECAUSE THE OFFICE WAS ''BUSY''. TOLD US HE COULDN'T WAIT FOR A DECISION SO WE COULD PAY THE $900 OR WAIT UNTIL ''SOMETIME'' IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO TO GET A QUOTE. TECH WAS FRIENDLY BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. OVERALL EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY BUT SOMEWHAT DISORGANIZED. I FELT RUSHED INTO A $900 DECISION ON A 90 DEGREE WEEKEND. WOULD PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN BUT NOT AS A FIRST CHOICE.

I SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER WHO ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS ABOUT REPAIR VS. REPLACEMENT. SINCE I REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT QUICKLY, THE SALESMAN, TONY, CAME OUT THE SAME AFTERNOON. HE PATIENTLY EXPLAINED ALL OF MY OPTIONS AND HELPED ME PICKED THE RIGHT UNIT FOR MY NEEDS. THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED THE NEXT WEEK. THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE, AND LEFT MY HOUSE CLEAN. HE SUSPECTED A CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGER BUT, AFTER EXAMINATION, FOUND NO CRACKS. HE WORE PAPER BOOTIES AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIS INSPECTION. ACTION AIR RESPONDED PROMPTLY. THEY SAID TO CALL BACK IF SOMEONE HAD NOT ARRIVED WITHIN 30 MINUTES, AND CHRIS ARRIVED WITHIN THAT TIME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND POSITIVE, IN SPITE OF BEING CALLED OUT LATE ON THE NIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING.
