Action Air now offers plumbing! Their excellent HVAC services has always been based on their people and the same game plan is occurring with plumbing. Very pleased with Lee! Efficient, professional!

Proffesstional and didn’t over charge

Chris showed up promptly snd immediately set out doing his work. He was friendly but professional and kept me informed. The cost was high because I had to replace two UV lights on the two units. I have a service contract for the annual service.

Went great. Found bad electrical connection on humidifier. Found vibration was due to over pressure in heat pump refrigerant lines. The tech, Jordan, was very professional and explained what he was doing and why.

Drain is okay now, no longer stopped up.

Tyler was very professional! We have been using Action Air for the last two years and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They Installed a completely new HVAC unit January 2019 and they tune-up our heating and cooling every Spring and Fall. I can’t recommend them enough! We’ve even had them look at some plumbing issues here and there!

I was diagnosed by another company for a broken secondary heat exchanger, but I called Action for a 2nd opinion and Kelton actually took the time to look for the cause of the leak and discovered it was only a plastic cover that was cracked. Saving me thousands&$$$!!!

He let us know of a problem he spotted this time and gave us a couple alternatives to deal with it. Very pleased with the service we receive from Action Air. We have purchased the Service Club package, so there was no charge for this visit.

The crew, (John and Mark), who did the installation of the furnace, were outstanding; again, very efficient and respectful. jAll three were a pleasure to have in my home. Kelton is just a good dude. He’s a hard worker, straight and to the point and very contentious. Thanks for taking care of everything and being flexible with us.

Called the Action Air office to let them know we were without a/c. They said they'd have someone out asap--a couple hours later, Steve arrived. He immediately diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it and had us quickly back in service. Steve is very knowledgeable, personable, and able to explain what's going on to a layman. We'll continue to use Action Air for our HVAC needs.

Great. They replaced a pipe that burst and completely soaked the basement and damage parts of the water heater's parts. Action Air has been my heating and cooling company for 30 plus years and when they began to work on water heaters, I signed up. The water heater was new less that three years ago. Action Air said the pipe should not have burst and replaced everything at no charge. That is why I always use Action Air. Very honest and always take the high road. If they started to paint houses, I would hire them.

Tech scheduled replacement of coil under warranty, and replaced coil next day.
