They are always punctual. They do good job. They clean up after themselves. I never had a bit of trouble.

Air conditioning stopped working due to low freon, and at one point the pea trap had clogged and caused water to leak out everywhere. Action Air is quick to respond to emergencies and do good quality work and they're prompt and professional.I had signed up for their maintenance plan, which gets you a semi-annual inspection and cleaning in the spring and fall, as well as a discount on parts and service, etc.The downside of this 11-ish dollar per month service is that they don't proactively reach out to you to schedule your semi-annual cleaning on outside units, etc. It is very easy to forget to schedule it.

I installed a programmable thermostat in a new purchased home. Of course, it didn't work when I was finished. It was a warm evening- 76 degrees at 8:15 when I called for help and the temperature was rising in the house as the minutes ticked by.Surprisingly, the on-call rep-Justin called me back within 15 minutes. More surprisingly , he offered to stop by and look at my handiwork-at 9 at night! He showed up at 9pm, after Im sure a long day working and got me straightened out in 15 minutes with a great attitude and professional, neat workmanship.Cost of call ( I do carry a service contract with them) $29.99.Excellent customer service displayed from employess from initial phone call after hours to completion of repair!

We were having problems with our heat pump and furnace last year. Heat pump was at least 15 years old and inside furnace probably as old as our house (30 years). We got quotes from 3 different heating/air conditioning companies for a new unit and were pleased with professionalism of Action Air. At the time we decided not to purchase a new system but had Action Air repair it so it would last a little longer. The system lasted one more year but we realized this Spring it was having problems again so decided it was the time to purchase a new system. Called back Action Air and they honored the quote they had given us last year. As previously stated we are very pleased with their service and with the Goodman Heat Pump and furnace that was installed.

Overall, wonderful experience... Mark was on time, thoroughly explained our options without over selling, double checked our unit before leaving and scheduled a follow up appointment and free tune-up (part of their service club memebership) in 4 weeks to confirm that charge is holding.

They were professional, on time, and they did what they said. They were literally as perfect as you can get in all aspects of how the handled it and the clean up. They were a good company to work with.

We met for a quote on a new AC/Heating unit, and while the gentleman was very professional, his quote was the highest among the 8 we got for a new system. Which is why we opted for a different company.

They did a very good job, they were very professional, and they came in, and gave us a price, and had all the workers there on time, and did the job in a very professional way, and the price was very competitive too.

We had a contract with them for several years to service our air conditioner in the spring and furnace in the fall. They were always punctual and provided great service. Their employees were always nice and respectful. They gave us advice on how we could do some maintenance ourselves to prolong the life of our furnace. We switch providers last year due to a new system being installed, however I'm considering switching back to Action air. Their service was better and I think their prices are fair. .

They’re helpful, prompt and they explain things. We got three quotes and they were the best price. It’s a family-owned business. They accommodate my husband's schedule; they came out at 6:30 in the morning before he went to work.

My old heat pump finally died after many years of use. At the same time I was unhappy with the service and maintenance from my prior company... so I did some research and called Action Air. They sent someone out right away... took a look at the problem... sat down with me at my kitchen table and started telling me what my options were. We discussed the different installation options and prices and the overal installation process. We agreed on a Heat Pump unit and a price and an installation date. They were exactly on time and very friendly and professional. They took great care in being as neat as they could be... trying not to dirty the floor or anything like that. In fact, when the job was complete... there was only a small amount of dirt left behind... I was actually amazed at how clean the area was for all the work that they did. During the installation, they took the time to answer any questions that I had. After the installation, they made several follow-up calls... one was to inspect the job and the other follow-up calls were at my behest on little details that I wanted "tweaked". They have always been very clean and professional and to be quite honest - working with them is a night/day difference from the last company that I had. We all know that going through a process like this and spending a large amount of money in today's hard times isn't an easy thing to do, but it sure helps when you receive the level of professionalism, courtesy and detail that this company provides.

Mark came the same day we called and quoted a system that was more efficient for the size of our home. He was very professional. We decided to buy the system and he came the next day to install. All went very well. Fast, efficient, reasonably priced and professional. We will definitely go to them again for any of our HVAC needs.

The service tech, Ryan, came out right on time and put on booties before coming in the house without a second thought. This was great because my wife would have killed me if there was dirt tracked in through the entry. Every time he came in and out he did this and I truly appreciated it. He got right to work and asked if I'd like to be present while he did the inspection so he could explain what all would be checked. I let him know that wasn't necessary but I would like to see any issues he found before they were resolved. He let me know that I needed a new filter which I went out and purchased while he continued to work. It had probably been at least a year since I had replaced this so I know it needed it. He also took the extra time and effort to move two brackets which caused my filter to get stuck when I tried to slide it in. I've been dealing with that since we purchased the house so I was grateful that I won't have to mess with it anymore. Ryan noticed some discoloration on my heat exchanger which he said could be an indication that the unit was being over worked. After finding quite a bit of dust in an upper chamber, he assured me that there would be much less stress on it now. He did however find a small hairline crack in the heat exchanger that he said would eventually lead to failure of the heat exchanger. He recommended replacing the piece but let me know that a new furnace might not be a bad idea as ours is nearly 15 years old. I appreciated him giving me options instead of just saying "You need a new furnace." We will likely be going with a new unit which will lower our energy bills and hopefully help with the resale value of our home. Overall this was a great experience (even with the major issue discovered) and I would definitely use this company in the future.

They put in all HVAC systems and did a wonderful job. They are high energy/efficiency. We were very happy. They were prompt in answering us and giving us an estimate. They even wore the booties when they came to our house which we appreciated. They definitely have customer service down! I do have a maintenance contract with them and it's been great.

Ryan was great fix the problem quickly and gave me some good advise . Will be using them again if I ever have any trouble . Keep up the good work guys !

Came out on time. Diagnosed the problem. Quoted my the repair cost. Did not try to sell me anything. I asked for quote for new furnace. Gave me an all-inclusive price for new furnace and did not charge for diagnostic visit. I made an appt to have the new furnace installed. Installers arrived on time, clean, with shoe covers, and installed new furnace. They also tore out and disposed of the old furnace, old broken humidifier, and old duct connection. Took five hours and they worked straight through. Polite and professional employees.Would use again.

They were awesome when they come out for the furnace. We signed up for their maintenance plan; so we got a discount, and the price included the part and the repair that they had to do. It was a Wednesday night before thanksgiving and we called them at 6 o’clock and they were able to get somebody out that night. I was really impressed. They were very easy to contact and the guy that came, came very promptly. He was very friendly, covered his shoes and cleaned up his mess. He explained what he was doing and made some recommendations to help improve the efficiency of the system, but there was no pressure.

Our furnace for the downstairs would not turn on. We called Action Air on Wednesday and were able to make an appointment for Friday morning. Doug Milliner showed up on time and was very polite. He checked out furnace and in just a short time was able to tell me that birds had made a nest in the duct going to furnace from the outside of the house. He took apart duct and had to removed eight dead birds from inside duct! He put duct back together and cleaned up the mess completely. We now have heat! Doug was very kind and professional and we will not hesitate to call again if their services are needed.

I had an emergency in the summer when the air conditioner was acting up. There was an electrical issue with the thermostat and air conditioner. They went out of their way to fix the air conditioner. I would definitely use them again.

Mark from sales arrived on time and quoted a system to A/C our home and del date. It arrived as quoted & installed immediately. We experienced several problems after install but they were addressed back time and then system is now operating currently well dressed, timely, customer oriented & friendly.

I think they did a great job. The installation of the furnace was done incorrectly however when we called them they came out and fix the work and cleaned up the water on the carpet.

I've been using them for several years now. I contracted them when they were very new in the neighborhood. I sign a contract with them every January. They come in the spring to get my air conditioning system ready and they come again in the fall to get my furnace ready. They make sure everything is working. They last came out in April. They were here for probably forty five minutes or close to an hour. They also give me priority if I have a problem. Lot of times when it gets hot, people finally find out that their air conditioning isn't working. If there is some problem that occurred with mine, I get first priority. If somebody just calls them to say that they have got a problem and if they are a normal customer, they have to wait in line. I like the fact that they are close and that they are here in Fishers. They are very responsive when they say they are going to be here and they also fix up an appointment according to your convenience. They did find that my furnace was getting old and this was probably four or five years ago. There was a crack in our burner which could have been very dangerous. They have a little machine that they could stick down to your furnace and check everything out. They could see the crack and they actually replaced my furnace with a new high efficiency furnace.

We have been Service Club Members for several years with Action Air...and once again it paid off this week! During the hottest week of the year, I came home from work to a house that was 88 degrees. Called Action Air and since we were Service Club Members, we were given even QUICKER service. Mark (our tech) was out to our house within 1 1/2 hours! He determined what he thought was the problem and got us running again. Two days later, the AC was out again. Mark returned again ( within the hour) and confirmed that our again AC unit had again taken a impending turn for the worse. ( Action Air had been telling us for years that our unit would fail at some point) Mark got us running again for the night. My husband was out of town, so the decision as to which unit to purchase was soley up to me. Mark explained the different types available., but did NOT pressure me at all to go with a more higher priced unit than our home needed. Mark's honesty made my decision easy! The next day, the installers came. They wore their "bootie" and laid down rugs throughout their path through the house to get to the needed connections. They even helped my son carry and load huge speakers into his car....ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR! Action Air has always been so good, friendly, kind and honest in their dealings with us. We are customers for life!
