Air conditioner 16 yrs old. Lines were frozen. Someone came out that day to give us estimate on new one. Installation went quickly and smooth. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I thought they were very fair in their pricing. We had looked around and they were recommended by our neighbors. They were prompt. We were having a problem with our furnace and it couldn't be repaired safely and it's gas furnace and it was a danger and so we needed to take action quickly and they came out very soon after we called them and repair man came out initially and then he told us it couldn't be replaced and he called the sales rep and he was able to come out in short order. Remember we had a mild winter a year ago December so we were not without heat for long at all. They are very efficient and professional. I would use them again. We have recommended them to other people as well.

A water leak sprayed hot water on the furnace, which then stopped running--in January. Once the leak was repaired, we called Action Air around noon & was told that someone would be there that evening. The technician, Tim, actually showed up around 1:30pm. He found the problem almost immediately--the water had shorted out components on the control board. He had to leave to get a replacement board, which he installed on his return. Heat! The next day we discovered that the air conditioner compressor was running and couldn't be shut off. Since this was a Saturday, we tripped the breaker, called Action Air, and asked for a technician to come out on Monday. Tim returned on Monday and found that the short in the furnace control board had caused the air conditioner compressor switch contacts to weld shut. He replaced the switch and all was well. Tim was knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. We'll call Action Air whenever we have a heating or air conditioning issue.

My furnace was turning on then turning off immediately, not heating the house. The guy who came to my house (name escapes me right now) checked it out. He told me there was a dirty sensor and i could have it cleaned for $115ish or just do a tune-up for $80 (i had a coupon for this service). He was very nice and gave me options. He also gave me tips on how to keep up on maintenance on my furnace. Nice working with him and haven't had an issue with my furnace since.

''Their visit was a routine heating/furnace checkup prior to the winter season. This visit was/is an annual contract for the spring and fall HVAC checkup. Their service personnel are professional and well informedf as to preforming ther checks.

This company calls the day before to remind you of your appointment. If they say they will be there between 11 and 2, it will probably closest to 2 and the call just before they head your way. Technician (Josh today) is professional, tidy, and explains everything completely. Does not recommend unnecessary jobs. Spent $49 and had my heat pump's annual check, drop pan filter changed, everything cleaned, new filter put in. Highly recommend them!

My heat went out on a Monday. I called Action air, and was able to get a technician out to the house within a few hours. After hearing the cost of repairing the old furnace, I decided to have a new one installed. The installers came out the following morning. They finished quickly and did a very professional job.

I have had really superb service from them. They do excellent work and I have been using their services for about three years overall. The furnace installation was about a year ago and I haven't had any problems with them.

My furnace went out Friday 10/5 and really cold weather was on its way. Technician Tim came out and was very knowledgeable and honest. He found a fuse blown from low vaults. After evaluation he discovered the source was from outside. It was raining so he could not work on it. He set the furnace to bypass the outside unit (heat pump) which allowed for our emergency heat to work. on Monday, Technician Mark W came out. He was awesome as well. He found a nail in my outside wires from a recent siding project. My outside heat pump is very old. He could have lied and sold me a new unit. Instead he was honest and secured all of my future business. All in all, absolutely great service, very knowledgeable,and most of all honest!!! Please know that I called two other companies that I found on Angie's list and had made an appoint with one but did not have complete peace. I prayed and the Lord lead me to Action Air. From the first conversation, I had complete peace with them. It is such a blessing to have honest folks out there!!!

The sales rep and technician were all very professional and courteous. They did not do any high pressure in sales and did not attempt to sale me more than I needed.

This is the second residence that Action Air is servicing for me. During the summer of 2011 the AC did not work properly and Action Air provided prompt service. The representative took the time to find the root cause (thermostat) and made sure all was working well.

Went well. They did have to come back and make an adjustment on the fan rotor pole on the compressor and they did so same day. We are on their maintenance plan and it pays off! We get fast service this way. Very nice repair techs and I like the way they work and explain things.

The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay. I was a little disappointed - I felt almost as if I was pressured to buy from them. They made me feel as if the situation was so dire that I needed to buy from them at that moment.

They have been wonderful to us ever since we moved in. They replaced our A.C. unit and the heat pump. Wonderful staff and excellent service. They even were able to get out when the A.C. did not work when my wife was pregnant and we had pets in the house within 2 hours. Fantastic!

After my A/C compressor died on Friday evening, I called Action Air on Saturday for an estimate. They came out later that day. Of all the companies that gave me estimate, their price seemed to be the best value - they quoted a better unit than their competitors and were close to the best price. They were out by 8:45 on Monday AM. After a 3 day weekend of 100 degree weather, I was very impressed by that. They took out the old unit, and moved all of the cooling and electrical lines to relocate the new unit to another side of the house. They've only been gone a couple hours, and our house is cool and comfy. Their work looks clean and professional, the new A/C looks nice and sounds quiet, the employees were all very nice, and the only way you know they'd been there is that nobody is sweating any more. They're at the top of my list for any HVAC needs now.

Action Air Inc. were very thorough in explaining things to me. They did a follow up. And they have a complete home package deal that I liked. They are very customer focused. There prices are good. I would use them again.

The technician was personable and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He did not try to push any unnecessary repairs or sales. He completed all his work by 4:30. All repairs made in less than 12 hours from initial contact. Outstanding! I highly recommend this company.

Action Air's bid was very competitive and their delivery dates were better than the other quotes. We went with Action Air due to their past service with us which has always been excellent. We use them for our all HVAC work as they are courteous, respectful of our house (they wear shoe protectors the second they walk in the door), competitive on all work and present themselves as professionals.

Prompt responses to calls and a service technician diagnosing the issue, resulted in the complete removal of all equipment and the compressor, replaced with new equipment, all within a 24 hour period. NOW...if you use this company (which I HIGHLY recommend) be sure and invest in the annual service contracts. They will inspect your equipment twice a year- and provide top notch service like this. We own two homes and all equipment is on service agreements. It is well worth the annual investment! I am involved in the property management business and have worked with many different HVAC companies in 2 different states, and this company is the best on the service front you can select!

We would recommend them. They’re very prompt and personable. They are good with scheduling. They do what they say they’re going to do and they don’t do more. They don’t up sell us anything. We will use them again in the future if we need to.

We had scheduled our spring maintenance and the technician arrived on time and performed outstanding service. We require outstanding service and they always exceed our expectations. We switched from a long term relationship with another provider and we have not been disappointed!

They are fabulous! The salesman who came was extremely informative, straight forward and genuine and covered all the different options. He was a gentleman and was very polite and pleasant, I was very impressed. The two men who came to install the system showed expertise and had a lot of knowledge and were also perfect gentleman and pleasant to deal with. It was a great experience, they were very helpful and knowledgable. Then, there was an issue with a tiny malfunctioning in the equipment and they knew it immediately and the owner of the company came out the next day and fixed it immediately. The system has been absolutely fabulous ever since they came and I was very impressed with the service!
