I would just say that Action Air Inc are a little overpriced.

They were very professional, kind and friendly. They did the work quickly. They saved me a lot of money.

Our furnace went out and we are a part of Action Air's club. They responded the same day and made us a priority. They are always very professional and fair in their pricing.

Had my semi-annual tune up. Bought a new furnace a few years ago and I'm on an annual plan to keep up the equipment.

The sales rep was very informative, and able to answer all of our questions about system size and features. On the day of installation the crew showed up promptly and quickly explained what they would be doing. They had no problem with us watching them, and cheerfully answered all of our questions along the way. You could tell they took pride in their work. When you're spending this much money, it's nice to deal with a company that really is interested in your satisfaction.

The technician was on time, very friendly and considerate, and quickly diagnosed our furnace issues. It was clear that despite the fact that our furnace was 20 years old that he was not trying to sell a new furnace out of the gate and was thorough in his investigation. In the end, it turned out that our problem had caused cracks in the heat exchanger and that the problem was on-going. Due to previous issues with heat exchangers we elected to go ahead and install a new furnace. Someone from the office came out later the same afternoon to give us a quote and it was very reasonable. After receiving the quote, we had the company that had originally installed the unit come out for a quote. There was only $500 difference, but it was enough for my husband to prefer going with the other company, given that this was happening right before Christmas. We would have felt very comfortable with Action nonetheless, even though we did not go with them this time.

A nice technician named Mark called back and ask me to check a few things since the earliest appt. they have is not until later in the day. He said the most of the call he have been receiving can be fixed by checking the air intake pipe and just removing for the interim. The air is so cold outside that it is freezing up the system. I did what he said and voila it works. I am superbly grateful and impressed at the professinalism that was rendered. Mark did not hesitate to help but went above and beyond. Will definitely call them in the future!

We’ve had them for years and we’ve always been very happy with them. I have a service plan with them which is like $150 for the year. We’ve gone with them because they’re very professional and they’re always very prompt. It’s to have somebody come into my house that doesn’t look like they just came out of prison. They do background checks on all of their workers. I usually have the same guy which very few companies can do. It’s nice to have a familiar face in your house.

We're new to our home and just learning about our systems. I came home from work to a very warm house and called Action Air based on the reviews from Angie's List. The service tech (who turned out to be the owner!) said he was in our neighborhood and would be over shortly. He came right away and checked the system inside and out. He found our problem to be the filter, which he replaced. He was very thorough and did an excellent job of explaining our setup. We were so satisified that we signed up for a service plan. Since that time we have had our furnace inspected (11/21/13). The technician on this visit was also very thorough and pointed out some things for us to consider in the future - but no high pressure. We are extremely happy with Action Air.

Action Air is a very professional company! They have done work on our A/C and our furnace and we would highly recommend them!

They were on time and very polite and professional as has been in the past. The tech wore shoe covers on anytime he was inside the house and garaged. The air filter was changed out. Everything went well with the furnace. The tech then checked out the heat pump and found the problem that was making noise that I informed him about upon his arrival. The insulation cover had come lose and stopped the fan from spinning. He made repairs to the insulation cover the best he could and put it back into place. He then called the owner of the company and informed him of the problem and now a new part will be ordered and installed at no extra cost to me due to warranty. I have had troubles with this unit many times sense this company installed the heat pump a couple of years ago, but they have always been very respectful and professional to me an my wife and did the repairs needed to correct the problem w/o charge. The last time the owner himself came out to help do the repairs and I haven't had any problems except for the insulation part coming lose and they will get that fixed soon. I recommend this company to anyone who needs good quality work.

Clayton arrived at the scheduled time (8:00am). He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The furnace was in good shape and he replaced the humidifier plate. Clayton also made some suggestions for next spring's a/c tune-up that we will discuss with the technician at that time.

We've had a service agreement with them for 8 years.They're service people seem to be very knowledgeable, they're courteous when they come and they're quick to do their job. We've had them do maintenance in the spring and in the fall on our air conditioner and our furnace and anytime we have a problem, they're right on it. Whenever I call to setup an appointment there is no trouble whatsoever, the lady who answers the phone is very polite and work out everything with you to get everything straightened out. So it's a good company. They were last here probably a month ago. We're not charged per visit because we're on a service plan with them.

Service provider Tim was prompt, and professional. Explained all questions. Very thorough. Will definitely use again.

They've been very prompt in returning calls and on their appointments.

We called Action Air on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend because our air conditioning was no longer working. We were not a customer of Action Air but they acted like we were. The service man showed up an hour or so later. He determined that our air compressor was not working. He said the compressor was under warranty and that we could order a new one when the office opened on Tuesday and that we would just owe them for labor. Instead, they sent another service man to our house to check to make sure that was correct before they ordered the compressor. They said it was company policy to double check these types of repairs. The second service man was able to fix the wiring to get the air conditioning going again. That was a great relief and we had a cool house again that day. Both service men were very sincere and interested in doing a good job. I was convinced that I wanted them to be my HVAC company so I signed up for an annual contract for $287 (two units). I would highly recommend this company. They wanted to do a job and I appreciate their efforts.

Went well. Everything works excellent now.

I've had a service agreement with Action Air for years. They come once in the spring to check out my air conditioning system, and once in the fall to do the same for my heating system. They are very good about telling me what parts I may want to consider replacing as preventative maintenance and giving me the prices, and telling me which can probably wait without causing me problems. As long as I have a new filter on hand, they change it for free as part of the service. I've been very happy with them.

I use them regularly and I've been with them for probably 5 years. They're great and I trust them, which is huge. When they come out they diagnose the problem and I don't feel like they overcharge me. I think they do a really good job.

The price included installation and 1 year of service. It has broken down twice. They always come right out and fix it. They will come out after hours. I’m in a contract with them and so all additional trips to our home are free under the warranty.

Excellent and fast customer service all the way from my initial call indicating my lack of air conditioning to same day diagnosis by Tim who concluded we had a leak in our evaporator coil. The following morning at 9:30, Mark came out to explain our options. I felt he was honest and not pushy. We decided to replace our whole system. Installation was scheduled for that afternoon! Wow!! We were so happy as it was very hot and humid out! CJ and Dave were the installers. Both were friendly, fast, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Action Air to anyone looking for a HVAC system!

We called Action Air after having two separate companies come out to look at our "broken" AC unit and quoting us between 4000 and 4400 for a new unit saying it should be replaced. Tim from Action Air came out, took apart our unit, tested all of the connections, the condenser, and the fan motor and figured out all we needed was a new fan motor and everything else looked great. I told him I could already get a motor from a local supplier, and instead of trying to sell me their services he actually talked me through how to replace it myself. The two companies yesterday didn't even bother with any of this with their "free estimates". Once more, after putting everything back together I asked him what the charge was... "no charge" he says. Who does this in today's day and age? I told him I wanted to hug him because he just saved my family thousands of dollars! He didn't accept the hug, but gave me a handshake instead and told me to think of them in the future. I was blown away by this type of service and, yes Tim, you just got a future and lifetime customer. Thanks to Tim's thorough advice and instruction, I put the fan motor on in about 25 minutes and I am one happy camper! Thank you so much Tim!!! Truly exceptional!

They came out the same day I called and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Their costs were considerably lower than another Angie's List heating and air conditioning company. The service was scheduled for the first available time (when we would be in town ). The technician was prompt, professional, efficiently did the repairs and answered our questions. The air conditioner is running perfectly again.

They were very reasonable in cost and did a very thorough job I think and they do a little repair and tune up.

I chose this company from Angie's list alone. Called in the morning and received a service tech (turned out to be the owner himself!) that very afternoon. He examined the entire system, including the outdoor unit, and detected an air flow problem. Fixed it on the spot. I am delighted with the prompt service, the knowledge displayed about our system and the reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company!
