Everything went well -- they were prompt and efficient.

I have a maintenance contract with them. They are a fisher company. I'm very pleased with them.

They are excellent. We have been using them for about 10 years. We have an agreement so it's just a one time, yearly payment. When you pay that yearly fee, you are on the priority list. They have missed a couple things now and then. The cost is many other services besides the one time tune-up.

I am very pleased by how this company operates. They were friendly, fast, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Part of it was under warranty, but that part was about $400. It is good value and they have responsive service.

Very Bad! The technician called me down to tell my furnace needs to be replaced due to some rusted "O" rings. This he stated was a sign that I had cracks and my furnace would need to be shut down. He was very persistent and on a sales mission. I have been a silver member for over 10 years and they installed my furnace and AC. When I told him I was not in a position to buy a new furnace he kept pushing telling my if he inspects it any further that he may have to shut my furnace down. I basically had to tell him to leave because he would not accept that I was not in a position to buy a new furnace. That night, I had no heat. I called them back out and got a much better technician that found out that the one from the day before "forgot" to connect one of the wires. Now, a month and 1/2 later, my furnace stops. I called another company which came out promptly only to find my filter was completely clogged and needed to be replaced. I would think with my silver membership maintenance plan, that he would have found that first. The other company did a complete inspection and stated there are no cracks or signs of anything cracking. Very disappointed that the service tech used my silver club maintenance call to try to intimidate me into replacing my furnace.

It went just fine, I have never had a recall.

We had been using Action Air for a number of years, and very happy with the service. However, last Spring, for our annual A/C check up, the technician (who we had not seen before) said we needed a new capacitor, which would have cost a lot more extra. Skeptical - I went in and in and checked my records, and lo and behold, we had a new one put in just the year before! I went back out to the technician still working on the A/C. Sure enough, there was the date of May 2014 written on the existing capacitor. When I told him we had it replaced last year, and pointed out the date written in LARGE BLACK LETTERS on the capacitor, he began fumbling around and "Oh I did not see that date", and, "Oh let me call the company..." and then claimed he misread the instruments he was using to measure the capacitor? EIther he is a liar trying to scam me out of more $$$, or he was grossly incompetent. I'm not sure how he could have missed the date written on the capacitor since it was clear to anyone from 20 feet away. So, no more Action Air for us.

Nothing but perfect from beginning to end. Mark, the Service Manager, followed up immediately after my call and stayed in touch with me through the entire process. I met one of the Owners, Gary Sylvester, and I found him to be professional, detail oriented, and easy to work with. The project ended up being a little more complicated than expected but they honored their quote and I couldn't have been happier.

This company quoted me $13,500 to replace 3 "bad" systems. All I really needed ended up costing me about $500 in repair work from a different company. My manufacturer, Trane, was contacted directly and they stated absolutely NO service bulletin on these units!

The service went very well. We have a contract for service with them which is why no cost is listed. Am thrilled that we have this as when our AC went out one year, they were here same day. The AC tech was polite, wore booties to protect house when he came inside. He explained the condition of our AC compressor. He told me what might happen with it, and what we could expect to pay if we desired to replace it. Their techs are very professional and good. I also trust them and feel very safe and comfortable with them in my home. I find that they are polite and know their business. We use them for our heating needs as well and they put in a new furnace for us a few years ago. Very pleased with this company!

They arrived on time, were very professional and they did a great job! They removed and hauled away our existing units for us as well. They made some simple cosmetic mistakes and accidentally nailed through our ceiling in the attic, but sent out another company to repair and repaint our entire ceiling at no cost to us! Also, just recently we noticed a small gas leak and they had someone out that very same evening (on a Sunday), and found and fixed the leak. We have been very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to others.

We didn't know what the issue was with the actual heating unit we just knew that our home was very cold at around 3 a.m. I called Action Air to get a representative to come take a look at ~7:30 a.m. and someone was out here by 8 a.m. Our representative was named Josh and he was very thorough when explaining the issue to us. He was able to diagnose the issue by opening up the unit and finding that the blower motor was out. While there he also inspected the heating exchange and found some weak spots. He then retrieved a spare for our unit then installed it. The entire process took about two hours. I have no idea how much replacing the blower motor is supposed to be but $773.95 seems steep (?).

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Mark came quickly to give a quote and they started work right away. They did exactly what they said and all in one day. Cleaned up VERY well with no signs they were there to begin with (including debris I had made from opening the bulhead to allow access). The basement is much warmer, better heat distributed throughout the whole house - no longer a 15-20 degree difference between the basement and 2nd floor. I could not recommend these guys more and will have them back out for a smaller project soon. Best workmen I have had out for any project

Went well - no problems.

I bought a club plan in June and they came out today to service my unit. During the call the technician told me the capacitor was going bad and ask if I wanted to replace it. He indicated it would cost $155 to replace the part. I decided not to replace at this time. Later I looked the part up on the internet and it is $12.00. That is a costly repair. When the part is already out of the furnace and it takes less than a minute to put a new one in. I would have thought that the repair would be the cost of a part.

They came out within a few days. There was ice on the coils. The technician had me turn up the heat in the house to melt the ice from the coils. The system needed more coolant. In put that in and sold me a silver club plan. I ended up paying more than I anticipated to get my a/c going.

They work for me on a regular basis. They call in advance to let me know that I am due for a service call.

I telephoned Action Air at 8:30am and requested a service call. I was told that a Technician could be available between 12-2. This was acceptable to me considering I had just requested the service. At 12:30, I received a telephone call and was told a Technician was available and would I be at home to allow him entrance and I agreed. "Tim", the Service Technician arrived at 1pm. I quickly learned that Tim was a true Profesional. Tim takes his work seriously while at the same time is very open to communications and explanations. Tim explained everything he was doing, and had the AC working in less than one hour. Tim even removed the motor assembly to make sure no water was present that could splash up on my PC board. I found the response time to be excellent, and I found the service Technician "Tim" to meet all of my expectations. I would highly recommend Tim.

The service person was very nice. He checked on our furnace, and noticed how dirty the filter was. He then changed it. He also made some suggestions for our system due to the issue I have with allergies. The work went well. The tech was fast, good, personable, and professional. We have used Action Air for a couple of years now, and we are happy we made the switch. The techs come into the house wearing covers for their shoes. The techs are always polite, and professional. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Action Air. We did do a service agreement and it has saved us money. Also, this gives you highest priority when your system(s) fail or need emergent service. This has been a blessing when it was 90 plus degrees and the fan on our AC went out. There is no high pressure sales move- the fact is that you save money with the agreement. I am very impressed with the fact that the techs know what they are doing, and are very polite. They tell me what is going on with my system, so I do not feel in the dark about things. They have been very honest and up front with us. They installed a new furnace for us and it was done very well. We are very very pleased with the service provided. When I make an appt. they techs show up in between the hours promised, and that is a really big deal- no waiting for hours and then having a no show! Very very pleased with this company!

The removal of the old unit and installation of the new came off without any problems.

Everything went extremely well from the initial quotation from Mark to thru the final installation by Nick & CJ. Very competent and professional in every respect. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

. Tim, the salesman ( Tim) diagnosed our problem and we decide to purchase a new furnace from Action Air. The following day Nick and Justiine installed the furnace in a quick and professional manner. It was a good experience,

It went well the tech was very knowledgeable and fixed a problem that was botched from before I bought my house. He also explained things and made suggestions on lowering my heating bill.

Mark, and all the AC/Heating techs from Action Air are awesome, professional and I trust them. Mark spent about 45 minutes working on the furnace and replaced the ignitor that was less than two years old, and had failed. He was timely, and so pleasant. The work was done quickly, and we now have heat back on in the house. To say the least, I am just thrilled with the service provided. It was a late call to them, and yet we had a tech out here very fast. And with the service agreement, it cost us nothing. The agreements are not pricey and save you money. It also gives you priority on service calls- very wonderful when it is freezing cold out, or so hot that you could melt. I am very very pleased with Action Air and its service. I am hard to please, and wow! They are great. Would not change providers. They also installed a new furnace for us about two years ago, and it has worked so well. I highly recommend this company for heating and AC.
