Punctual, returned my call within two days, delivered when he said he wood, stacked the two ricks where I asked. Wood was well-seasoned and almost every piece (perhaps two pieces, compared with the 1/3 of the load that I would get from another major provider who shall remain nameless) was the requested length - no more than 20" - in order to fit in my wood stove. Even sent a thank you note the next week. Personable fellow as well; I enjoyed talking with him while I helped him stack.

Friendly service, very pleased with the wood quality and it being the right size for my fireplace.

Called to schedule, called on their way, offered to use wheelbarrow to move wood to protect yard. They even sent a thank you card.

I called Johnny at 4:00 on Saturday. He called me back at 4:55 on Saturday. He and his son delivered the firewood at 6:45 on Saturday. Just awesome service and a great couple of guys. Thanks again....

After finding him on Angie's List, I called and left a message. I also sent a message from the Angie's List listing. Within an hour I received a call back. After agreeing to a price and placing the order, Johnny asked if I would like to have the wood delivered today. I told him that would be excellent. Within 5 hours of me finding him on Angie's List, the wood was delivered and stacked. What more could I ask for. Yes, I will order from him again.

Delivery guy asked if he'd need a wheelbarrow to cart from the truck across the yard, which I appreciaed, but didn't need..just had him dump it off though next time I might have them stack it on the sceen porch. Johnny's service really came thru when I had just been let down greatly by another provider, should have known to go outside Angie's list but the one I tried was close by and I gambled and lost.

I have used Johnny a few times now and every experience has been great. They are always prompt and professional. The wood is of great quality as well.

The best quality wood we've found in Indy in 20 years. Very pleasant & very eager to help since my husband has a bad back. He certainly will get our business from now on.

Johnny arrived promptly and as always was very courteous and did a great job. He always goes the extra mile and is very polite.

It went quite well. Mr. Patrick responded quickly to my phone call and set up a time to do it. Then he had an opening to deliver it sooner so he called me see if we would be there which we were. Two nice young men that work for him came with the wood and were very polite and did a nice job stacking it where we wanted it. We have since had a few fires and have been pleased with the quality of the wood. A couple of days after the delivery, Mr. Patrick mailed to us a thank you card with business cards and a lottery ticket.. We thought that was very clever and polite. We appreciated his thoughtful follow-up. When the time comes when we will need more wood, we would definitely contact him.

Ive been getting my firewood from johnny for 6 or 7 years now and dont have a single complaint he has stacked it where i wanted it . him and his workers have always been so polite and considerate i wont call anyone else

Johnny has been delivering my firewood for over 5 years now . he is very polite and easy to do business with . his guys are also very considerate with my yard and making sure my gate is closed when there done

We got a rick of firewood in December 2013 and since it was so cold for so long we ran out. We called him twice to get more and never got a call back. We received a thank you note from him in the mail for the first visit so I decided to give him one more chance and emailed him. He responded right away and said he was having problems with his phone. He said they could come out that day. I specifically asked him if the wood he had was seasoned. The first load was, but with it being so cold I wasn't sure he still had seasoned wood left. He never answered me on that and it's my fault for not pressing the issue because the wood we got the 2nd time was not seasoned and doesn't burn well. We had to stop using it. Sure, we have wood for next year, but that's not what we wanted. Also, we have two racks that each hold 1/2 rick. When they stacked the wood they were no where near full - only about 3/4. When I questioned the guys who delivered it they said they had the small truck and it doesn't hold as much as the big truck. They offered to bring back more a few hours later and they did, but I don't feel like I should have had to ask since it was also obvious to them that they were shorting me.

He responded to my call very quickly and scheduled my delivery for the next day. He was friendly but worked the whole time as he talked. He was great!

It was great. They even finished in the dark. He also has nice people you work for him.

We had two ricks of wood delivered by a different company in October but they had raised their prices $35 more a rick so we decided to try someone else with high reviews on ANgies List. BIG mistake- the wood Johnny delivered was EXTREMELY wet. Smoke continues to fill our family room every time we try to have a fire (which never once happened with the first 2 ricks from the other company). My husband even tried to split the wood up it try and get it to dry faster and you can see all the moisture inside the wood. There were bugs crawling all over and thru the wet wood. I am afraid we will bring termites in the house from his wood. Also the wood was mostly cut in chunks instead of standard 16 in logs. All of the reviews he has on here talks about fast delivery and good price- obviously these reviewers didn't try to burn it first before reviewing. WASTE of money! Now we need to spend more money and buy from someone else and let this wood dry out until next year. I even waited a couple weeks before reviewing to try and give more wood from the rick a chance. Buts it's all bad, very disappointed does not even cover it!

Johnny Patrick and his assistant Ronny are always so professional and polite. He does an excellent job at keeping us provided with quality firewood and always does a prompt delivery and professional stacking. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him.

Didn't show at time agreed upon. I kept waiting and finally called him 45 minutes later. He said his truck broke down. He should have called and let me know that. Then wanted to reschedule for the next day at 5-5:30. I told him I'd rather not do it during suppertime and asked if we could make it a little earlier at 4:30. He said that was fine. Still, his men didn't come until 5:10 anyway. The two guys that brought the wood didn't know what they were doing. When they stacked it by the house where I told them to stack it (stacking is included in the cost of delivering the wood) they stacked it with the bottom logs against the house and got further and further away from the house as the stack went up, so that when they got all done the stack wouldn't have taken much of a bump for it to fall over. To their credit, when I complained about the stacking job they did it over, though they grumbled a bit. The quality of the wood was not good compared to any other service that I have used. There were a lot more small round logs as opposed to cut logs, a lot of the wood hasn't burned well, I assume because it has not been cured as it was supposed to be, and some of it stinks as it burns. Also a couple of logs put out black smoke almost like they had some creosote or something on them. And last, I have used wood in my fireplace the same as any other winter, and I am about 2/3 way through the wood already. Anytime I have gotten a rick before, it has lasted longer than that. I don't think they gave me a full rick. I definitely would not use this provider again, nor would I recommend anyone else to him. The price was reasonable, but not for the poor quality of the wood and the service.

Johnny is FANTASTIC! He is very responsive, courteous, attentive and timely. We ordered 3 ricks, which he promised to deliver on Friday. After I realized we were almost out of wood, I called to see if he could come earlier. On New Years Day, he delivered 1 rick of wood to our house with the remainder to be delivered as originally promised on Friday. What's even more awesome is that he sent us a thank-you note after the delivery of our first order, and he included a scratch off lottery ticket with it. Loved that!

Johnny is great. He brought us wood the same day we called. We got 2 ricks and the wood is clean and nice. He stacked it for us nicely and neatly. We highly recommend Johnny!

Excellent. Will use him again. We called another provider (AJ's) last week who never responded. Called Johnny yesterday, and he got back with us right away and delivered the firewood today. Professional, timely, and offering the best prices! Because they aren't the big guys, they genuinely appreciated our business too.

Great! Arrived right on time! Great quality cut into good size pieces. He stacked it right in my garage quickly.
