Sent text, then called. No reply. A simple, no, would have been appreciated.

Johnny Patrick and his teammate showed up on time. Stacked firewood in area I requested. Friendly, courteous. And the wood burns very well. This is the third or fourth batch of wood I have bought from Johnny. All of the wood I buy from Johnny burns well. I plan to buy my next supply from Johnny.

As a past customer, I texted Johnny to ask when he could deliver a rick of firewood and what this year's price is, but eight days later I have not received a response.

Johnny was punctual and easy to do business with. Everything went as expected.

Johnny is always very responsive and gets me scheduled for a wood delivery within a day or two of contacting him. Often the next day. I usually text him and he gets right back to me. Will definitely continue using him and recommending his services.

Johnny is great! I leave a check in the mailbox on the kid's playhouse and the gate open when I can't be there for delivery. He takes care of loading and stacking the wood and everything. Will definitely continue using him.

In 2015, he provided excellent service, delivering multiple loads throughout Winter. I texted, he'd give me a time-frame, and I'd pay upon delivery. He provided a great service for me all season. In 2016, he initially agreed to deliver, but ended up being a no-show. It was disappointing, not only did I not get my firewood, but I would prefer to support small businesses in the area. Now, in 2017, I hesitate but do not want a repeat of 2016. I am not a demanding consumer by any means, but communication and reliability are non-negotiable.

Had firewood delivered in October. Good wood and properly sized for an indoor fireplace. Wood was dry and burns great immediately. Second time I have used Johnny and this will become an annual call that I make. Delivered and stack on time no issues. Good Price

As no quote or wood was provided, I have to say it did not go well.

Not well. I called and emailed/texted several times with no response. Several days later I got a call and we set an appointment for wood delivery. On said day - he never showed up and I never got a phone call to explain why he never showed or an offer to resked. Very POOR customer service. Will not recommend to any of my friends.

I called Johnny on Thursday, and he responded by the next day. He knew from past service exactly how much mulch I required. He said he could deliver 1/2 the next day and the balance on Monday. I came home after he completed the job, and was impressed by the work he had done. My yard looked great.

Went great. Wood is seasoned and cut in reasonable size pieces. Last wood I bought - from someone else - was so big it barely fit in my fireplace which is large! Johnny returned my call immediately and delivered wood within 24 hours. He also understands that people work during the day and arranged to come early evening. Will definitely use again and refer to friends

He was here within a few hours on what had to be a busy day because it is COLD. My heat went out and Johnny was able to get me firewood fast. He was very kind and even brought some wood in the house for me.

This is the second time I've used Johnny's services for having firewood delivered. Once again I am truly impressed! We don't think of firewood when we think of the things that we can't live without, until you realize that you are down to your last few pieces. The great thing about Johnny is that he is far more than a delivery man. You can find a couple hundred people in the area that will deliver firewood for you, but you won't find many that also deliver great customer service and care in what they are doing. I contacted Johnny through Angie's List after 10pm on Friday. He sent me a message first thing Saturday morning, provided me with the quantity and price for the load and delivered the wood Saturday evening at 5:30pm. I wanted the load stacked on my patio in the side yard, and he did exactly that. He hauled it inside my fence with a wheelbarrow, stacked it on the rack, and was done in about 20 minutes. The wood itself is cut into a variety of sizes, all of which will work perfectly for my residential fireplace. It allows me to burn a fire for a couple hours in the evening after work or for several hours on the weekends. It's exactly what I had in mind when deciding to order firewood in bulk this winter. He was prompt and polite, and I will definitely be using him in the future. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I recommend him to anyone needed wood to burn!
